Fantastic experience: An excellent hotel in the heart of London literally right next to the world famous Borough market and The Shard. Check in was smooth and the bar was cosy. Staff were polite and welcoming and couldn't have done more to welcome us and ensure we were happy and comfortable. Room was extremely clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. There was also no noise so definitely the best hotel sleep ever! We will definitely stay again and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you London Bridge Hotel.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the London Bridge Hotel as we were seeing a show at the O2 and for such a luxurious hotel, the price was amazing! Our room was welcoming and comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious cocktail (or two) at the hotel bar. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the Thames Clipper, so rather than get the tube we travelled along the Thames by boat to the O2! A lot more fun! Great hotel, great location and amazing and attentive staff. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic experience: We hired one of their rooms for a 20 seat work presentation, with a number of people dialled in also. They were well organised in advance and during the meeting. The facilities were good with multiple tv's around the room and good speakers and dial in facilities. No issues at all with the WiFi which comfortably managed our numbers and usage. The food we ordered for lunch was exceptional quality - the bacon sandwiches were another level!! Our group devoured them!

Fantastic experience: I love this hotel. The rooms are very nice and welcoming, clean and comfortable. The bed is soft and firm. I has a very nice sleep! The team on recepción are a dream! Helpful and informative, and always willing to help! The breakfast rooms is nice and cozy, with lots of food to choose from. The team during breakfast are so helpful! I loved my coffee! I went to Quarter Bar (a must to try if you are at the hotel) and the cocktails and food are delicious! Andrei and Sebastián were so attentive and helpful. I come back again soon! Maravilloso hotel!!

Fantastic experience: During my recent visit to London i got chance to stay in this beautiful hotel . hotel is in close proximity to London Bridge station , It is also close to Borough Market . Below is my view on rooms amenities and food & Service . 1) Room , rooms are decent size considering the Central london space crunch, From the room amenities perspective minibar is replenished daily with chocolates , Chips , Soft beverages and Juices . which is good for your on the go consumption , bed could be better as my room had 2 single beds joined to make a queen bed which was slightly uncomfortable. Bathroom was small in size but had all necessary amenities available 2) Food : Our package was inclusive of free breakfast . it has good and great spread for non vegetarian , but Veg options were limited to hash browns veg. sausage , porridge and toast , which were delicious 3) Amenity : Hotel has a gym which is accessible to it's resident In addition to Above mentioned point, Please not that staff is too courteous and chivalrous, they help you in any assistance .

Fantastic experience: Arrived on Friday by coach from North Wales from the moment we stepped inside until the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a map of London and an underground map to help us navigate around the city. We noticed other members of the group were given help with location identification. We have been to London several times but still had great advice on the area. The rooms were clean, bright and had everything we needed. Including a bottle of fresh water. Having spent most of the afternoon walking and enjoying the experience of a big city, we decided to eat at the hotel. The quality of the food and the service was first class. Breakfast the next day was plentiful and again there service was excellent. We liked the fact that no access could be obtained to the hotel beyond the lift area unless you had an electronic key. That made us feel extra safe. I'm a light sleeper, even as the hotel is located next to London Bridge Station, the secondary glazing excluded much of the noise. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again, great value for money

Fantastic experience: We had the best stay at the London Bridge Hotel. There were eight of us in our group and we loved the independent vibe compared to the corporate feel of most other places. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms and public area were spotless. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: The hotel is rather basic. The room quite small, bathroom a bit dated, breakfast average. Location is superb with lots of restaurants nearby and market. There is shard and London Bridge station next door. Nothing really outstanding in this hotel.

Staff and service is excellent everyone was helpful and kind. We even got a late checkout with no issue until 1 pm. I will be visiting again just for the customer service.

Positive experience: Even after turning the heat all the way up, the room was still just as warm as the hallway. Not freezing, but not as warm as I would have liked. The shower needs updating. The glass only covers the first third of the shower so I was trying hard to not get water all over the floor. Complimentary water and the staff are very nice. Breakfast was great. Great location. Can get to anywhere from london bridge station, was an easy transit from airport and to kings cross train

Fantastic experience: How Lucky Are We? Review of London Bridge Hotel Reviewed yesterday My husband and I kept asking ourselves, " How lucky are we?" This was a last minute decision to visit London and we had never been. I wasn't familiar with the different neighborhoods, but had a few notes saved from a trip I was planning before Covid. I only knew I wanted to visit and be near Borough Market. We were across the street from Borough Market! Two blocks from the river! Around the corner from the tube station! I booked this trip with Chase points, through their travel portal. I had settled on a Holiday Inn as having the points for a week, but when I clicked buy, they had no availability. London Bridge Hotel was the next option, except for one less day. I clicked accept because I didn't want to be shut out so close to Christmas, I didn't select Breakfast because at the time I thought it pricey and that we'd like to try other places while there. Let me tell you, this hotel is the best last minute, quick decision I have ever made. The London Bridge Hotel is beautiful. It is stately, elegant and just screams "Refined and Dignified London." The staff was exceptional. Checking in I was told my room did include breakfast. And a breakfast it was! I am vegan and had so many choices. My husband was in heaven with smoked salmon and cheese and lots of bread and pastries. Fresh squeezed orange juice and 4 or 5 other juices. London, being a tea city, had not presented us with the best coffee. The coffee here, spot on! We couldn't wait to get down to breakfast every morning. In hind sight, the breakfast was not pricey, worth every penny. The staff was so attentive and professional. All three concierges were so helpful. I dealt the most with Robert, who talked us through how easy the tube is to use (it is), arranged our tickets to The Tower of London, and just general great conversation. We went full force exploring every day and often ended up for dinner or a quick bite and drink at the Quarter Bar and Lounge off the hotel lobby. The food and drinks are superb. Adding to the delicious food was a chance to talk with and get to know our server, Sylvia. The London Hotel is lucky to have her. We ended each day with, "wonder if Sylvia is working tonight?" How lucky are we?

Positive experience: We shared room on front on 3rd floor heard trains as very close to the station

Negative experience: Hotel is not on the floor where underground station is located, took a while to navigate. The room we booked for meeting is well-decorated but it is difficult to find and on the floor where we cannot get access via lift (stairs only) and there is no washroom on that floor, you have to go upstairs.

Fantastic experience: Great location! Well appointed rooms in a very charming setting. Excellent cocktails in the longue and the breakfast was quite delicious. Even had fresh pressed orange juice!

Fantastic experience: Excellent hotel. Woke up feeling very refreshed after a great night's sleep in a comfy bed and comfortable room. I stayed at the hotel for one night for a business trip. Very conveniently located right next to London Bridge station and tube. The room is very comfortable, decorated elegantly and with comfort in mind. It has the white company toiletries, still and sparkling water, fruit, vanity kits, shoe polishing kit, and tea and coffee tray that even had a teapot which I was impressed with. There was a robe in the wardrobe with slippers and the carpet was soft and fluffy. It made for a very comfortable stay. The water pressure in the room was great so the bath filled up quickly and allowed me to relax in no time. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Top quality food, cooked to perfection with very attentive staff. Hygiene and cleanliness across the hotel was excellent too. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the hotel was the clean and fresh smell. I also really liked the security on each floor. To access the corridors where the rooms are a room key is required. As a solo traveler this made me feel very safe when I went up to my room at night. There were a couple of minor issues in my room during my stay, but a quick call to reception and someone from the maintenance team were straight at the door to fix the issues. Perfect service. Thank you. The choice at breakfast was great too and had everything you would expect for breakfast to set you up for the day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I found my whole stay to be enjoyable, relaxing and just what I needed after a long day. Thank you for a great stay. Next time I am in London for work and need to stay over, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Fantastic experience: A very nice and kind international team. The girls at the reception - very helpful, the concierge Konstantin, the guys in the bar, the cleaning ladies. Absolutelly unique location, but at a quiet street.

Negative experience: As a 4 star hotel, my experience here is not satisfying. There’s no charger near the bed, I have to leave my phone away, and there are only 2 lamp , which is not enough for the whole room. And the power of the hair dryer is so small, it will take ages to dry the hair.

Fantastic experience: Excellent location, right near everything, really friendly staff particularly the concierge team. Great choice of food for breakfast, normal buffet options but then option to ask for poached eggs other bits. Rooms were a good size too and the bar had a good choice of drinks.

Positive experience: I have passed by this hotel so many times on my way in & out of London Bridge so I was looking forward to staying here. We had a superior double room on the fourth floor. Bed was not the most comfortable, in fact it turned out to be two singles pushed together. The shower was very unimpressive with little or no pressure at all and the noise from the passing trains was a distraction but they did stop around 23.30. In the early hours of Sunday morning I was woken by the noise of the crowd leaving the nightclub attached to the hotel. The staff were excellent, particularly the three customer service gents in the lobby, but there was a long wait for food in the bar on Friday afternoon after ordering. All in all it was not an unpleasant stay but I doubt if I would choose this hotel the next time I am in the area.

Fantastic experience: Hotel is located close to London bridge underground and the shard. Room was very clean, not a great view from the window but was quiet and served its purpose. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, was able to leave bags with the consierge upon arrival and also when we had checked out. We bought as a theatre package, well worth the money. Will definitely go back again.

Positive experience: Reception staff (Alpay) not very welcoming at the beginning. Did not allow earlier check in for us (family with 2 kids) but did allow other customers to check in at noon. Concierge staff is helpful and friendly. Safe hotel and central location. Can hear trains at night so not for light sleepers. Rooms are clean and well equipped.

Fantastic experience: I did not stay as a guest at the hotel. I've only ever been here for either afternoon tea ( afternoon tea pics are from October 2019) or then for some drinks with friends. Drink pictures from may 2023. They have decent few mocktails for option for the non alky and lots of house specials for cocktails. Clean venue, good service, decent bathroom, prime location and always chilled and not too busy. Perfect for a girly catch up.

Fantastic experience: Hidden London Bridge gem! I had the most amazing stay at London Bridge Hotel. First of all, it is literally by the station! It doesn't get any closer and more convenient than that. When I arrived the reception staff were lovely, and let me tell you, the Christmas decorations were amazing. It made me feel like I was in New York! They also have an amazing tree by the bar, which is lovely. The room was super cosy and warm. Lovely amenities and clean. The bed was comfortable and spacious. I was down with my husband and my four month old baby, and although they were so kind to arrange a cot before arrival, my baby just wanted to sleep with us but the bed was so comfy and big! Also worth mentioning that for some reason (even though you're literally in one of the busiest parts of London) the room was extremely quiet and I couldn't hear a soul. We were street facing, but even so, I couldn't even hear people in the morning getting off their rooms. My husband had dinner downstairs while I was away for an awards night, and they felt like at home. Lots of space for the pram and he watched the football while he had a couple of beers and a lovely vegan burger apparently. He also had a cocktail and wanted me to specially thank Vincenzo and Andrei for the amazing bar service and drinks. Breakfast in the morning was also good, lots of choice from the buffet. Hot drinks and toast are served by the waiting staff which is a really nice touch. They were super accommodating with the pram and they were lovely with me and my baby. Big thanks to the marketing team as well, specially Daniel and Lisa for the lovely note and gift upon arrival. I was nominated for a Women's award, and they were really nice to remember, and made sure my room was all prepared and my reservation was good to go, including the dinner reservation for my husband. In summary, if you are in the area, this is as best as it gets!

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for one night in October and had a great stay. Location is excellent for a good day/night out around Borough Market. Reception staff were lovely and so was the concierge. Everywhere was spotless. Stayed in room 204. Iron, hairdryer, kettle , slippers, robe etc all in the room. The room and bathroom were spotless too. Looked like it had just been decorated. Breakfast was OK but very busy in a smallish area so would be better to get down there early. The staff worked tirelessly to keep things moving. Will definitely stay here again but give breakfast a miss only because there's so many places to eat in Borough Market which is only a couple of minutes walk away. Just round the corner from London bridge tube which was handy too.

Positive experience: My room was only a single bed and quite small, plus it was dated with only adequate comfort and amenities. If u want to be near the shard it's perfect.

For around five years I visited 3 times a week thirty weeks of the year. Consistent excellent service from long-serving friendly respectful staff members. Not a chain - they actually care.

Fantastic experience: Liked this hotel a lot. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good The hotel is in a great location, by the Shard, for the sights. Also handy for tube station & buses. We walked to the Tower of London, which is a short walk along the river & across Tower Bridge. We will stay here again on our next trip to London.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here and will be sure to return when next in London ! The location is great, the shard just on your doorstep and also conveniently placed near the tube to get you elsewhere. Room was ready many hours before check in which I really appreciated, and the male member of concierge who was working this weekend I found super helpful and polite. The breakfast was nice, and plenty of staff on hand who were keen to help, by bringing you toast or make you a hot drink. The room itself was clean, the mattress and pillows especially were super comfy. The view was okay (nothing special), as it faced the roof of another building. Otherwise can't complain.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service began on the phone well before we arrived with a lot of great extra help. On arrival it didn’t let up as Alpay and his friendly professional team made sure everything was great. Our room (520) had a nice tub. The water pressure was full on and as hot as you could ever wish. The Quarter Bar next door serves up very tasty plates and cocktails to die for! We couldn’t be happier.

Positive experience: The staff at the London Bridge Hotel are extremely helpful and the rooms very nice and comfortable but what let’s the hotel down is the breakfast. The fruit juices could be colder and and the fried eggs were just warm and over done. Also the bacon was so over cooked it was brittle. But my main complaint is the toast which came out every morning extremely burnt or so undercooked it was white. When I asked the waitress to change it she said “I didn’t cook it” !!

The bar/lounge was very cosy so we decided to eat there before going out Service was courteous and slick and we would definitely stay there again. Room was smallish but had all accessories including bathrobes and slippers. Super kingsized bed too!

Fantastic experience: I actually really liked this hotel and enjoyed my stay. This hotel is booked for one night following a birthday dinner for my partner at the Shard. Priced well for location. I booked the deluxe room and it was a decent size. Hotel wrote a complimentary card to my partner for their birthday which was quite sweet. Room was clean We paid for breakfast in advance and food was of a very good standard and although it was buffet style hotel staff served the food as part of the Which I assume is part of Covid measures.

Fantastic experience: Just had our 5th stay at the London Bridge Hotel. Each occasion has been a lovely experience. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean, very well equipped with extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend you stay for the breakfast at the Londinium restaurant and the Quarter food is delicious with a good menu. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Positive experience: I stayed here with my sister, nice comfy hotel. Staff were lovely. It's just round the corner from the Shard and Borough Market where we had great tapas. Short visit but much enjoyed.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at The London Bridge Hotel for 3 nights over the new year. We were able to check in early at midday. The room was very clean and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. We were given a voucher for a free drink at the hotel bar as we were celebrating a birthday. The hotel is in a great location, right next to The Shard. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in future.
