Fantastic experience: Attended a wedding. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The meal was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I was a photographer here shooting a wedding 8th November and a meal was "placed at the bar" for me. Not only was the food amazing the service was outstanding. Really professional younger members of staff considering their young age (compared to me). The wedding coordinator also was amazing on the day. Great place definitely visit even for the food

Fantastic experience: We stayed in the Ben mcdui lodge with our own private hot tub and great views of the countryside . Lodge was beautiful and immaculate great bedroom and lounge, shower ,robes ,towels etc everything you need ..lovely welcome basket with treats on table .We had dinner and breakfast in the plumpy duck restaurant food was brilliant. We used the facilities..pool sauna steam room too all great ....The staff from check in to bar /restaurant were all amazing helpful and friendly we will definitely be back ..

Positive experience: We stayed at the Bowfield Hotel and Spa for an overnight, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and fairly spacious. The hotel really impressed in terms of service, when checking in we found the staff to be very friendly, informative and enthusiastic. The breakfast was also excellent with a great choice of juices, great choice of hot food (including square sausage and potato scone) as well as cereal, bread and pastries. The service in the restaurant was also very good. We often find nowadays that many hotels are working understaffed with poor service but found this not to be the case at the Bowfield. The pool area was one of the best I’ve experienced in the local area, the sauna and steam room were great as well as the pool area which was clean and relaxing. Would definitely visit again.

Fantastic experience: Firstly,I'd like to say that the staff where simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived at the Aura Spa to checking out. Couldn't fault the staff whatsoever. Also our room and throughout the hotel was superbly clean. My treatment at the spa,being a facial and foot massage was other worldly! My masseur was exceptional and very professional. Her experience was evident from the start.I was left feeling the most relaxed in a long time and couldn't help but rave about the treatment. Part of our package was a high tea and it was simply awesome,from the way it was presented to the taste of every sandwich and tasty bite. Dinner that night was no less exceptional,in the Plumpy Duck restaurant. Again staff where most attentive,warm,polite and friendly. On the downside and just being a minor criticism,our room lamp didn't work but certainly nothing to make a complaint about. Also the way shower taps are positioned,to adjust the hot and cold water,you have reach through the hot running water,burning my arms,so guests need to be very careful. Overall our stay was most enjoyable. The lovely staff made all the difference and are a credit the company who own the hotel and spa. I have no reservations about visiting the Bowfield and Spa again. It is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had our wedding there and we didn't want to leave. So much so that we ended up staying for a few extra nights. The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive and our wedding planners, Audrey and Shelbie were the best. The food is unbelievable and the rooms are great with comfy beds.

Positive experience: We attended a wedding at the Bowfield hotel. When we first arrived, the staff were lovely and very friendly. It would however have been more useful to gain access to the rooms at midday or 1pm in order put our stuff away and freshen up before the ceremony. The wedding venue is small and slightly cramped however once it had been dressed by an external vendor, it looked lovely. The dinner we had was a soup and steak pie. I think given how much they charge couples for a wedding per head, the potion sizes were too small (this was a common comment from other guests at the wedding). The food did however taste nice. Drinks were expensive. The staff were efficient and quick at clearing empties however we felt they lingered in the room too much making us feel slightly uncomfortable (as they were literally right next to our table.) The room. We had a ‘deluxe’ room as this was all that was left at the time of booking. It cost £155 for the night. The beds were two singles pushed together when it was supposed to be a king. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the bedding was very poor quality (it felt like a neoprene style sleeping bag). The room had snacks that was a nice touch however £3.10 for a bag of haribos in a room costing £155 is a bit wide. The worktops and tables were chipped and the bathroom finishing was poor. Dust also on top of a lot of surfaces to the point that it was clearly visible on a shirt I had left sitting out. Breakfast was really nice, and for a buffet breakfast, it was surprisingly fresh. We didn’t use the spa or pool facilities. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our stay at the Bowfield and wouldn’t come back until major renovation had taken place in the rooms (especially for the price) or if the cost went down.

Fantastic experience: Had originally booked the Gleddoch but got a refund due to issues so was looking for somewhere else in the area to stay and ended up opting for the Bowfield. From the moment of booking to the moment I left, it was amazing. Zero hassles, welcoming staff, great rooms, amazing sleep, fabulous facilities, half the price of the Gleddoch hence great value. I ended up buying vouchers for Spa experiences for family members which is something I would usually never do but I knew they would be in good hands once I drove back down South. Seriously, if ever in the Glasgow area, stay here due to how handy it is for the area and the experience you will have. Truly incredible.

The venue's stunning views including the resevior *a must visit* made it the perfect backdrop for their celebration. Fantastic experience: Just back from a last minute night away with my Fiancé and my 2 daughters, we had a wonderful stay ! On arrival the reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming and gave us a run down on where everything was, this was our 1st time staying. We were in the Superior Family room and it was exceptional it was spacious, clean and had everything you’d need for a night away. We used the soft play facility which is amazing for something to do with our kids they had a blast in there, the milkshakes went down a treat too ! We also used the pool and the staff at the pool were great and showed us around the changing rooms and pool which was greatly appreciated! We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and again the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food was amazing! I would highly recommend the Bowfield Hotel and Spa for anyone as they cater for all, our youngest has Autism and staying in hotels isn’t really ideal but the bowfield had a calm and relaxed Vibe which really made her comfortable and there is a great soft play and pool to keep the kids entertained ! We look forward to staying again !

Fantastic experience: Stayed in Cairn Gorm cabin which was lovely and at the far end of the row and very quiet. Occasional rumble of airplanes taking off as its under Glasgow airports flight path. Staff were all helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious for the 2 dinners, breakfasts and Sunday lunch we had in The Plumpy Duck restraunt. Would stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: A spectacular venue for weddings. Lodges and rooms are very spacious set in a tranquil location. Rooms were clean and comfortable with views of the surrounding area. The wedding venue was exceptional for reasonable size events. Could not fault staff in their planning, service, or helpfulness

Fantastic experience: Great location. We had a lovely chalet in the garden with our own private hot tub. It was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent but the highlight was the staff. They were excellent in every way. Especially Michael. We'd definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful country retreat. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Free access to gym and pool (hot tub and sauna as well) is a huge bonus. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Restaurant is of a very high standard. Location is stunning. Parking- plenty of on-site parking which is free. All of the above warrant 5 stars. I cannot stress how good this hotel is! However, I paid a lot for the in-room spa-bath which I found wasn't really worth the money. Some re-thinking needed here. The room does not have air conditioning which would be nice. Planes flying over (nearby Glasgow airport) affect the TV signal. Not a deal breaker but annoying during the football. If you are thinking about staying here then just book it. It's a good place for couples and families. The hotel is about 30 minutes drive from Glasgow and not too far from ferry services.

Fantastic experience: Had a really lovely stay here over the weekend. Room was really nice and spacious and well stocked with snacks and tea. Meals at the restaurant were really great and the servers were friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was delicious and the portions were great. The younger receptionist at the hotel was pretty unfriendly and brusque. The spa was really relaxing, facilities were very up to date and clean. The saunas, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi, pool, and rest and relaxation room were all great and quite quiet even on a Saturday. The spa manager was incredibly helpful and friendly and a real credit to the hotel. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Negative experience: Where do I start….. if you are looking to use this for a relaxing spa break don’t, it’s not that type of place. Just because it has Spa in the title doesn’t mean it’s relaxing. We stayed in a suite as we were looking for a relaxing overnight stay however the place is overrun by kids and locals, there is a creche/kids play area that resembles a “brewers fair/harvester”. The Spa pool area is overcrowded and noisy, not enough beds and the beds are very uncomfortable. You need to walk through the kid's play area and cafe in your rope to get into the pool. The bar was small and the tables were sticky. The restaurant was ok, the food was ok/good, and we had Sunday lunch/dinner apart from the beef being overly fatty it was ok. Room, it was on the second floor, it has no air conditioning so was very warm when we arrived, you can open windows which cooled it down but on the flip side, it’s very noisy with staff coming and going (you are in the staff car park) also we woke to the bins being emptied at 6.30 am considering it was a bank holiday was disappointing. Another thing about the room is it has a green emergency light on the ceiling and when the lights are off it’s like Hampden Park, I did call down to reception to ask how I switch it off at 11 pm but was told you can’t, I am not exaggerating it’s like a flood light. The room itself is nice and the bathroom is nice. Breakfast was fine, buffet breakfast but again I assume because of staffing issues the tables were sticky and dirty. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again, but I suppose it’s a certain clientele that will frequent a hotel like this and as you say you get what you pay for, our total say was circa £450 for 1 night including food and drinks.

Fantastic experience: I had my wedding at bowfield on the 24th April 2024, and it was outstanding from start to finish. The Wedding coordinator shelbie was so calming all throughout planning and on the day, and the manager juliette was a total hero through the day! Even reminding an elderly guest to take his medication on time! Everyone was so blown away at the effort everyone went to to make sure we had a special day. Michael was also brilliant, relatively new to the team and did a great job. I gave 4 stars for the semple suite as it didn't have a door to the toilet, just a curtain, which killed it a bit!

Fantastic experience: My daughter got married yesterday at Bowfield and the whole day from start to finish was outstanding.The staff were so helpful,well mannered,courteous and I know it's cliche but they really did make it our very special day.the general manager and wedding planner were so attentive even looking after my dad and reminding him to take his medication on time.Food was fantastic and venue was beautiful would thoroughly recommend

Fantastic experience: A really lovely hotel, in a secluded area behind some great roads. Ample parking, lovely and well appointed rooms, great pool and spa facilities. A lovely food and drinks area and very helpful staff. This is a staple for us on our annual adventure around the Scottish roads.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wedding here, i stayed in the room the first night and the hunni moon lodge the second night x I just want to thank everyone at bowfield they were amazing. Very helpful. Everything was amazing made my say billiant , the hunnimoon lodge was fantastic, spotless I can't fault it one bit, absolutely Beautiful. I really would rent this again loved it xx My Only criticism I would have about my full stay would be. I feel the rooms are very expensive for what you get, first glance amazing but carpets had stains on them a few. Furiture had holes in them etc. I totally understand this is due to other guests which is terrible. But for what we pay in the rooms just expected these things to be rectified . Other than that small thing. Bowfiled 9/10 thank you so much for everything. One member of staff sticks out in my mind I cannot rem her name. Young girl But she was a server a breakfast time . Great customer service skills. Very friendly. Very good at her job . Shame I can't rem her name. xxx I was chatting with her both days, shel know who she is. We were chatting about tennirife. Negative experience: My gift card had expired by a few weeks and was told basically there was nothing they could do for a high tea poor service

Positive experience: Took my 5 kids to the soft play and stayed for dinner. Once the meals had arrived to our table I asked for 2 high chairs for the 8 month old twins. They then informed us they had a wedding on and all high chairs are being used. Which is fair enough but we came to a soft play area for dinner to make it a little more stress free with 5 young kids. You'd think they would have 1 spare high chair at a kids soft play? You'd also think she would see the twins and when I ordered food inform me there is no seats for them to sit in. So turned out a very stressful meal with a child on each lap.

Positive experience: Did the spa and afternoon tea package. A really nice relaxing treat. Spa was great, as was the afternoon tea. However, other areas really quite busy so didn’t manage to get full use of the pool, outdoor tub, etc.

Fantastic experience: Hotel is very nice. Rooms are modern and well presented and very comfortable. With our deal we had afternoon tea which was very good, a discount on the evening meal and a bottle of wine. The restaurant was really good. The food was freshly made and to a good standard. All staff were friendly and very service orientated. Recommended for quiet getaway

Fantastic experience: This hotel is beautiful! It’s set out in beautiful countryside and is so quiet and peaceful. It’s a lovely building and very rustic looking. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were to friendly and helpful. We had dinner and, on another occasion, had an afternoon tea at the Plumpy Duck onsite restaurant. The meal and afternoon tea were great! All reasonably priced too! The spa facilities were brilliant! Lots of rooms to relax in and the massages we had were great. The outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was brilliant too. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel. Whether for spa, overnight stay, dinner or afternoon tea. I can’t wait to go back

Positive experience: Club member. One good thing is that they offer classes such as yoga, pilates, etc. The VERY BAD thing is class sizes are limited, you can only sign up 3 days before on their calendaring application at 8am and then it is a race to see if you get in before the class is full. With as full as some of these classes get why on earth don't they offer more of the same at different times so more people can take the class? Not a good system. Other than that (which is a pretty major consideration) the facilities are clean, lockers are sometimes faulty/broken, staff are helpful and friendly.

Positive experience: I only attended the spa and facilities so can’t comment on the hotel!!! I visited the spa and it itself was lovely, staff was very kind and accommodating and the woman who did my massage and facial was great! As well as the ladies at the reception desk, very helpful and attentive. I’d come back just for that! The facilities however were not ideal, you get to use them for an hour and a half if you book a full day spa. I didn’t really realize of course that this would include hotel guests and country club members. Waiting for the pool to be available after water sports was a tad annoying, not sure I’d have booked a full day if I knew this would happen. Changing rooms were okay, besides the mould in the showers, all over the ceiling. Showers were really not clean and I feel obvious mould is a bit of a big oversight for a hotel. Never seen such in an hotel I’ve ever been in. I also noticed three times a male employee walking through the women’s changing rooms without any warning. Considering I saw multiple women nude in there throughout the day it seems completely inappropriate for a male employee to be walking through unannounced. I assumed if I was in the women’s changing room I’d be only around women or those who identify as such. All in all spa was lovely, facilities not worth the bother unless you want to share with everyone else and changing rooms need major work in shower area.

Fantastic experience: Amazing hotel. We stayed the night and also had spa treatments each and would 100% recommend. Staff are so lovely and happy to help at both the spa reception and the main reception. Facilities are all good and well maintained. Really good and wide variety Scottish breakfast one of the best I've had.

Positive experience: Nice place, good location but way way too busy with too many folks and defeats the purpose of a relaxing location. Cafe at lunchtime Friday weekday was a noise nightmare! Can't speak for the racket of chatter, music and kids play area next door. Lunch menu looks interesting, may well be very tasty but overpriced to try out in the surroundings and noise. Staff helpful, typical price for coffee and cake but noisy environment off putting for going back regularly for coffee. Easier to drive elsewhere Car parking nightmare as well. Seriously overcrowded car parking and not enough disabled spaces. Stressful trying to park and get to a timed event. Thinking you have sold way too many memberships. Seriously thinking this might not be worth it given the hassle to get in and out at and this is off peak!

Positive experience: Stayed here for 2 nights as attending a friends wedding. Lovely location with nice spa facilities, jacuzzi and pool. The service received at reception was mediocre. We booked the deluxe double room and we were rather disappointed with it for the price paid. Nice & clean room however no bottles of water were provided as "they were for the premium rooms only", and no spa robes provided either. Our first night was interrupted frequently from loud noises, doors slamming etc. The plumpy duck restaurant was OK. Great breakfast facilities and food. Dinner was average. My husband ordered salt & pepper chicken which he was very disappointed with as it was more like chicken goujons. Ordered the katsu curry for main, however there was not enough sauce provided (even after asking for more). Lovely wedding venue and the wedding breakfast food was delicious!!!

Negative experience: Booked our wedding here for 2025 and paid our deposit, unfortunately my mother in law became terminally ill after we booked our wedding and has since passed away as she will not be here to witness our special day we decided to have a quick simple wedding and therefore had to cancel our booking with the bowfield who refused to refund our deposit to us although the date is 2 years away however did give us 2 weeks to choose another date which was most unrealistic and lacked compassion as a compromise I asked them to donate the money to marie curie as that's who looked after her in her final days, they agreed but now I've found out they only donated £200 of our £800, I am truly disgusted with this company and anyone who has lived with cancer should think twice about using this company given their serious lack of compassion here.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a three night stay. The hotel is amazing. Staff are so pleasant, helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is top notch. But beware the full Scottish breakfast is so large you'll never finish it (good luck) The next time I come home from Essex to visit family, I'll be booking the bowfield. NO CONTEST. Positive experience: Booked this for a getaway for me and my partner lovely place great lodge unfortunately I broke my foot due to improper placement of steps at the hot tub. Steps were placed on the wrong side with a parasol with massive concrete block one foot right in front of the steps witch resulted in me slipping from the steps and getting my foot caught under the concrete parasol base. Attending staff member notified me that the parasol shouldn’t have been there and that the outdoor table should have been there instead then was kinda hard to enjoy the rest of my time there giving the gash hand pain in my foot. Staff were all great after said incident offering ice packs checking up on me regularly. Food at dinner time was average at best. Breakfast was really good.

Negative experience: to all future guests who are staying in the lodges speaking from experience last week my mother split her head open on the edge of the roof as it was sticking out too much and as a complete insult all the hotel staff offered us was free bottles of water pack of crisps and can of juice and a bowl of chips my concern is that if it happens again it could be a kid

Fantastic experience: Big, big updates to the Bowfield since my last visit. A significant and very well implemented development of stylish cabin style lodges in the surrounding grounds really adds to what now feels and looks like an upmarket country club. Excellent and well worth a visit especially if you are planning a short break.

Fantastic experience: We got married 1 year today on the 29/06/22 at the Bowfield Hotel and Country Club and could not recommend it highly enough. The staff were absolutely amazing, from planning the wedding right through until the day of our wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our coordinator guided us through everything and had everything set to perfection on the day! Everything was perfect for us and made our day so special! The feather blade of beef recommended by the chef for one of our main courses was out of this world and the rest of the food was also highly praised by our guests. The staff took care of everything for us and we had the best day of our lives! The honeymoon suite was beautiful and comfortable. To anyone looking to book a wedding, we would highly recommend The Bowfield and would like to once again thank all the staff involved in making our wedding the best day of our lives! Positive experience: Lovely facilities and decent food. Prices also not as high as some places in current rip-off climate. However, they don't take cash (only card) which I can't stand and then ask "is that alright?" when there is no alternative. Quite sure they'll take cash tips. Card only payment with no receipt with breakdown also means you get presented with a total and unless you are on your toes and fancy totalling it up you have no idea if it's correct or not. I want to see an itemised record of what I've been charged for. Service was poor to average at best. 10-15 minutes for some mains to arrive while half the group had almost finished. No member of staff greets or takes ownership of the table and asks how your meal is. This is part of the problem in this sector - prices are high but the service and overall experience too often doesn't justify it.

Positive experience: Nice hotel, staff, food, area and facilities but the "in room steam room" aka very hot room is not, it's simply too hot in summer and very uncomfortable to sleep - unacceptable to not have air conditioning nowadays and a £20 fan does not cut it! Invest in air conditioning!.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, nothing was to much hassle for any of the staff and they were all very friendly, the lodges where very clean and the hot tubs were very relaxing. We will deffo be back.

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely spa experience here in may this year with my daughter it was a birthday gift from my daughter and her husband the spa facilities were amazing we had cocktails outside in the jacuzzi, the lunch was really good too ,the lady Marie I think her name was who did my massage was fantastic the whole experience was excellent I can't wait to go back

Positive experience: General good, the spa is nice. The let down is the noise insulation between room and especially between floors. The floors creak badly on the 1st and 2nd floors no matter how careful you are. I reported this issue 2 years ago and it is still the same, pity as it mared an otherwise nice stay.

Fantastic experience: This is my third time visiting the Bowfield Hotel. I booked my daughter and myself for one of their Spa days, which included use of the leisure facilities, afternoon tea and two spa treatments. The facilities here are brilliant. We started at the leisure area with its beautiful changing rooms and had a swim in their lovely pool, which has loungers dotted around. Then, off to the steam room and sauna, followed by a dip in the jacuzzi. We then had an afternoon tea, which included beautiful sandwiches, hot scones, and the most delicious little cakes. We then made our way up to the hydro pool, which is outside, to chill before heading off for our treatments. All in all we had, yet another, fabulous day. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend a visit. I have also dined in the restaurant and the food was excellent

Positive experience: Just been to the Plumpy duck for afternoon tea.and we were very pleased with the whole experience. The staff were very pleasant and the food was excellent. We would definitely recommend going there and we will most certainly return to try the lunch menu.

Fantastic experience: The location is a little off the beaten track. And the prices are not cheap. But the high quality of the rooms, the excellent cuisine, the appreciated soft play areas for the kids, not to forget the stunning swimming pool and gym etc made for a special stay. Personally, the warm, easy to chat with staff were the icing on the cake. They made our weekend stay, feel that bit more homely. From the Gen Mgr Juliet, to the breakfast staff Orla, from Vivienne on reception, to Calum and Emma on the bar... a great stay was enjoyed and some lovely family memories created.

Fantastic experience: Love this place, Got married there 1/12011, Staff are fantastic, gym is brilliant the spa are just everything is great. Since being married there we've been back to the restaurant The Plumpy Duck is great, the staff work hard and the managers are all hands on too.

Fantastic experience: We booked a Spa Package and the service was top class. Good, clean facilities and very pleasant staff. The spa team were very helpful and friendly. The afternoon tea had a good variety and the staff were also very quick to serve us our food. A big shoutout to Ava ( who was amazing and very very friendly - I very much enjoyed the polish, massage and express facial. Looking forward to returning !

Fantastic experience: Went for Saturday lunch. Restaurant was busy but as we hadn't booked, staff were good to find us a table in the bar area. Enjoyed my steak pie. My companion really enjoyed his Vegetable Katsu with Basmati rice. Lightly battered cauliflower was excellent! Good atmosphere with staff that looked like they enjoyed their work

Negative experience: Well after a lovely day spa with friend I arrived home to realise I had left a precious gold necklace in my robe pocket as I had been asked to remove it for my full body massage. I called the bowfeild 40mins after leaving asked staff member to go retrieve it for me and I could collect. Spa wasnt particularly busy on that day so wouldnt be many robes in the towel dump and wouldnt be a big job to retrieve. Was told spa closes 6pm someone would call me back in the morn. No phone call came and when I called myself I then got advised laundry had left earlier that morn and there would be very little chance of getting my chain back!! I explained I wasnt happy that this could have and should have been resolved when I called the previous evening. I have now called everyday since to no avail always told I woyld be called back and no call ever comes. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Myself and friend prob would have made regular visits to this place after a lovely afternoon but based on the lack of care from staff since we will never return nor recommend. So so disappointed and any benefit of the spa day was lost after phone call to advise I had left my necklace resulted in such poor customer service and lack of care. I just wish I went back n retrieved it myself same evening rather than following their advice and waiting on call in the morning.

Fantastic experience: Attended for a family wedding and when we drove into the car park we commented on how beautiful the hotel was, walked through the entrance and WoW..... Hotel is absolutely beautifully presented, staff are excellent, bedroom was so comfortable, food was delicious, wedding was excellent from start to finish and the hotel really worked their socks off for the Bride/Groom and Guest's. Highly recommended and thank you to the Bowfield staff for making our stay really enjoyable x

Fantastic experience: Lovely Country Club Hotel in rural Renfrewshire. It is a wee bit remote and not near any public transport however it is handy for Glasgow Airport.

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding at The Bowfield and WOW!!!! What a day we had. All the staff are AMAZING! There is nothing at all I can fault. Kirsten was our wedding co-ordinator and she is absolutely fantastic, we spent a year organising our wedding and chatting with her and we genuinely will miss her. Our master of ceremony was Jamie and he was great, the day went so smoothly even with us adding a little change along the way, nothing was too much to ask. All the other staff on the day made us feel so special and they went above and beyond to make the day great for us. Such friendly, amazing staff that made our day even more magical. Thanks so much. We are sad our day is over. The Bowfield has a big place in our hearts and we will be there often, as we love it.

Negative experience: Would 100% NEVER recommend Bowfield. Unsure where to start… a complete and utter rip off!! £50 joining fee and the cheapest memberships offered is ‘supposed’ to be £70 for one person per month. (Joint membership at £112 per month) Supposedly, if someone recommends you to the health club they will receive a £50 gift voucher - which never gets received after speaking to different members of staff on different occasions!!! We have been asking regarding the ‘referral reward’ for 6 months!! Some of the staff are soooo rude and unwelcoming! From speaking with multiple different members it became apparent that everyone is paying different price for the exact same membership. When initially joining the club i asked regarding blue light discount which were informed they wouldn’t accept it. 6 months later realising we have been lied to! Attempt to express points which were completely ignored and disregarded. Half of them don’t know what they are doing nor how to run a country club. Complete joke - will NEVER be back.

Fantastic experience: Visited in August 2022. The hotel facilities are exceptional & located in idyllic countryside surroundings. Our room for the night was very well presented, clean & spacious. The spa treatment rooms are well equipped, modern and spacious. Spa staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive at all times. Additionally, we had breakfast and an evening meal in the restaurant, both the food and service were tremendous. I would highly recommend the restaurant and spa facilities, all of the resort staff were all so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely visit again.
