Positive experience: Great place if you are interested in swimming but when it comes to gym it's just not enough. It's small gym with few machines(very modern, high quality),can get very busy .

Fantastic experience: Went here with the kids and a disabled friend. It was really good. The staff were very helpful and ready to help with our friend if needed. It has everything available for the disabled to help in and out of the pool. Great place

Fantastic experience: I have joined the gym as a flexible member. This is a hidden gem within the local community. During the joining process I was incredibly impressed with the customer service that I received, from initial welcome at reception, to a discussion with Jess the Manager about membership options available. I was guided through the online induction. All the staff that I encountered were fab. The facilities are new and well cared for and I cannot wait to get started! Many thanks

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to visit. Tidy small car park which is free of charge for 3 hours but you must display your parking ticket as its private land. Very clean premises. Friendly, welcoming staff. Very clean changing rooms with nice hot showers. There is a larger pool which is warm and a smaller pool for the little ones and families. There is a very good value option to buy a discount card which lasts a year so you can come for a year for less money.

Positive experience: Great pool if a little cold. Limited range of activities. If you want to just swim avoid general swim during the day especially at weekends.

Fantastic experience: First visit since refurbishment. Only attended for swimming so only able to comment on entrance ( clean and spacious) changing rooms ( clean and well set out and pools ( clean and back to full use). It's good to be back.

Fantastic experience: Great, clean, little pool. I normally enjoy lane swimming but enjoyed the open session dodging about until a defined lane became vacant. Great staff, water conditions and free parking for 3 hours, a bonus!!! Check opening times before arriving.

Negative experience: Called to check if there was a swim session available as both Bedale and Northallerton pools decided to close on the same day. Waited 8 minutes for someone to answer - no reply. Guess this assessment is for the three pools in our area. Very poorly run and certainly not value for money.

Fantastic experience: First time at this swimming baths and really thought it was good. Changing facilities were large, clean, and in good condition. Pools were of good size too and not too busy

Fantastic experience: Super smart after the recent refurbishment. I visited yesterday with my partner Maria for a look around. The Gym looks very well equipped. We will be joining as very reasonable fees. A young man called Tom showed us both around and was very friendly, polite and informative. He's a credit to you all at the centre.

Fantastic experience: Nice to be back swimming again, after a very long break. Really clean and bright in the changing village, the pool area needs more lighting but apparently that's in hand and it would help to have a large clock on display as when you are visually impaired the small ones are difficult to see. The water was lovely and warm which was a nice surprise as it's usually too cold

Negative experience: Dated and in need of work. The gym is so small and busy it’s a bit crazy. I had a drip bucket getting in my way using a machine. In need of expansion badly and a make over! The swimming pool is ok though, but again in general swims you have to be lucky on times as it gets to busy and people just swim or play in front of you while trying to swim and not really noice you...

Positive experience: My daughter has been having swimming lessons here for 8 years now. Great staff, generally clean changing village. Toilets are a bit hit and miss with cleanliness. Pool side clean. Water is at an average temperature.

Positive experience: It's OK because you have two pools one is a baby pool or the other one is a deep pool the deep pool is Lindale cold at start then getting warm cause you warmed up by swimming they have no slides no fun equipment only for little ones

Positive experience: Parking is the only issue when swimming lessons take place. Otherwise, friendly staff and good facilities.

Positive experience: After 15yrs a member we now have a new 25hr gym worthy of paying the 40 quid a month for. Well cleaned and maintained. Only issue was the punch bag and TRX were now put up due to the management not wanting to damage the walls !!!

Positive experience: A beautiful place with 2 swimming pools and gym in a perfect place for perfect body fitness. It's for all ages and well organized for all, my first swimming session was lovely and did not believe such place was in Thirsk until I visited.
