Fantastic experience: Joined in the classes here after 10 years at multiple gyms doing your typical training with weights and use of cardio machines. This is a place like no other its brutal and hard but they will help and push you through it. It feels like a family! A family dedicated on helping each other become the best version of themselves. I can honestly say just a couple of classes here and you will be fitter than you have ever been. Just give it a go
