Fantastic experience: My favourite gym in the area! The classes are fun, varied and great for beginners. Staff are always friendly and motivating. I visit 3-4 times a week and am always eager to come back!

Negative experience: People appreciating the low prices. Hello?! Its super dark, poor lighting for black walls, and no AC. You can’t breathe properly, meaning air quality is poor. So yeah, the ones going there, just like to sweat a lot without even moving and smell others nasty body odours… Invest and mount some AC, basics of a gym guys. Oh, and dark walls for such a small place?! Not the smartest choice, unless you wanna take a romantic dinner on dim lights

Fantastic experience: I've been using qgym for a few years now.the help I've been given is unbelievable.not only have that helped physically thay have also helped with my mental health and helped me tackle cancer.i can't thank everyone one at qgym enough.an excellent gym.

Negative experience: It was ok if all the machines worked as they should, although many times I couldn't use the treadmills because they were defective. These problems should be solved, that's why I left, because there was always something wrong.

Positive experience: I go to a small gym that's really nice and helpful. It doesn't have a lot of equipment, but it's perfect for me because it has everything I need. The staff is always willing to help me with my workout and give me tips on how to improve. I love the atmosphere, it's very friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a small gym that's not too crowded and has everything you need, I highly recommend it!

Positive experience: Being a little hesitant, over weight ,having a few health issues had an induction by a member of the friendly staff , who run through exercises & equipment with me , used the gym 4 times in the over the last 10 days & hopefully will get into new keep fit routine

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for a number of years now. It is a small but perfectly formed gym. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, it does not feel like going to the gym but going to see friends. This little place offers so much and for such great prices too. As someone who never enjoyed exercising I now look forward to going to this gym several times a week.

Positive experience: Great local gym with a fair amount of weights and equipment machines. Does get slightly busy during peak hours due to the size of the gym being small. Better to go during late mornings or early afternoons.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and excellent value. It's a compact gym, but good enough equipment for a decent workout.

Fantastic experience: Lovely little gym with all the essentials you need for heavy lifting. You may not find some fancy machines for abs or legs, but most of that can be compensated with the variety of dumbbells and replacement exercises. Considering the price of the membership and the location, you can't really complain, especially if you live near Grays town centre. Been going here for the second year now, and all the staff I've met so far were very kind and approachable, always going an extra mile for you. Little things like helping you with diet plans or exercise form, letting you stay a few minutes after the closing time while they clean up - all that adds to the welcoming and positive experience at the gym.

Negative experience: The cable machine is not workinand and few dumbbells pair missing.They are not ensuring safety standards.You can't do cable raw,rope pushdown and cable fly's in this gym.

Fantastic experience: Joined Q gym a few months back and started training with Ashley, he is unreal and what he does and has helped me in many ways, physically and mentally. He really pushes you to your limit and motivates you to do more to achieve your weight goal, and my confidence has grown rapidly since training with him. If you’re thinking of having a session, book one in with him! The rest of the staff are also super helpful and friendly, which never goes a miss!

Fantastic experience: I have a membership for classes & the gym and I really am glad with the staff and facilities. It’s a small gym so you might have to wait to use the treadmill or cross trainer for example. I really enjoy the classes with the female gym instructor with short red hair. She helps to correct me if I am doing an exercise wrong and can help adjust the exercise if you have an injury or your skill level isn’t quite there. It was an easy process to sign up to the gym and whenever I go in someone always smiles and says hello. It’s really easy to book in for a class, you just log in on the website, take a look at the timetable for the day you want and it shows you what classes are available and at what time and how many spaces are left.

Positive experience: Reasonable priced GYM with all you need included. If you struggle finding it as it might be little difficult to find give a friendly staff a call and they will guide you like a satnav

Positive experience: Good local Gym. Very affordable. The refurbishment made during lockdown are most welcome. Friendly staff. Equipment are ok (not the most modern) but considering the price of the membership, you cannot complain. Just need better maintenance. I give it only 4 stars because 1) equipment need better maintenance(reupholsteeing, strenght rack cables and pins) 2) the wifi doesnt reach the whole gym(treadmill area.)

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. All the staff are friendly and know their stuff, especially Abil. Really good training sessions and classes. Not expensive at all and yet really good variety of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place to train and staff are amazing and always willing to help. I studied my PT course with QGym and the help and knowledge I received was fantastic and I would recommend to anyone to use these guys for courses if wanting to get into the industry. The staff went out of there way to help me progress to complete my course. My niece enjoys using the gym when I bring her and feels comfortable coming and never made to feel unwelcome.

Fantastic experience: Great place not just to train, but also to unwind. Forget everything that happened as soon as you walk through the door. The staff are amazing and welcoming & offer brilliant courses. I did my Sports Massage course here & have been working for the company for just over 1 year now. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to just forget the world to try the gym or classes out.

Fantastic experience: I started training at qgym over a year ago as it's such a comfortable gym to train at. As a female I have been to gyms that made me feel uncomfortable. Qgym felt like a family with amazing staff and a great atmosphere that after a while I felt I wanted to work in a place like this. I was offered the opportunity to take 1 of the pt courses they offer and I qualified and now work there full time as a pt and it has changed my life. Not only do I work there but I train there daily as the atmosphere is one of the best iv trained in

Negative experience: Only used the gym area which is far too small. Lacking in lots of basic gym equipment and seems to have a bigger shop than gym.

Fantastic experience: Before joining this gym, my sister was a size 22. Now she is a size 12. This is a HUGE life changing experience for my sister. I attribute this transformation to my sister changing her diet and eating healthy food, but also to the gym instructors who saw her hunger for change. This encouraged my sister to keep on attending. Prior to attending the gym, my sister was deeply self-conscious of her body, and would never have attended any kind of gym. Q gym has enabled my sister to keep fit in a variety of ways, with all around body fitness classes that are on from morning to evening. They also have reasonably priced PT sessions. This allowed her to do freestyle training with help from her gym instructors. My sister is extremely enthusiastic about attending this gym. I am extremely proud of my sister for remaining strong and determined in her endeavours to becoming fit.

Fantastic experience: Started here recently for a place to train with a friend. I usually won't go anywhere alone, but I was really happy that the staff are happy to jump on and show you the basics/form. There is also an area for yoga/sparring!
