Fantastic experience: The Gymgroup wrapped (just like the Spotify wrapped) at the end of the year is the best gift from Gymgroup to you at the end of the year. You see how many times you came to the gym, which month you were most active, your progress, etc. I found it super helpful. I recommend!

Lovely positive attitude and very helpful, showed me some great exercises and gave me a detailed demonstration on how to use some of the equipment, great location too!

Positive experience: Parking is horrendous at this site. People take up two spaces and park like they've either bought their fake licence from overseas or think that they're above the law. It's no wonder why car insurance is so ridiculously high in Birmingham. Fines need to be handed out for this selfish & entitled behaviour.

Haroon always goes above and beyond to make members feel comfortable, greeting everyone with a friendly smile and making sure they’re set up for a great workout. The facility is always spotless, thanks to the ever amazing cleaner (morning shift), who takes great care in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The positive energy from the staff makes every visit enjoyable, and the facility itself is well-equipped for any fitness routine.

Fantastic experience: A very good gym. Had to use this gym for the mean time as my main gym was undergoing maintenance! Such a nice, clean and tidy branch. Toilets are clean/sink area! Changing rooms have a nice scent. Will definitely be using this branch in future as its a good location and 2nd time round visiting since 2019!

Negative experience: Equipment is always broken and takes too long to fix, even sometimes when the equipment is broken they take the equipment and don’t replace it. The gym has loads of empty spaces.

Fantastic experience: The PTs, Manager, and other staff are really friendly and hard working. The equipment is very well maintained and the other users are very respectful and/or keep to themselves. I went every day for a year before taking some time away and came back recently and very little has changed and only for the better. I would say that if you have any long term injuries or ailments they take the care to go through face to face discussions before your pin is activated, so if you tick the box, reach out to the manager and have the sit down If you have changes he recommends reaching out again to go over what can be done to support you

Fantastic experience: It's a great gym often I workout during the late night I have seen very hard working cleaner shz cleaning all round the gym floor and mirrors included the machine not cutting corners so amazing of the gym to see good quality care thanks indeed shz for all your hardwork .

Christian has provided support and really taught me how to enjoy the gym. It is a inclusive gym with minimal posers so that helps. Good equipment and clean . Positive experience: A good gym with a lot of machines. I'm docking a point because there are loads of broken lockers and there's a machine or two out of order at any given time. The staff are all great, especially CJ. Every one is personable; I'm happy to train there.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Equipments are well laid out and staff are very helpful. Also in a very good location with a 5 mins walking distance from the Bank and Mercian. Much prefer to PureGym (which is just opposite) as PureGym just doesn’t feel as intentionally designed.

Negative experience: Easy to register for the gym but hard to get rid of them. I cancelled my membership my direct debit but this company still taking my money. Never again in my life with this scammer company

Negative experience: The gym has very limited and useless customer service, if enquires are passed to the manager of this gym the Broad street, never receive any answer. It is disappointing how some machinery gets broken, yanga machines or random closures without specified time frame or appropriate options being available to provide more choice as having access to gym of chosing, time frame of reopening or specific the problem, replying to enquiries and emails....

Fantastic experience: Gym is always clean and well maintained, the equipment works or is repaired speedily when expected maintenance is needed. Highly recommend working with a PT to hit your goals, I train with Christian Johnston and I'm doing workouts I never thought I would as a chronic pain sufferer.

Fantastic experience: Been training here for a few months with Christian, who's been having a hugely positive impact on my physical state. Always explains how to get the most out of each exercise, and he plans our sessions with exercises on how to improve my form. Always follows up to make sure I'm alright the following days too! The gym itself is great, plenty of machines, so I've never had to wait to do an exercices. I don't think I've ever seen one out of order either, the staff take care of them all.

Positive experience: Always used to train here before switching to somewhere closer to home, but decided to visit on this occasion and forgot how nice this location is. The machines I needed were free and well maintained and there’s lots of small mat areas with plenty of equipment. The changing room could do with an upgrade, otherwise great experience.

Positive experience: Went last night as Quinton is closed for a few days for a refurb Not a bad gym if you live locally and can walk there But it's small compared to Quinton,s superior lay out Far too much hassle if your driving to the gym the free parking is inside the green zone so will cost you eight quid to use The parking over the road at the odeon is £2.50 add it up over a month It's cheaper to join another gym in a better area

Fantastic experience: Great gym with an abundance of equipment, space and machines. People are generally friendly and supportive. Showers and lockers are well maintained and hygienic.

Fantastic experience: The only gym I’ve never had any problems with, staff are friendly and equipment is almost always working. Only thing is it gets a bit cramped at peak times but that’s an inevitability.

Positive experience: Hi i love this gym but the only problem i have is i work out very late at night but the music still loud and there is no botton to reduce the volume i cant even listen to my own music i really hope they can sort it out. Great staff tho
