Dylans Health Club is located at the Celtic Manor Golf Club and offers an impressive range of facilities and treatments and a 20-metre swimming pool.
Dylans Health and Fitness Club is located at the Celtic Manor Golf Club and offers an impressive range of facilities and treatments with the sports person in mind.

Dylans Health Club offers state of the art Technogym equipment which includes the Mywellness System allowing members to have their own dedicated paperless training programmes, a full range of Excite Live cardiovascular equipment, premium resistance equipment in Technogym Selection 900 and introducing the innovative Technogym Bio Strength smart strength machines powered by A.I for real time feedback.
Our Tanita Body Composition Analyser allows you to gain accurate body composition results using the latest advanced bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology. This gives you a true indicator of your inner health and, when monitored over time, can show the impact of any fitness regime or weight loss programme.
Additionally the Technogym Skill range including Skill Run, Bike and Row have been added to offer superb sport specific programming and are perfect for golf professionals and enthusiasts to improve their game
Other facilities include an aerobics studio with a comprehensive choice of exercise classes and a 18-metre Romanesque swimming pool with sauna, steam room and spa bath. There is also a fitness assessment room, sports massage therapy and physiotherapy treatment rooms, providing the perfect choice for the dedicated health and fitness enthusiast.
Sessions for the Dylans Health Club gym and swimming pool are available to book on arrival. You will receive an email on the day of your arrival that will allow you to book your session. Overnight hotel guests are welcome to book the following:
For the enjoyment of all our guests, we offer designated adult only and family swim times during school holidays, so you can find a time to clock up the laps or just splash around.

Positive experience: Good place
Negative experience: Really busy, children jumping into reserved swim lanes without lifeguards saying anything. Save your money - go to the local spytty swim pool. Nowhere near the cost, gym is ok but busy and nothing special. Overpriced, under delivered service and quality across the board.
Positive experience: Well equipped Gym, some parts of the Sauna, Steamroom, Showers could do with a facelift. No costume spinner that's why it lost a star.

Fantastic experience: Joined about a month ago, great gym, not too big and equipment is simple to use. Changing room showers could have a little face lift, rusty extractor fan etc. Overall great place to workout

Fantastic experience: Great gym, was brilliant before covid and now it's open again it felt very safe. Equipment is well kept, there is a good variety and plenty of each cardio machine. Free weights available as well as other equipment. Staff are always helpful.
Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym with technogym equipment. Very clean and plenty of TVs and entertainment to take your mind off being in the gym. A lovely extra for residents staying in the hotel.
Positive experience: Nice facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Some areas looked a little tired i.e. sauna, furniture. On the whole, quite pleasant.

Fantastic experience: This is my regular gym , it's part of the Celtic manor complex but underneath the golf club well away from the main hotel. It has very good staff and they supply users with clean puffy towels every time you go. Booking of sessions is by an app and this applies to the regular aerobics and other classes. It has the usual machines as well as free weights and plenty of support from the well qualified staff. There is also a great pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna. It has a treatment centre as well. Easy , free nearby parking. Free bus service to other parts of the complex if you need it. Love this place.
