Negative experience: No staff to talk to absolutely ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Such a good gym - Staff are friendly and helpful, got some new machines love it, not going back to Foundry or PureGym!

Positive experience: Good gym and equipment you don’t see at other gyms in cannock. Maximise the space very well. Could do with some more mirrors and colder air con though.

Negative experience: Awful gym, horrible atmosphere. Changing/shower facilities dirty. We used spin bikes on our own & felt bullied by rude ignorant spin members, horrible experience. Can't recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym, excellent value, never too busy and open 24 hours. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they have a lot of classes every day that are all free to members, the shower/toilet/changing room area is clean and big & there is a large car park so parking isn't a problem. The gym is kept very clean and is well looked after. There are vending machines providing water, energy drink, protein shakes and protein bars, and also free water fountains in the gym.

Positive experience: Felt like a youth club in there gang of teenagers hogging pretty much a whole section being some what loud etc they looked like they was enjoying themselves at least and maybe gym otherwise clean machines well maintained parking adequate I will consider my timings in future and try and aim for a morning session or something instead rather then half seven in the evening

Positive experience: Do have a fair few USN/my protein kiddie winks who think Arnold himself gave them the staff of form police. Other than ok gym, better than pure gym and a little less busy.

Negative experience: Hard to get attention. I’m trying to contact Cannock gym from the last 3 days no success. Emails, contact forms, instagram dm - nothing. And I can see that someone read my dm. I just wanted to ask 2 simple question to start my membership but, after reading comments here, I think it’s luck that I didn’t

Positive experience: Not enough spin classes available, on days after 6.30 for those of us that work and struggle to make time for earlier classes.

Fantastic experience: No nonsense gym. Access any time. Serious heavy duty equipment. Get in and get out. Friendly staff during normal working hours.

Fantastic experience: Decent kit. Never MEGA busy, just busy enough… Car park can sometimes be very busy at peak times because of the classes, but this will always be the case wherever you go. All round decent gym.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, I had been a member of a local gym in Wolverhampton for a few months but machines was broke and not repaired so I joined here. From walking in for a look around I was made to feel welcome, I had a free induction where I was given a basic but good program to follow by Beer who is fantastic. All machines are up to date, the gym is spotless, great set out, good choice of classes,, and a great bonus is free parking.

Positive experience: Typical franchise gym. No one has a clue about gym etiquette. Weights left on bars, people hogging weights while chatting, but the classes are good.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with a whole range of machines and free weights to cater for all of your training needs, regardless of your level and ability. Plenty of parking, and easy to get to. All the attendees and staff seem to be really friendly.

Fantastic experience: Not been to the gym in years so was a little nervous of the type of atmosphere I was going to encounter, but my worries were quickly abated when this massive guy lifting huge weights looked up and said hello and asked how my day was. This is characteristic of the people that attend this gym friendly, willing to help, and, motivated to keep the gym clean to keep everybody safe.

Negative experience: Absolutely discusting! After ringing up and booking my free gym session when I got there he's attitude changed. Truly never seen ignorant people the two lads that worked there called (BEAR and TOM) tried to make me pay as I was explaining to them that I booked my free session they got very aggressive and was swearing a lot Tom even said "all you travellers are the same never want to pay " then refused me to come in because I said I was gonna tell there manager they even wouldn't let me wait inside while I orded a taxi home ! ! ! ! ! ! BEAR AND TOM! RUDE AND RASICT!!!!

Fantastic experience: Attend the weekly cycle class with Lindsey - she absolutely fabulous teacher and very motivating - love attending the classes. Would recommend the gym as the price is very reasonable and its good not to be tied into a contract

Positive experience: The staff here are always smiling which is great but the facial recognition software means I get stuck behind people trying to get in almost every time I visit, the stairmaster was broken for 5 weeks although this has been rectified now. I think they should get a second one of the downtime is going to be so long.

Positive experience: Really enjoy this gym, Been going for several months now and have got several family members signed up with me. Go 3/4 times a week. Personally avoid during 5PM to 7PM as it's rammed! Nice and quiet in the mornings or late session (9PMto close) Always tidy and clean and easy to get around the gym without bumping or being in anyone's way. P.S. Please stop stealing my weights whilst i am still using them :-)

Fantastic experience: WOW, love it here. Staff are really good and friendly always on hand to answer any questions on your personal goals, they always tell you that you did well after a class( even if you feel you havent) loads of different classes and steam/sauna room showers which are all free to use when your a member. It's so cheap.. Members are friendly and don't judge you for what you can't do. Praise you when you do good.

Fantastic experience: Been coming now for over 2 years,, absolutely love it here. The instructors make you feel very welcome and it's such a friendly gym. Made so many new friends just from coming to the gym. Facilities are fab too. Definitely worth the money especially as it's cheap too!

Fantastic experience: This is a really great gym with ample facilities! Always clean and tidy with lots of equipment which are kept up to date. I love working out there and there's always something going on.

Fantastic experience: Although part of a big company, Fitness First, Cannock has the atmosphere of a small family run business. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome from the start of your fittness journey and throughout. There are lots of classes, ranging from studio classes, to spin classes, gym floor classes and weight lifting classes P. T's are available to suit every kind of fitness level and week cater programmes to suit the individual. All in all, it's an excellent gym run by Tim Andrews and his brother Jon who make it a fun experience for all.

Negative experience: I'm new to the Cannock area and thought that I would visit this particular gym as its not too far from me. During my visit I was keen to gain knowledge of using the equipment and asked a member of staff for help. I can only describe the memeber of staff as a jumped up, arrogant, rude human being. He not only insulted me but made me feel and look very stupid. I swiftly made an exit not before asking reception for his name which was ALI HUSSAIN. It's not so much a complaint about the premises itself but the rude individuals you employ.
