Fantastic experience: Decent venue

Fantastic experience: First time attending an event here. It has two free medium sized car parks on the left side as you come onto the site. Be aware that there are several rooms and halls on this site and you may have to walk around the buildings to get to your venue. There is free fast wifi 90mbps up/down.

Fantastic experience: Lovely venue. Friendly, attentive staff. Lunch spread could have done with a little more. Sausage rolls were fantastic though, never change them. Definitely a great place for corporate events. I would have liked to have seen some fruit juice / cordial to drink alongside the tea and coffee on offer.

Positive experience: Not too bad. Decent size parking lot.

Fantastic experience: First time visit with my Rolls-Royce colleagues, was very impressed with the clean modern clubhouse. Nice lunch menu @ a good price. Didn't drink but a large bar with a good selection. Will visit more often now.

Positive experience: Been at the 100 years of Rolls Royce celebration today. Disco, bar, hot food, quests, games free photo booth! Artisan makers/bakers in the other side, separate hall. Got busier once people knew we were all in there!! A great venue for a party/reception.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the team at Rolls Royce Leisure Centre. I hired the Nightingale Hall for a large family event. Sarah took care of every single detail to ensure we had the best day possible. On the day Jenna made sure we had everything we needed and ran the bar with friendly efficiency making sure no one waited for drinks. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough if you’re looking to put on any kind of event. Thank you once again.

Positive experience: Not as good as it used to be, e.g. the burger patties ground beef, now they seem to be some kind of meaty dough. At least the burgers I would explicitly not recommend.

Positive experience: It was ok the drinks were expensive really, it cost £20 for a bottle of £8 prosecco but then again it kept her indoors happy

We booked the big room as we had quite a few guests coming for our wedding reception, the room looked amazing, with all the tables set up, and as it’s coming up to Christmas, the decorations made it even better! Briddie was amazing too, very professional

Negative experience: Looking tired, noisy AC units, uncomfortable seats, slow/temperamental coffee machines and poor acoustics

Fantastic experience: Small local church .and also has nursery for young children .with excellent staff many events taken place with friendly staff access ramp to access to church. For services.

Positive experience: Nice place, need speedier staff, overwhelmed when got abit busy. Note- only takes card payment no cash.

Fantastic experience: Excellent food, at a very reasonable price. First visit since retiring in 2007 and even longer for the other people who joined me for lunch. Venue was very clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pleased to see that many people used the facility at lunchtime. Delighted to see that the chip and cheese butty is still on the menu! Brought back many fond memories of our time at Rolls-Royce. Final comment: the ham, double eggs, chips and salad I had was, probably, one of the best I've ever had - and I've had plenty! Thank you.

Positive experience: Went for an evening dancing. All great but for one thing. With the music playing the bar staff couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them. Thick glass between customer and bar staff is not necessary now and slowed everyone down as we all had to shout our orders!!!

Negative experience: Went to Rolls social for a wedding anniversary,they wouldnt except cash as legal tender for drinks,manager wouldnt give me her full name for making a complaint,,,ill NEVER go there again

Fantastic experience: Superb hall, super arrangement, nice service, the only thing to bother is you should rehearse for your AV clips and music testing beforehand as its a very complex mesh of wires.

Negative experience: Gone to the dogs. A fantastic badminton facility for many years, until given to Rolls-Royce Leisure to mismanage. Sports - and Rolls-Royce Sports Sections in particular - are at the bottom of the priority list now, in favour of occasional music nights and conferences in the welfare to bring the cash in. The sportshall is slightly dated but excellent for badminton, though the times of the day in which it is open are reducing constantly. I think its days are numbered. So much potential. Like a Ferrari being driven by Mr Bean.

Positive experience: Was quite a good Christmas party night and I enjoyed the music. Disappointed that music and the disco finished early due to idiots fighting and we had to go home about an hour before we should of.

Negative experience: Very disappointed wont be going again !not organised properly not only did we que 20 minutes for a drink to be told card payments only and the back room felt like a mortuary for saying it was xmas soul nite not a bauble or tinsel in sight

Positive experience: Heads up it started out agood night then the fire alarm had gone off round 12.30 so we ended up out side . We all waited outside but l decided to go home round 12.45 so the night didn't end well .l recon we should get a refund to be fair

Positive experience: Only played tennis here, so can only comment on the facilities we used, booked over the phone due to covid lady i spoke to was very good , but was interrupted whilst playing by a groundsman who said we shudnt be playing on court One unless we was members , going on about a purple wrist band , but wasn't told this when pre booked.

Negative experience: Not very organised because there wasn't a sign to say what was going on but very helpful staff when we finally got there it would have been helpful if there had been a sign on the wall.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place. Might be slightly bias being a RR worker, however, The Pavillion is a top venue. Cannot recommend this place high enough.

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding ceremony and wedding reception here, Terry was brilliant he over saw everything and made sure that everything went smoothly. We had a fantastic day, the food was outstanding we had the cream tea it was delicious and so filling. We did our own decorating, Terry bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. I would highly recommend Rolls-Royce for any celebration.

Fantastic experience: Took our 7 yr old to family night he absolutely loved it great mix of different ages all having fun looks like this will be a regular from now on

Fantastic experience: Went to the Soul Night last Friday 13th, great night and what made this special was the introduction of a 90's Noughties disco on an adjacent ballroom. Excellent DJ's, great dancing music, brilliant!!

Positive experience: Gym is popular mostly due to convenience for Rolls-Royce staff. Classes are good but the actual gym is quite small and for some reason only have a single squat rack...

Fantastic experience: My son and now daughter in law Ian and Kelly Fletcher got married here on Saturday. I have to say everything about the day was lovely. The venue was set up to a very high standard. The food was very nice. We had afternoon tea in the afternoon and a hot meat cobs + fries in the evening. A lot of guest said it was lovely and made a nice change. We were very fortunate with the weather which the guests and children were able to take advantage of and be outside in the pleasant surroundings. There is a decent size dance floor also. A big Thankyou to the staff who worked hard and made this day successful and memorable. I can highly recommend this venue for celebrating similar occasions.
