Fantastic experience: Great gym. Fantastic instructors.

Positive experience: With four treadmills and several other machines, this gym provides a compact and functional space. However, there is only one resistance machine of each sort, so on some occasions you may have to wait. The staff are nice and friendly. It's a decent gym if you don't want to travel beyond the Maidenbower area.

Fantastic experience: Clean and friendly staff, a quieter gym which means you have access to the equipment. Parking can be tough during school times hut a lovely gym. Highly recommend Jess as a Pt!

Positive experience: The gym wad way too small with extra cardio machines

Negative experience: I like the gym, however I have had a poor experience in regards to customer service to do with my membership. Firstly, I still have not received a membership card after over a month of attending the gym, I have been told it is on order every time I've asked. When I've phoned the staff have seemed clueless about when my membership started and have kept editing the system , yet I am asked to remember the day I started every time I call or go in. Furthermore, when I rung to check up on when my membership expired, they looked up the date, saw it expired, told me I had to come in and pay them and then hung up on me, I still had further questions but was simply appalled by the lack of basic manners. It is a real shame as I enjoy often attending the gym itself, but I am however dissapointed with how they approach customer service and support.
