Fantastic experience: Very comfortable gym with very friendly/helpful staff. Though it's not the largest gym, it has plenty to fulfill the majority of people's needs. Including a small pool and showers.

Fantastic experience: Great local pool and gym, staff work so hard to try to keep things spotless and covid compliant etc, they are friendly and professional and they make you feel appreciated as a customer. Its not huge like some of the Colchester gyms but that's why I like it. There is a reason some people have been members for 15+ years. Thanks guys if you see this.

Positive experience: We use the swimming pool for our son's swimming lessons and we also use it on occasion for him to have a bit of practice, It's cheap and really close to home. I would say the place could use a bit of a face lift, the pool is missing a few tiles and is generally just a bit run down.

Positive experience: Warm pool with a steam room and sauna. All quite small but considering it's attached to a hotel and is free to use for guests one cannot complain.

Positive experience: Came here for the kids swimming lessons. It's a lovely little pool, but the pool is shared with anyone staying at the hotel.
