Positive experience: The Energy Box is a decent enough sports hall. My biggest issue is that it is sweltering in here, and there is no ventilation. It is seriously dangerous for people's health. I am literally dripping in sweat. I asked the staff member at the desk, and he advised that the ventilation was controlled by the school. Please do not come here if it is hot and you have a health condition! Seriously. There should be some form of ventilation. It is ridiculous.

Positive experience: You need to be a paying member to even just book a badminton court. Apat from that, the facilities are decent.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional staff at the Energy Box. Always ready to help and facilitate requests. Great sports facilities: badminton courts, table tennis tables, studio with a range of classes to book on, good gym, football pitches. I'm extremely happy with court bookings for badminton coaching sessions for juniors and adults. Great place to get fit and meet new friends, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I play badminton at this venue once a week. The facilities are excellent, with well-maintained courts and friendly staff. I always feel comfortable playing here, and the attached car park is a big convenience.

Negative experience: Dave the manager of the football pitches was very unprofessional and very rude. They were very unorganised. Wont be booking here again.

Fantastic experience: Great place to play badminton. The staff are super nice, changing rooms and toilet facilities are clean. They have a weight training gym as well. Badminton courts are clean and good quality.

Fantastic experience: Very good facility. Multi purpose court. Can be used for badminton , basketball , indoor football. Shower are available on site. But you will have to bring your own towels. Free parking on site is also available
