Negative experience: The gym itself is genuinely fine other than maybe wanting another flat benchpress station and some more thought behind use of space. The real issues lay with the atmosphere generated by the gym users and specific "staff members" (most of which are PTs who very clearly aren't interested beyond their own clients and classes). If it isn't the usual teenage "roadmen" being a nuisance, the wannabe powerlifters hogging kit and the staff not dealing with it, it's when people are caught staring at female gym users and then the staff not doing anything when they're told about it. A gym user was very obviously staring at my female friend everytime she turned her back. Initially I held back so as not to escalate it, and went and told the duty staff member; who didn't do anything. Unsurprisingly, when I went and challenged the person myself the staff member actually took notice. Shouldn't take someone to do your job for you to suddenly find your spine. Shame because it's actually a decently maintained gym.

Positive experience: Really enjoyed Carla's body tone class today. Would love to see more body conditioning, toning, yoga classes in evenings and on weekends. It's hard to make it to daytime classes whilst working full time.

Positive experience: Great clean gym with loads of classes to book. But the shower water is not hot enough rather its on the cool/cold side.

Positive experience: I've only had classes with Dean, Liam and Dominique so far but they've all been amazing. Dean's classes are really fun and lively. Dom is always super prepared and corrects form which is really great for beginners like me.

Fantastic experience: Super duper boot camp by Liam. Yet another well designed class to elevate the heart rate. Loved it.

Each session with him is transformative, pushing me beyond limits while ensuring safety. He's more than an instructor; he's an inspiration. Pure Gym is lucky to have him. I recently attended a circuit class led by Dom, and she was fantastic! Dom's energy and enthusiasm were infectious, making the workout both challenging and enjoyable. She kept the pace dynamic, ensuring we got a full-body workout while keeping us motivated throughout. I left feeling energized and accomplished. Can't wait for the next class with Dominic!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Pure Gym Bracknell for a while now. I've always found it to be a really welcoming and inclusive environment where you can build your confidence as a gym user. There are a great variety of classes on offer, and plenty of machines and weights to suit all of your workout needs. The instructors are friendly and fun, and they will always help if you are ever unsure that you are performing an exercise safely.

Fantastic experience: Liam - ‘Burn It’ class on Wednesday afternoon. First Burn It class for me and really loved it. So much so that I came to the next class too. Liam was really kind and spent time going through all the exercises. Loved the tunes he played and the best bit about it was that Liam actually does the class with you so it’s easy to copy and replicate. He’s a friendly guy too which has made for a really good class and atmosphere. Thanks Liam - Richard

Great for us shift workers as its open 24 hours... the app i have to say is very good ..even tells you how busy it is .. Good value for money too

Positive experience: Positive: Good range and quality of equipment generally Great overall value for money Negatives: PureGym seem to have began an unofficial after school program where children and teenagers are welcome to attend and use weights in an absurd way or just generally hang around in bunches.

Negative experience: Music is too loud after 5pm ,they need to change that . You can't even focus

Negative experience: Okay gym, small compared yo many other pure gyms. Paying for parking is frustrating but otherwise okay if it isn't super busy.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs if you are an adult. It’s basically a teen school gym. Teenagers everywhere, hoarding around, not using machines properly, taking pictures and generally wasting time.

Fantastic experience: Been to many other gyms but this is by far the best around. Staff are soo friendly and always willing to help. Great equipment, great atmosphere, open 24 hours and the best value for money you could possibly get. Love it.

Negative experience: Parking not free as stated. Gym always far to full late afternoon/evening forcing you to either come later or earlier in the day if you don't want to wait about ages for equipment.

Positive experience: Decent gym with some.good equipment. It gets too busy in the evening and there is a wait for some equipment. I go at.lunchtime so have to pay to park... £2.50 a go so it adds maybe another £20-£30 to my gym membership a month. You can get your parking ticket 'validated' but only if you arrive after 1700 (I think) but the the gym is too busy

Negative experience: Terrible gym. Went there to discover half the gym was closed with no signnage to indicate this. First gym I've been in without a squat rack or free weights. After notifying the staff about this they were unhelpful. Wouldn't reccommend.

Positive experience: Visited for work. Looks great with loads of machines to work out on. Nearly tempted me to give them a try… nearly.

Negative experience: Always over crowded, hard to get a machine or any equipment when it is always so busy. Also it’s a very small gym.

Positive experience: nice place to get rid of excess calories, however, it is quite small, which causes a slight squeeze and with high attendance, it will be difficult to find a place not to interrupt your exercise cycle

Positive experience: Ist a gym …… take a padlock if you want to use a Locker

Negative experience: The gym itself is run pretty well. The folk that get in there ain’t great though. Manipulating machines whilst sat there on their phones for ten minutes between each set. A lot of students from the college messing about using it as a social gathering. The women are very stuck up and accuse you of all sorts if you so much as accidentally make them aware you have the power of sight. I’ve been accused twice now of looking at women when I literally just go there to work out with my music on my headphones. I’d advise wearing a blind fold in this gym. After nine months of using this gym I’ve decided to move to another as the people using it make it a very toxic environment. I can’t imagine another gym having so many knob ends visit it.

Positive experience: Clean and helpful staff. Enough equipments. Only the problem is the shower. It’s not hot enough. I complaint it to the customer service team, but it hasn’t improved. I go to the other Pure gyms as well, but I don’t have this problem in the others.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to pure gym now for 6 months,I was nervous walking in there at first but that soon disappeared,its a really friendly gym,really helpful staff,its a real mix of people that go,I do the classes and am really enjoying them I've now gone from a Size 14 to now a 12 I've still got work to do but with the help of classes and staff laura ,and Jason i will get my summer body

Lots of equipment (prime time they get full but same with everywhere), friendly and approachable team, great temperature (more important than you think) and exceptionally clean. Would love for the changing rooms to have an extra shower or two, but otherwise it's great!

Fantastic experience: Easy to get to, great equipment, clean & brilliant price. There’s even a decent changing room with showers, free classes, vitamin water. I was previously a member at another gym and struggled to consistently get workouts in more than once a week. Since joining pure gym I’ve been able to slowly build some consistency, now regularly making gym 4 times a week. 24 hour access has been a game changer for me with kids & busy family life.

Fantastic experience: Very condusive workout environment. I always come out feeling refreshed.

Positive experience: New equipment and a fresh environment as-well as a good location are the main bonuses of this gym. Like many other gyms however, for every piece of resistance equipment there seems to be about 200 cardio machines. How can you have one dedicated flat bench press, arguably one of the most popular pieces of training equipment but mounds of unused cardio machines? The limited space is inefficiently used, having a whole grass track seems unnecessary at such a small location. Ive been to much multi-storey bigger pure gyms that omit it entirely.

Negative experience: Mostly overcrowded with kids and avaliablity of staff members is minimum all the time. It has just one big room for everything, no separate spaces to do individual workouts. Space where you can do weight training is always occupied by men and hardly any space for females to be able to do use or train using weights.

Negative experience: Account was suspended first day using gym after asking staff for help with inviting a buddy to gym, instead we were kicked out and refused to let us in. I contacted the online team which offered no help at all, therefore I cannot use gym as my pin has been frozen, I never tried out the gym at all! So my money has been pretty much scammed

Positive experience: Clean and good equipment, no free water, have to pay to upgrade for free isotonic flavoured water? £15 joining fee.....for what exactly? If the gym equipment wasn't very clean and good, would struggle to give it 2 stars!

Fantastic experience: Having trained at pretty much every gym in Bracknell, this by far had the best commercial gym equipment in precore. Would be nice to have a plated calf machine. My only grip is the cleaners. A few of times now they get real close with the hoover or mop and have knocked over my bottle or liquid chalk and then they just carry on.

Positive experience: Even it is not as big as other gyms in Bracknell, the equipments are all brand new and you can find everything you need for a good workout. The changing room is very nice as well, and it is always tide and clean. My only concern is that the mobile signal is really bad inside the gym and there is no wifi available. I got a pregnant wife at home and I am always afraid she will not be able to contact me in case of any emergency. Therefore, an available wifi would be much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: As long as you don’t use heaters like Staines pure gym does I’m happy! New equipment, never insanely busy, weights are not lying on the floor and whilst it’s a little small I’d take that over having broken equipment/blocked toilets any day!

Negative experience: I originally gave this rating 5 stars but have now decided to drop it and leave PureGym Bracknell. The cleaners are so rude, when you’re training they get so close to you it puts you off and makes you angry and they just don’t care as I have spoken to them numerous times to tell them to back off. Staff also do not reply to emails about the problem and don’t seem interested in dealing with problems. Absolutely unacceptable.

Positive experience: It's a bit small. When you compare it with the gym Bracknell. All the equipments are there here as we but I feel it's less may be cause of less space. There are two cleaning station for equipments your using but just one hand sanitizer at the entrance which they can add one more. But over all good. There is a bmi machine inside the mens room I mean who trust bmi these days anyways, a weighing scale can be a nice addition. They have showers and toilets attached with and they have hair dryers as well. It's really cool and inviting to take shower.
