D&G Performance Gym

Negative experience: I’m sure they’re great however I had the misfortune of asking about Micheala as she seemed very experienced and she ended up missing 2 of our appointments, calling me at 8:30pm instead and then shouting at me over the phone when I said it was too late and I couldn’t talk now. We rearranged multiple times and I will say I missed one of them as to be honest I didn’t think she’d call because of her track record. Maybe somethings going on in her life I’m not sure but she really seems to need a break as shouting at customers and making people cry isn’t what I’d call usual business practices. I would have loved to receive treatment but I also don’t want to spend £50 per session on someone’s so ableist who doesn’t understand that 8:30pm when you’ve taken your medication for the evening is far too late to be calling.

Positive experience: It's a really good gym nice size and all new equipment. It's good that it's members only and no walk ins. The price is abit more than I wanted to spend but I suppose you pay more for good stuff.

Fantastic experience: I joined for 2 weeks whilst on holiday in Cornwall and by far the best gym in Liskeard. The staff/owners are extremely friendly and professional, clientele all accommodating and helpful. The place is open 24/7 with entry via electronic key fob, which is really practicable, great assortment of machines/weights/benches and cardio. Awesome gym and great place to train, highly recommended and will definitely visit again

Fantastic experience: Dean and his wife are very approachable, and the weights equipment is the best you will find in the area. I would say the gym is more focused towards people who want to see results and have some knowledge of training but beginners have to start some where, and you would receive no better start to your training journey than here. Cardio equipment, great fixed and free weight stations for strength training/toning and no televisions. Lots of experience and knowledge in this gym. What are you waiting for .......

Fantastic experience: Great friendly place to train, lots of options for cardio but also weight lifting too a real mix of people too don't be put off if you are a beginner because everyone has to start somewhere The staff and PT's at D&G will help you get started, light and Airy plus members have the 24hour option which is superb for shift workers like me
