Positive experience: Cheap, some good weights, some of the machines are very good - not ideal if you want to do cardio, this is a spit 'n' sawdust get big gym. You can buy pre-workout and protein shakes cheaply at the front if that's your thing.

Fantastic experience: No Frills Dungeon, All the equipment you could possibly need for growth with a wide variety of cardio machines and a sunbed. Great atmosphere and friendly people with cheap fees.

Positive experience: Excellent equipment for those who are looking to build or tone up. A big range of isolation machines, has two squat racks, two bench presses, incline and decline, with dumbbells upto 80kg. Very cheap for day and monthly passes. Despite its pros, it is not well kept and feels like a grenade went off in here and didn't bother to clean it up. Other fellow gym goers are hit and miss, can find alot of friendly faces but can be quite intimidating. Would recommend however based on the fact it is cheap and does the job. For a better experience I would go elsewhere.
