Fantastic experience: I really like the refurbished lay out, and the equipment is excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. At times they will proactively offer advice which is fantastic for those either just starting out or starting over.

Fantastic experience: Hey, I've found this great gym that's just been refurbished with brand new machines. Everything is super clean and in really good condition. Plus, the membership is so cheap, I pay £30/monthly it's a very good deal.

Fantastic experience: Great news machines and a good refit. Lots better than it was before. Only issue is the sauna doesn't work very often, although this is mainly due to negligence from the partons that put water on the elements and it shorts out, there's no water bucket in there for a reason ...

Positive experience: For context, first gym I have joined but now used a few The fees come under the Doncaster area giving access to multiple gyms - given the facilities I think it's priced quite well Really great staff across the board, been a member for 2 months or so now, everyone says hello and the person who signed me on has checked in a few times when he saw me, people are clearly the focus I only ever had one encounter which I didn't feel totally okay with - I arrived and had left my wallet at home with my card in and had to ask if it was possible they could let in, I had my name, and address to hand to verify which I appreciate is more work for the staff, but I really knew this person was not happy about it and by the time my session had finished there was a sign up detailing the importance of bringing your card For balance since then this same person has been very pleasant and like I said overall good experiences so may have been a bad day Equipment wise, while not completely new have never had any issues with anything, nothing feels broken, just well used which for me I prefer The steam facilities are great and in general the "relaxation suite" has a lot to offer My only two points are the shower ceilings look a bit worse for wear and the sauna is permanently out but with the new renovations planned it could well be a 5 star for me Thanks to all the staff!

Negative experience: The price is quite expensive for the lack of equipment. There are never pairs of weights one is always missing. There is alot of broken equipment also. The atmosphere is bland.

Negative experience: Today i been they change time on weekends and hot water no working because it is freezing in 2024 hhhhhh and when u go take showers roof very dirty I think they make money doesn’t care about health and safety and they charge u 30 a month

Positive experience: Bit over priced not many classes on a bit outdated equipment but the equipment still does the same job and it is donny council so expectations wasn't that high to begin with and I'd rather pay a higher price than the gym being full of kids sat on their phones all day

Negative experience: Run down and tired. Examples much of the equipment is old, some of the weights upstairs even have the numbers worn off and you cannot tell what you are using! Some lockers broken, sauna broken....list goes on.

Positive experience: Braids/ropes need replacing. Because they are already torn in the middle. Gate lift, service required! the left cord or pulley puts up bumping resistance. Benches for free weights are not adjustable, and because the floor is curved, they wobble a lot. There are no weights such as kettlebells and you have to improvise.

Fantastic experience: I go the gym 5 times a week and it’s a good quality gym very satisfied with it I see some physique progress myself.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, excellent equipment, friendly staffs but this week they turn off the heating and the gym was very cold, can anyone do anything about that.

Positive experience: Been here nearly 15 years plus now and its a good local gym. Equipment is a little outdated and out of order at times however its big and has plenty of equipment still. Best to go early mornings or late evenings as not so busy. Staff are friendly and polite. Never had any issues here with the locals gym goers as everyone is just in their own zone trying to keep fit.

Fantastic experience: Had my induction a few days ago, staff are super friendly and helpful, they talked me and my daughter through the main equipment and we've been able to go over and ask how best to use somthing and they've been happy to come over and show us and give us advice. My daughter has a youth membership and staff have been brilliant in helping her too. Under 16s can't use the changing room facilities but can use most of gym equipment. There is plenty of equipment there including treadmills, excersise bikes, cross trainers, stair treadmill, punch bag, rowing machine and great range of weight lifting machines for various parts of the body. We've been really enjoying going the past few days and will continue to go. Would reccomend Update. Its been several months now and still receiving good friendly service. Was a little disappointed at the beginning of the year as quite a few of the mashines were out of order, however this has now been rectified and everything in back in order.

Fantastic experience: Everything in place for sanitizing, plenty of blue tissue and spray sanitizer to wipe equipment down after use, if you want to use the gym please pre book your slot, it will only be for an hour at a time, but well worth it, aircon, is on and does help. Staff very helpful if needed, locker rooms not available, but there is a toilet available fro emergencies.no classes on yet.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, equally fantastic staff. Guy with the long hair seems to be getting some unnecessary hate, I feel I am in a good position to provide feedback as he has been training me for 2 years now. Very friendly, knowledgeable made me feel welcome from day 1. Cannot recommend his programmes enough, he will tailor them to what you want to achieve. Anyone asking for a spot he's there to help and give words of encouragement. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have continued beyond the 3 day free trial.

Positive experience: It's ok. Better gums with better equipment. The free weights look like something from 80s and is very small.

Negative experience: After recently coming to this gym, as I wanted to work on my cardio, as I am new to the whole thing, i asked one of the members of staff to help me, I can not remember his name but was a guy with long hair who proceeded to put me down and tell me I'm not worth coming to the gym. I am rather disappointed and will not be coming to this gym again

Negative experience: Having moved to the area recently I was happy to find a well equipped gym. It’s a shame that a certain member of staff (not assuming gender but I think it was a male despite the long hair) was very arrogant towards me and made me feel very small. Certainly won’t be back.

Negative experience: As moving to area I called in to this gym in order to scope out for membership in the new year. Was greeted by a member of staff with longish hair who was very rude and made me feel as though I was not worthy of joining. I hope one day I might be good enough.

Negative experience: There was some fella there who was dead rude. Long hair. Really ruined my pump. Wont be coming back here again.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to exercise the staff are always very friendly, plenty of free parking. There is a good selection of equipment. The changing rooms are good with showers that give privacy. They have a steam room and a sauna.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years. Recently decided to look at the reviews online. I agree with most, facilities are great especially the sauna steam area! Good selection of free weights. I want to recommend the staff that helped me as I noticed some absolutely awful comments about him. A guy with long hair has always helped everyone who enters, the most knowledgable in the gym by far and always ALWAYS there to help. Also had great sessions with Neil he’s great never miss his spin. I can only assume the awful comments are from people who do not like to be corrected on bad form, or helped whenever they need it, welcomed on every entry and treated with respect. Great team and great management.

Positive experience: Can't complain about this gym. Clean and large ladies changing rooms. A good range of equipment. The environment is a little sterile as it's in a corrugated building so the décor could be a jazzed up a bit.
