The gym is spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with a wide range of machines and free weights to suit both beginners and more advanced fitness enthusiasts. There’s also a good variety of cardio equipment, which is always a plus! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Went hounslow as feltham gym is being refurbed. Staff very friendly and helpful, Betty was one of them. Equipment new and wide in range. Good amount of space too.

Negative experience: Disappointed. Good gym with good facilities. But, parking is not good. If you are on a budget, only way to get free parking is by going shopping at Asda, who validate your ticket. But again, only for a certain period, outstanding amount you have to pay, and this car park is not cheap. A serious gym goer will not enjoy having to do this regularly. Not recommended by me, sorry.

Fantastic experience: Today I attended Hybrid 45 09:30 class. Betty was our fitness instructor today. She is Excellent at her work. Knew exactly what she wanted and how she wanted the class to be conducted. Looked after each individual at their fitness level and catered to the needs of each individual attending the class. Nothing was too much for her, in spite of being interrupted few times her eyes ears were still on the performance of each person doing different exercises . Along with handling the class her constant encouraging words were the real boost to all of us. She really is passionate about her job and brings out the best in people who were there for the class. Totally worth it and Ms Betty you deserve 10/10 for your hard work and dedication. God Bless You in Jesus Name

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for a while now to start my fitness journey and I can honestly say I've never felt so comfortable in a gym, everyone is doing their own thing and you don't feel intimidated, no judgement the atmosphere is so friendly and it's super clean! The equipment is great and there is more than one of the same machine I did my first Zumba class today and Sarah was amazing!! She was so friendly and approachable and gave me and my friends the confidence to join in with everyone else, her vibe is so positive and the class loved it! Can't wait to start doing Zumba regularly! Highly recommend this gym it's a safe space for anyone and everyone

Negative experience: Worst ventilated gym i have ever been to. You need to bring oxygen with you to have decent workout. Update: Ah, stop with your copy paste replies to tick the box. Many people have been complaining for ages, and you are doing absolutely nothing about it.

Negative experience: I suffer from mental health and this place was my get away from all the problems.i do boxing which used to clear my mind from my mental health the only time my mind was free and been their for 2months due to my old gym closeing down yesterday i did boxing and made some noise to breath and just becuse i made some noise during that time the general manager named kat barred me me from the gym and cancelled my membership really upseting because i had all my friends their and was their 6days a week and did boxing only 1hour a week out of the seven days.whats also upseting is that as soon as you walk in the music is playing and alot of noise from other members including people shouting from all sides of gym alot of noise that you can hear from 1side to the other and me makeing alitle bit of noise for alital bit of time my membership gets cancelled very poor managment..

Negative experience: I canceled 4 days before the payment was collected as they mentioned, and after that I couldn't go to the gym till the end contract they do not keep the contract, scam

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership at the Gym Group Hounslow Always overcrowded, , not worth the fee at all

Negative experience: This gym has been open 16 years, from the beginning until now, there’s been extremely poor wifi - practically unusable. This is a problem for those of us who need phone reception/wifi to stay connected with work/business. Multiple managers have come and gone and no progress has been made on fixing this issue - which is a basic issue to fix. This sets the tone for this gym. Recently, since the closure of another local gym, and with continued building of new flats in the area, this gym is now too congested/small. I would rather pay more money to go elsewhere, instead of wasting valuable time waiting for equipment/weights here, almost impossible to workout. They increase prices year on year, they also shut the gym multiple times a year, they’ve amended terms and conditions recently to say we accept this and we can’t get a refund or charge back for when they shut the gym for “refurbishment”. It’s happening more often now. There is no free parking, no wifi (practically), no phone reception, over-congested, price increases every year. Not worth it anymore.

Negative experience: Way too busy - no control over membership numbers - poor hygiene including pretty nasty and stinky changing rooms/toilets/showers. Will have to look elsewhere to avoid this extreme waiting times and prolonged workouts for no reason. They keep mentioning in their responses to other reviews here that there is a live tracker to assess how busy the gym is at any given time. I suggest they don’t insult anyone’s intelligence any further and accept that the gym capacity is out of control and maybe they’re too greedy to say it out loud. They also removed paper towels and cleaning sprays for hygiene because of the environment. Make it make sense, I always threw my paper towels in the recycling bin? Cost cutting disguised as becoming carbon neutral. Focus back on the basics - a safe and clean workout and changing space with actual room to exercise in without having to sit staring at your phone to check when the capacity is most reasonable (yet still ridiculously busy), as per their suggestion.

Negative experience: Always overcrowded, it is shame so big gym with only 1 bench press, very low WiFi signal, no cellular signal and very dirty gym, anti hygiene conditions in the toilet, they never clean it, water taps with low pressure, soap boxes faulty, toilet pee stinky changing rooms. Some of staff members are very welcome and nice like english lady who training girls shaping dressed in colored suit and band on the head, lovely person but some of staff members are arrogant, like asian or indian/pakistan guys not willing to help and not doing their duties, first day I asked to help me with creating account they just run away with silly excuse left me next to registration machine in the corridor, when I ask for assistance to to get my measurements with scales they told me same, silly excuses, ons top of that scales working not for everyone but only for prime members it is kind of discrimination. Everyone in gym needs access to machines all of the members paying for gym membership.

Negative experience: Decent amount of equipment but gym is always busy. No wipes or something to clean the equipment before or after using it. Some cable machines very often defective / out of use. Water dripping from somewhere and buckets are often on the floor.

Fantastic experience: I love this place it's my second home. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: The actual gym itself is good, lots of equipment but the toilets are disgusting there's always urine all over the floors and dirty tissue on the toilet, the floor and sometimes the walls. The whole place stinks. Most of the lockers are also broken so hard to find a free one that actually locks

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership at the Gym Group Hounslow today! Reason being: The men’s toilet is ALWAYS in a filthy and disgusting state. It’s unhygienic ! The toilets have not been cleaned for weeks. The soap dispenser in the toilet is broken and have been removed. There’s no soap whatsoever for you to wash your hands after a work out session. This is crazy considering gym equipments are high-touch surfaces I took it upon myself to buy a carex bottle of liquid soap and put it in the men’s toilet. When I returned the next day, it was removed!!! I’ve joined up with Anytime Fitness and the men’s toilet are in a much BETTER state!

Positive experience: Good location.. big place.. ..lots of equipment.. car parking which you have to pay for but only to be expected where it is..

Fantastic experience: I recently had some PT sessions with Florentine as looking as want to loose weight and feel stronger. I must say Florentine is a really good, experienced personal trainer and will for sure make you work hard. Florentine has also given me really good advice on nutrition which i follow today. in short space of time i lost inches than weight however i continue to follow her teaching.

Negative experience: My workout experience has been good overall as me and my boyfriend go together using his friend passes, and I've never had any issues with the majority of staff, however I've been a bit reluctant to go back since the last time I went the PT Sarah was walking around and complaining to herself about people around her, clearly in a bad mood - I'd never seen her like that before, as the time before that she seemed so happy even joking around with people, even saying my boyfriend could kick the boxing bag as long as she was the only PT around to see it, however she quickly changed her mind by the next time we went and was rude to him for doing it, despite giving him permission previously, leaving both of us a bit confused. Neither of us were surprised by any PT would be in a bad mood though, considering how poor their working conditions are, making barely any money while being treated like that. Also, the women's changing room always has a distinct smell of what I can only describe as period blood.

Negative experience: Dirty gym, no towels or antibacterial sprays to wipe machines after everybody, always crowded old machines, but so far have no choice only one in Hounslow

Negative experience: This gym is a complete mess. Picture a packed subway at rush hour, but with gym equipment. That’s what this place feels like. It’s so crowded, you might have to do push-ups in the hallway because every spot is taken. Want a treadmill? Get ready to wait forever. Weights? Only if you're willing to wait ages for them. The machines are either broken or look like they belong in a junkyard. Cleanliness? Forget it. It’s not the tidiest place around. The staff? They seem to be always on leave. Honestly, It feels more like an exercise to your patience rather than your physical health. Save yourself the hassle and find a gym that doesn’t make you question your choice every time you visit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to make your fitness dream come true, well equipped, spacious, all time favorite gym

Positive experience: The gym was good when there were lesser members few weeks ago. However now it gets crowded often in the evenings and the general experience is not pleasant. On many occasions I have seen members with poor gym etiquette. Eg: a guy will just rest on the bench for a long time with multiple weights while many people are waiting to use the bench. It would be great if the gym staff intervened and explained basic etiquette to such members. The men’s toilet is small and filthy…I try to avoid it as much as possible. The equipment and trainers are good hence 3 stars otherwise I would struggle to give 1 star. The WiFi does not work (I have tried to forget and rejoin network many times) and my mobile reception is weak which doesn’t help (however this is still a relatively minor complaint compared to the other stuff mentioned above). Unfortunately there are no other decent, affordable options nearby.

Negative experience: Total 2 Washrooms 1 is closed from a month and the second one don't have a lock in it , Looks like living in a developing country..

Positive experience: Been using this gym for over 10 years. Space and equipment are good, multiples of many machines so you don't have to wait for someone to finish on the one you want. BUT the showers and toilets always stink. This has never been fixed in all the years I've been going. The showers feel dirty, not cleaned regularly/properly, and totally unpleasant to wash in. I've been to the Feltham branch and this wasn't the case. I've used many other gyms in hotels and abroad, and never experienced showers that always stink and feel dirty like this. If they fix this issue I'd give the gym 5 stars for what you get for the price.

Fantastic experience: Florentina ENEA is hands down the best part of my experience at The Gym Group in Hounslow! She makes sure that EVERY MINUTE of our session is productive, providing comprehensive training throughout the hour! After the session, she ensures I have a good stretch out so I don't feel sore! I actually joined The Gym Group because of her and I'm so glad I did! She has transformed me both in terms of fitness, nutrition and motivation! If you're looking for a dedicated and highly skilled personal trainer, look no further than Florentina! She's the best and I can't recommend her enough!

Negative experience: Good Gym with good equipment. Wifi in the gym never works and too slow. this is one of the issue in the gym that was never sorted. No car park as well. Would be great if gym provides a free parking.

Positive experience: The gym is not bad and cost efficient but the only issue is not enough equipment especially the short straight bar. One trainer that I worked with that I recommend is "Florentina". With her high intensity warmups, works outs and cool downs...and everything is done to a professional standard ensure no injuries... Just one session with her I lost weight

Fantastic experience: The personal trainer at the gym group Hounslow Anastasia was incredibly helpful and supportive with all of my questions and concerns regarding my fitness goals and was extremely accommodating with me at all times and with all other members of the gym who interacted with her. 10/10 will definitely go to her for personal training sessions!!

Fantastic experience: I am a member of this gym for 10 months and till now I am having a wonderful experience. On my 1st day my attraction was the zumba classes conducted by Sarah Lawson. As I also had my aim towards weight loss, I approached her to become my PT. She is a lovely person aswell a lovely trainer. I have shoulder and back issues she makes me do excercises which helps me ease out my pain. I also take boxing lessons from her.

Positive experience: Overall I'm satisfied with the equipment and services provided here. Still, there's plenty more room for improvement when it comes to the hygiene in the changing rooms and so forth.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic cardio/resistance facilities(probably the best in & around hounslow). Wide selection of machines and a large enough free weight section with 3 double squat racks. The changing rooms are well kept and the gym floor is always clean. The staff are incredibly friendly. For the price of the membership, you can't go wrong with The Gym Group Hounslow!

Fantastic experience: Had a great group warm up/ workout session with PT Florentina. It was HARD!!!! But one thing she will do is encourage you and push you to your limits. She also toon the time to help our group with proper deadlifting form and gave us great tip whilst we aimed to achieve our personal bests. (My new PB is 130kg btw)

Best personal trainer ever she has changed my life other wise I would had many surgery for my back by now thank you Florentina for been my personal trainer I was so over weight before to started with her she pushed me every single day keep asking you can do now I lost so much weight I don’t feel the same person and got so mcuh confident . Fantastic experience: I visited the gym for the first time today and was greeted by Florentina, who was an absolute delight. She demonstrated extensive knowledge, remarkable patience, and exceptional friendliness. While the gym itself was satisfactory, I am compelled to award my highest rating specifically to Florentina, whose warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued member of the community.

Positive experience: The new equipment is good and decent, but the new lockers are tough to open and close and the men’s bathroom is constantly in bad shape, with cubicles doors not closing properly, definitely needs an improvement on that front

Negative experience: If I were able to give 0, I would. No cardio machines for those who cannot use their lower body for any reason. Able body people have a choice of many computerised cardio machines. We have a manual, non-computerised crank cycle that is always broken and not fit for purpose. All I receive from the higher management are unacceptable excuses. As a large corporation, I would have expected more. P. S. Don't ask me to email you again. It all falls on deaf ears.

Positive experience: Did a flex-stretch class with Sarah Lawason; just what you need to break up the cardio and not seize up. Sarah gives guidance and challenge. Excellent for those rediscovering health and wellbeing after along layoff.

Fantastic experience: It's nice. For a Gym Group chain, it's got a really good gym floor with adequate space to do your own thing and work out effectively. Was quietly impressed.

Negative experience: The gym is very itself is big with lots of machines, free weights and cardio equipment starting to show their age tho. But the other facilities are disgusting! The changing rooms, toilets and shower are absolutely vile, I have never seen facilities like this in a place that you pay to use. (This was about mid morning at 9 the place clearly haven’t been cleaned in days). Most of the lockers are broken or full of junk people have left for the privacy of others I didn’t take pictures of the locker room but please see attached for the bathroom (that’s not water on the floor). This place seem like a bit of a cash cow for them!

I have been attending the Zumba class for a month now and it is so fun. Not very good at it but as Sarah says, it's important that you move. Also, Sarah is very welcoming, smiling and full of fun.

Positive experience: One of the staff members kindly asked me to do a Google review, The gym is particularly not that great, nor that bad so I wouldn’t normally review. Bonus is that it is newly renovated with good equipment.
