Fantastic experience: My first day there staff are really helpful and the people are very helpful I didn’t really know what I was doing on some machines and they helped me with it price is not too bad either

Fantastic experience: Decent selection of machines, classes if you want them, open at 6am so you can get a workout in before work, what more do u need

Negative experience: There is no leeway in the contract. As soon as mine is up, I'll be taking my money elsewhere. If they were more hospitable, I'd probably consider starting up again, eventually, but not any more.

Fantastic experience: Great gym been coming for over 2 years all the workers are excellent best gym I’ve ever been to I do recommend if equipment is broken I come the next day to it being fixed

Positive experience: Staff were nice, super friendly and the free parking was a bonus. It was really really busy when I went in, and I was in the middle of a Bulgarian split squat when a kid came up behind me and took the bench out from under me lol which wasn't ideal as I hurt myself But that's not the gyms fault. Just marked it 1 down as it was seriously overcrowded, and everything became a bit of a trip hazard. But it was peak time, so just avoid it at that time and you should be good.

Fantastic experience: I am really impressed by this gym. I am only in town for a couple of days so we asked if we could use the facilities as a one off and this was no problem. It cost £7 per person, which I thought was good value. The gym is very well equipped and maintained. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and did a great job of going round, keeping the place clean and tidy.

Positive experience: Decent gym:) a bit tight for space but they have pretty much every bit of equipment that you would need!

Positive experience: Great gym, friendly staff & good range of apparatus however, they really should start to think about implementing a waiting list for new members (like the Stockton onegym) as it’s always rammed, also could be a good idea to limit people to only train in no more than groups of two, waiting 30 minutes to use something because 5 teenagers are on it isn’t ideal.

Positive experience: Great gym but hate the turnstile to get in. Its like a prison turnstile dont know what the thinking was to get that in. If scanner won't work you are stuck outside if no one on the desk.

Fantastic experience: What can I say? I’m a regular gym goer but I’m currently using a walking stick as I’ve had an operation. Let me just say, this makes no difference to the staff and regulars in there. I went to a class and Clare and the regulars were so helpful I managed to do the class at my own level with them helping me adjust my weights etc. So if you’re disabled, whether it be temporary or permanent, go along, you’ll be welcomed with open arms.

Fantastic experience: I find OneGym a good environment to exercise in, there are friendly helpful staff and other users. There seems to be something for everyone there's always someone to ask if your unsure of how to use the equipment. I am relatively new at going to the gym, I enjoy it, you might too, why not give it a try.

Fantastic experience: Spot on, clean. They have cleaning items to wipe down machines after use. Plenty of equipment and weights. Opening times are good as well new upstairs room even more equipment

Fantastic experience: Instructors are always upbeat friendly but polite. Gym clean, airy, seperate area for ladies upstairs where you can people watch while on the machines! Classes always good fun. Equipment kept in good order. Can pay to use special weighing equipment once evey week. Has tanning beds in changing rooms and a hair dryer. Gym just recently extended to allow more room for free weights- the lighting in this area is triggering for me so I don't use it currently, which is a shame as I love free weights- I can always drag a bench into other area, or take weights onto deadlift platform, just a bit self conscious doing so with big blokes around... the staff make this place, have tried other local gyms and this one makes me feel the most comfortable

Negative experience: Been emailing for months regarding cancellation due to heart condition other serious health reason provided medical letter from GP To be lied to consistently, falsified information. Was told it was 12 month contract and its actually 12 month payment plan regardless you been close due to the corna virus Pandemic If you provide information to contact head office I’ll elaborate. Is this how you treat you customers will been going to social media next redcar have 24hrs to reply to my email regards simon hynes

Negative experience: Had nothing but grief with this place fist of all they wouldn't let my wife cancel within the cancellation period because she had tried the gym out which means that we voided our right to cancel(rubbish). Managed to cancel my wife's after a lot of stress canceled mine but keep getting harassed by there ruthless debt collectors even though I cancelled last year now charging me thirty quid for every phone call on a £17 membership scam scam scam gym beware even the staff don't know what there selling or the details of the contracts

Negative experience: Avoid this Gym at all costs they are unwilling to help you with the unscrupulous car parking company they hire. The company make up dates that aren’t correct and one gym aren’t willing to help.ive been a member for years but not no more.well one gym I’m fighting your car park company in court and taking my custom elsewhere
