Fantastic experience: I've been a member of More Energy Gym in Hayes for the past 6 months, and I must say, the recent renovations have made a noticeable difference! The locker rooms now have a fresh, modern look with more space, cleaner facilities, and improved lighting, which is a big plus for me. The new overhead showers are a standout feature and the temperature adjustments for every showers are perfectly perfect. Kudos to the team, they are most polite people . Highly recommend the gym to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness environment!

Fantastic experience: My favorite Fintess Centre! I have been a member of this club for several years. Most often I use fitness classes, which are conducted at a high level. Thanks to great coaches who prepare very carefully for each class, my form and condition have improved significantly, and my passion for sport and movement is still. Fitness classes are the best way for me to spend my free time on a specific workout. I highly recommend fitness classes such as: Spin, Pump, Aerobics and Zumba. It also happens that I use the gym. A large selection of machines that can be freely used at any time. A big plus is the sauna. However, what made me still a member of the club the most is the wonderful, family atmosphere, smiling and positive people, employees, instructors, motivating to action, who make you want to come. Fantastic experience: Great gym for beginners as well as intermediate lifters. Staff really friendly, always smiling, and willing to help. Prices are quite low. Facilities always clean, and enough machines for a good workout. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and polite staff and members, excellent powerlifting and weightlifting equipment too. Just don't slam the weights or shout.

Fantastic experience: More Energy Fitness Centre is amazing. Excellent facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and excellent training by all trainers. Its a comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to more professional athletes to train at. The gym environment is so nice. I am completely satisfied to have joined More Energy Centre and relish my time there. To be specific, Ash handles the gym in such a professional way. I love it in whole.

Negative experience: shower area and sauna is always very unclean with old shower curtains and dirty floor. Sauna and shower area definitely needs cleaning more often

Negative experience: I understand it’s not the type of gym for serious fitness, however It was impossible to do 1 complete set, as they only have one of each equipment, and people were just sat on their phones on the machines, or they spent 20 mins at a time. It truly is a gym where most people have no clue about what their goals are and are not there to change their body composition or achieve anything or to push or challenge themselves. Overall a frustrating experience

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a few months ago and love it!! Classes are really good and both instructors Ash and Wiola really pushing you to the next level.. Love the music and friendly atmosphere. I will highly recommend this gym to everyone..

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing , I never found similar like this. Yes, gym is not big but has got everything what you need for your workout and if someone is deciding to sign up that means was happy during the tour provided by the member of staff. This gym has got very friendly and always helpful staff, they always for you if you need them.Gym is always clean and tidy . This gym is promote a safe and secure environment for the members. Brilliant place for families and every age group people. Membership price is very decent comparing to other gyms and has got all classes/separate sauna/free car park included. I would highly recommend this great gym.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful gym! More Energy Hayes has a unique atmosphere that is different from the other gyms I’ve been to. The staff and members are friendly, kind and support one another… everyone actually knows each other by name! It’s a community and the equipment, sauna and all group classes are of high quality. Highly recommended

Negative experience: The worst gym ever. The gym is very small. Workout machines are old and most of the times they are out of order. There are just couple of workout devices (treadmills and eliptical trainers);if you want to use them, there is a queue of people waiting already for them. Not to mention that there is a severe breach of GDPR policy as some classes (zumba) are recorded without asking for participants consent or the purpose of the recording being explained to them. If I could, I would give this gym less then a star.

The manager is very good and professional and is always ready to assist the gym members. He’s done a great job with continues improvements since taking over this gym. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I was a member since July 2019 till early 2021 due to relocation and unfortunately the distance is too long. Amazing atmosphere, amazing staff and people. A small cosy gym which has everything you need and friendly people around. Ash and Wiola will always make sure you will feel good and comfortable, would definitely recommend. Hopefully one day I will manage to come back!

Negative experience: Do not join this gym!! They charge you during periods when they are unable to open the gym claiming an email option was sent to freeze the account that was really never sent!!! They will then refuse to give you your money back and threaten debt collectors if you go to your bank. It's small and not worth the price or hassle you go through with the manager. There are plenty of cheaper options in the area that value their customers and wouldn't risk loosing them for something that is their fault.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this gym to anyone, This is a very poorly managed Gym Very congested and not friendly, less staff, poor equipment.

Fantastic experience: More energy is one of the best gyms that i have been to in the area, yes its 22.50 a month but you get the motivation from all the staff you need, such a friendly place to come and work out the music is fantastic.

Positive experience: The sauna was fantastic, but the preemie was just amazing. It’s pretty difficult to describe how being slapped with leafy branches feels good but it does and the guys carrying it out guided me as a newcomer. Can’t wait to go back. Would be great with mates, if they’re up for that sort of thing as the relaxing area is convivial, but I found three hours solo flew by.
