Negative experience: This gym doesn’t not appear on the thegym group app, this is an inconvenience for people who are paying for ultimate access. What is the point in paying for ultimate access if all gyms can’t be accessed? Someone needs to be addressed immediately.

Negative experience: Your membership is terminated immediately once your direct debit is cancelled but if you’d still like access for your paid month just get in touch with us within 30 days and we can reinstate your membership. This rule does not apply here or the staff is not aware and is not competent! apart from the frequent closure of the gym for long periods of time!

Positive experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for years and its a decent gym with a wide range of equipment and staff are friendly/always seen in the gym. The reason for 3 stars is that the mens locker room and especially the toilets are disgusting. The toilets are always blocked, puddles on the floor and there is never any soap in the dispensers, which means people are not washing their hands properly and making the gym equipment even more unhygienic. This needs to be looked at ASAP!

Fantastic experience: The gym group Luton is a lovely gym with great staff especially Davina. She’s so nice and welcoming. We need more staff like her!!! who know how to deal with the different types of people you meet in the gym. It would also be nice if the broken machines get fixed on time and not months in advance as there are a lot of people using this gym and rush hours in the evening it’s difficult to be sharing so many machines cause some are not working.

Negative experience: Hello. The advantage is that the gym is open 24/7. As for the exercise equipment, it's a disaster. Old equipment, not regularly repaired, currently seven devices have been broken for a month. There are a lot of people during the day..

Fantastic experience: This review is to act as an update of my experiences at this phenomenal establishment. Due to poor health I find myself taking several months off from training, but each time I return, the standard here continues to improve. Absolutely immaculate in the weights area, and we seem to be educating members of their responsibility to put their weights away. The staff there are the best they’ve employed in the 8 years I’ve been there. Their positive attitude and professional conduct is something to be acknowledged. I hope the powers that be read this review and do what they can to keep them there as long as possible. Congratulations to Davina leaving to start university in the coming weeks, we wish you all the best for the future. You’re absolutely amazing!

Negative experience: Not 24/7 just went to the gym and the front door for galaxy center was closed then tried to use the back one to the gym and the key pad not working either so I've pressed the button to call and a guy pick up but couldn't hear me so from my experience if you try to get there early in the morning FORGET about it!!!

The staff are amazing and even when working out themselves are always there to help. The price point is exceptional and even for the low costing it does not feel like a budget gym.
