Fantastic experience: Great gym. Simple as that .
Negative experience: The ladles section is very poor, they cater for men more than women
Fantastic experience: Great gym clean tidy great equipment and fantastic members. The gym has fitness classes, boxing and also Thai boxing. PT sessions available with high standard qualified PT’s.
Fantastic experience: Excellently provisioned strength and conditioning space. Expert tuition for Boxing & Muay Thai. Also brilliant deap tissue sports massage/trigger point therapy. Fantastic facility for serious athletes and beginners alike
