Positive experience: Went to check it out as in the area, one of the smaller gyms but we'll equipped.

Positive experience: Good gym in a convenient location with free parking. Can sometimes get a little busy for equipment, But the classes are good and the instructors are friendly.

Negative experience: An awful gym. I have been given access fob that never worked. Went to office couple of times and requested to fix it which they did but then again stopped working which stopped me from using the gym. When I raised with the team members I was told to send an email so it could be raised with the manager and when I mentioned that now that I have raised it with a member of staff, they should raise it internally and look into it- just to be told she has been polite and trying to help in which I said well I haven’t been rude but trying to get the matter resolved and simply was told to leave the office. If you could not prove the service then simply stop taking money and if you do take money then prove the service = simple. Will cancel my membership and will never suggest the place to anyone. Always unclean and has an awful smell.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for the past 18-months and would thoroughly recommend. I train typically 5-6 times per week and the gym has everything you need. Facilities are super clean, staff are really friendly/helpful and in general it's a positive atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Been a member since it’s opened and have no plans to cancel at all. I’ve never had an experience where I actually enjoy going to the gym, but this place I do. The classes are the best thing about it. The trainers are genuinely lovely guys and want to see you progress in your fitness journey. They support you and are extremely knowledgeable in what they do, they make the classes so fun that I’d actually go to them everyday if I could! They are so enthusiastic, happy and care for the people there. The gym itself although small is clean, tidy and all in working order. I prefer it being a smaller gym as it feels safer and I can just get on with what I need to do without feeling judged. I’ve met some lovely people here and very thankful to the trainers doing the classes for always keeping it fresh, extremely fun and helping me build my confidence back up! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: What can I say? This place is an absolute delight place to be a member. All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Friendly members and great classes. Very clean even at peak times. If you’re in doubt please pay them a visit. You won’t be disappointed. Regarding membership cancelations, if people took their time to properly read the small prints or even the basic on the T&Cs, they would have no need to write nasty reviews. Just saying ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for a few yrs now and I absolutely love attending spin with Luis, yoga with Emilie and Pilates. The classes give me a real boost and it’s great turning up and seeing the same friendly faces. I’ve recently had a 1-2-1 with Dalton and he was fantastic listening to what I want to achieve and formulating a plan to help to meet my goals. The gym is clean and the staff are always eager to help, when needed. Emma

Positive experience: For me as a regular gym person, I think the gym is a good gym with a good atmosphere and the staff are always there to help.. always polite and say hello to me.. I suffer with anxiety and the main reason for me to go to the gym as it helps me mentaly and makes me feel good about me . so the place is not a scary place and intimidating that you may experience in some gyms.. would recommend if you feel the same :)

Fantastic experience: Well-kept gym, good equipment and variety of it. Clean and tidy during staff hours and I haven't noticed machines being out of order for periods like in other gyms. Staff are friendly and for a small gym it doesn't get too busy other than the obvious around peak times

Negative experience: Rude staff at the time was being charged twice a month on direct debit, staff were clueless so cancelled membership and they still asked for my fob back. What a joke.

Negative experience: This gym is good for the fact its 24 hours but there cancelation policy is a joke as i wanted to cancel due to the fact i have a new job and cant make it but yet they wont let me cant due to a stupid rule they have where if you haven't moved house or injured your not allowed to cancel which to me seems outrages as I will still be paying for a service I cant use. I hope either is a high up person to see this to cancel but due to this and the rising cost of everything if your thinking of joining for a bit of time for fitness i would not join this gym due to there stupid reasons to why they cant cancel.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is great, the staff is very helpful. Generally clean. The 2 hours free parking is an added bonus. Good range of equipment. Love the fact that there is a punching bag available too. It is a bit smaller than normal gyms but that has never been a problem. I tend to go later in the evening as it is quieter.

Positive experience: It's a smaller gym, but it has a good range of equipment and is normally very clean. Most of the staff are very friendly and the personal trainers are good. It gets very busy 5pm-7:30pm but apart from that it's okay. The gym equipment is fixed promptly when it breaks. There are only 2 issues that I would point out: 1) the boys toilets loo roll & soap is often empty, but I've mentioned this to the staff so hopefully it'll change soon. 2) The Aircon isn't always that strong near the treadmills

Fantastic experience: Good gym, well spaced out. All the equipment you’d need for a good workout - good range of cardio equipment, machines, weights and stretch area & accessories . Friendly staff that don’t linger/ distract you like most other gyms but are also happy to help if needed. Good class options too.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending AF fitness since it opened. I have tried most of the classes but have to admit that I enjoy Zumba and Step the most (not too confident on the gym equipment lol) The atmosphere in the gym is friendly and Dalton, Joanny and especially Luis (for me) motivate, inspire and encourage you to challenge yourself constantly. Attending regularly has really helped to boost my confidence on the whole as well as improved my mental and physical health. Keep up the good work guys.

Fantastic experience: As a new member of Anytime Fitness Addlestone I’m very impressed! The joining experience was seamless and all the team are extremely friendly and helpful! The gym has everything I need from running machines, weights and a great range of classes! I really enjoy ‘Step’ with Luis, this is a great class. Overall really glad I joined this gym and I have now convinced my friend to get a membership here too!

Fantastic experience: Great local gym, good atmosphere. Classes run by Luis - especially Zumba are so much fun! He’s an amazing teacher. I have also recently sign up with Joanny - one of the PT’s and am really enjoying learning some new techniques - both are a great asset to the gym!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with a great range of equipment, although it would be nice to see a hanging leg raise machine. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It gets busy at peak times but that can only be a good sign. 24 hour opening is a real bonus to avoid the crowds.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym! Started there doing a couple of classes and once my confidence had grown started using the gym floor. Also do boxing sessions with Dalton which are great! Great area, and with vouchers for the multi-storey carpark next door you can’t go wrong! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness Addlestone is the best gym I’ve ever been to. As soon as you walk through the door the staff welcome you as if you are a little family and consistently keep you motivated to keep you going on your fitness journey. There’s always a great atmosphere, there’s brand new high quality equipment and it’s always very clean. Dalton, Josh and Amelie go above and beyond to make this a fantastic gym- I couldn’t recommend more.

Negative experience: Im really disappointed with the staff I will never in my life be there or recommend someone to go there really disappointed and the worst gym in area very unclean place and when I spoke to a member of staff to cancel my subscription there they said u need to pay 1 more month so basically I have to stay on that dirty place one more month I thought to share this with everyone to be careful from this scammers

Negative experience: Really not worth the monthly fee. The gym is very small and has a poor choice of equipment compared to other gyms that are half the price. I would recommend travelling an extra 10 minutes to Woking where there is a Pure Gym and a The Gym where there is much more space, equipment and free classes. Plus you can cancel your membership at any time with the alternatives, with Anytime you are signed up to a minimum years contract, this is my fault for not reading the contract but who does?

Positive experience: Good gym but too busy

Fantastic experience: This is my first gym I attend to, and honestly it's amazing Most of the times it's not busy, and I can workout in peace. The staff are friendly, the equipment is great, and they even have an app that can help you if you are a beginner and looking into getting into working out.

Fantastic experience: Been there for over a year, it's good to see improvements being made to the interior as well as new equipment from time to time. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. Great atmosphere, good music and clean environment. There is a wide range of classes available and its all included within the membership.

Negative experience: It was okay when they first opened but now they got new arrogant staff. The manager is no better. I’ve sent my request to cancel my membership over a month ago due to injury and I’m still waiting for a response. They are happy to text and threaten you for their money but when you need them to cancel your membership…. Good luck! Also they have plenty of time to stand in Tesco Addlestone and post on social media all day but still it’s taking one month to cancel my membership!!! The gym itself is so small! They don’t clean the machines anymore either. Tbh I’d save your money and go to a better gym. This company is just scamming people for their money…

Negative experience: It's a good gym and it's clean, but the staff really don't know what they're doing. I called to cancel the membership and they told me that I needed to pay last month in the next 30 days. because it's the law even I called them one month earlier, and I said okay, after 6 days, ( 1 month earlier, they charged me! )without letting me know After I called them and explained to them, I did not hear any convincing answer. And they didn’t even want to realise that this was a problem.

Positive experience: For some reason, the class schedule that was advertised had never been fully offered. It's a shame as that was the primary reason we joined. It's taken months to get a Yoga teacher despite the gym opening in May and now she has suddenly left. The pirates class, to my knowledge, has still yet to be offered (its now September).

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. Brand new equipment and good layout. Its not huge not crowded, and very clean. About the other review, if you have been offered a deal I'm sure it will be honoured if you ask. Doesn't mean they have to have this as their online price for everyone. Also Anytime Fitness normally do a free day pass for local people so you can ask for that as well. All gyms need support right now after being forced to close for so many months why not give them a try?

Negative experience: Though the gym is new, the space is very small. I would definitely do the free trial before signing up, as all of their memberships are 12 month contracts. And at £35.99 not exactly a great deal either. They also charge a one off fee to get your fob to access the gym. Aside from the fact the gym is 24/7, it looks almost identical to what it was before by its previous owners (Achieve Lifestyle) and it's nothing special. However, if you're looking for a 24/7 gym, this is the only one within the area.
