Negative experience: This gym is not bad it’s peaceful. Most of the staff is great but there is one particular member of staff who looks like a crackhead and is very racist she is a skinny ugly little person who has nothing better to do but to discriminate and she is very rude and unpleasant to speak to. She should be sacked apart from her. The rest of the staff are great and the facilities are peaceful

The staff at this facility are exceptional - always polite, respectful, kind, and supportive. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and encouraging environment is truly commendable. Positive experience: Generally very good but gym hall cramped, too much equipment for the space. Staff are very friendly.

Positive experience: I do weekly aquafit classes. Also use the gym. Perfect for me. Steam room & sauna are a treat. Powerful showers.

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely little fitness centre set in a small estate made for older people. I can’t comment on the gym or classes as I’m disabled so can’t make use of those. The pool however, is fab!! It is kept at a much warmer temperature than the local council pools. The sauna, steam room and hot tub are great. Staff keep it clean and are friendly and helpful. I’d recommend

Positive experience: Wendy is great! The place is clean and very safe. Although there is room for improvement. The scales in the men bathroom don’t work, the steam room should be a lot hotter! And there are only 4 treadmills, which means on a busy day you’re waiting for a machine. Average age of gym users are 60.

Fantastic experience: Set in a lovely retirement village. Has almost the necessary facilities, welcoming staff, great social atmosphere. Plenty of classes to join in if you wish or do your own thing. Value for money by not locking you into an annual membership. So far proving really worthwhile, time will tell. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Small but well equipped. Can get quite busy and am lucky I have flexible working hours to go in less busier times. Wipes available to wipe down equipment after use. Friendly staff and spacious change rooms. Only comment is the change room temperature seems to be on the warm side which is fine I. Winter, but it’s a bit too much for me in the warmer weather. Clean change rooms and showers, I have not yet used the pool/ spa facilities. There are a variety of classes and the spin class I attended was great.

Fantastic experience: As a resident of DGV I have membership of the spa. I have had regular use of the pool for the past ten years. Wonderful staff, courteous and friendly. I have had mobility problems for 4 years and use the changing room for the disabled. They care for me as necessary. It is a very clean and well kept spa. Congratulations!

Negative experience: I think it's to expensive to join the club it's £55 per month and old peaplw don't have that kind of money.Two half's of larger cost £4.50 Well expensive.There must be a cheaper place to go socialise.

Negative experience: Not worth visiting. Nuffield Health have starved it of cash. Hardly any staff and equipment in the gym that came out of the Ark.
