Fantastic experience: Great gym with swimming pool, steam room, hot tub and sauna. Well equipped to workout and to relax. Staff are doing a great job there, friendly and maintaining the place to high standards.

Fantastic experience: Staff there are so friendly, the facilities although small, are perfect and it is not as busy as a regular gym. No judgement from anyone and it is just an overall nice atmosphere. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room are definitely are a winning combination! If you are looking for a gym in the local area of Solihull, I would definitely have a walk around this hidden gem.

Fantastic experience: This gym is fabulous, the staff are friendly and attentive, the place is always very clean and the resturant discounts in the hotel are certainly a perk. Doesn't have the super modern facilities of some other gyms but certainly amazing value for money and worth a visit if you want a less intimidating environment than other chains.

Positive experience: As original former member, left in protest when studio closed and classes ended and club/hotel standards dropped. Recent visit, met new G.M and club manager and definitely improved under their management. Changing rooms still need major upgrade.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 1997 and i have seen the changes from Queens Moathouse to Crowne Plaza, Still the same but al lot of changes in personnel, please keep it the same if possible

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Extremely well run by the manager and her team. Nice mix of people. Mainly mature people 35/40 + during the mornings when I attend. Great parking and facilities in the hotel too.

Positive experience: Hotel gym, needs updating. Worn out equipment, pool area lighting is very bad with 70% of bulbs gone. Staff are lovely. Have not renewed here this year.
