Positive experience: I think the changing rooms for swimming could be improved, some lockers don't work, locks are bent, most of the changing room doors don't have a lock and need repairing. Some of the equipment in the gym (for example bikes and treadmills) is old when compared to the equipment in Waterworld.

Positive experience: Pretty small. Swim was not available BC of classes friendly staff but some equipment in gym not working.

Fantastic experience: Great place and great instructors for swimming for the kids

Negative experience: Impossible to bring my little one swimming here in the morning as the pool is reserved for school swimming lessons or swim school EVERY morning. We didn't want to go to water world as it's too busy and noisy and it scares her, we wanted a quiet pool to introduce her to swimming. As with most little ones, she naps after lunch so much of the afternoon is a write-off. Could you not keep just ONE morning a week free for public swimming? It seems increasingly the case that pools are prioritising what can make them the most money, rather than servicing the community as whole.

Positive experience: Both main teachers seem to have either left or don't work weekends. Lessons passed down to the support team.. who don't really have the confidence with the kids. Main issues are that the groups are so varied in age that the older ones are waiting approx 5mins whilst another child is helped with an issue. This over 30 mins means your child barely gets to do anything. My son has been in wave 2 with everything completed except 1 thing for weeks and doesn't seem to get concentrated on for the kids to move up. It's a shame as it's a nice venue but it's management is poor of the actual lessons and progress.

Positive experience: The baths are great. Some how we had 2 parties booked in 1 slot but they managed to fit us both in. The toilets need a refurb so do the changing Rooms. Parking was ok vending machines were over priced.

Positive experience: My daughter loves her swimming lessons. But what happened to getting a free certificate for passing a wave. Now you have to buy a certificate and u have to buy I different colour swimming cap each time (which the kids don't wear) and you can buy a badge (Which I didnt mind doing)

Fantastic experience: Nice clean pool. I take my grandson for swimming lessons. And I've found them to be very attentive to the children under their care. Covid restriction are adhered to.

Fantastic experience: We bring our grandchildren here for swimming lessons. They are both doing well. All the staff are great. The seating area is open again now, bit changing rooms are just for when you leave. The vending machines with fresh popcorn and various drinks and snacks are still available. The coffee machine sadly hasn't been in operation since this covid mularky took ahold. Plenty of parking spaces. Also a large field at the side where you can go for a walk.

Fantastic experience: Played badminton for the first time for many months. Socially distanced badminton at that. My heart goes out to the staff who are affected by the effects of Covid-19 mitigation. Back again soon to do some swimming

Negative experience: Water quality is poor, other people's hair and plasters in the pool and by the end of the session everyone is coughing. Also not really sure why we have to wait outside the changing rooms until everyone else is out.

Positive experience: Need to have morning sessions for general public in the week. Not really ideal for people who work weekends, please review your timetables. Plus no kids to contend would please alot of swimmers

Fantastic experience: Good pool available to the public and available at times to fit in with going to work. You can also get a drink and sit down after your swim. Friendly and helpful staff.
