Negative experience: I don't recommend the children's swimming lessons. I would definitely look else where

Negative experience: Disappointed came down today for swim with a baby and the smaller pool is closed due to private party. No mention of this on their website or Facebook page! We come down far for this pool as it is warmer than others around for babies. They really need to update online not fair for families.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to Llantrisant leisure centre swimming the pool is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful I've been going there for 20yrs and I hope to continue.

Positive experience: Lovely swimming pool. The changing rooms were clean and well kept and staff were friendly. The kids pool is incredibly warm which is great for young children. The adult pool is a tad cool but once you get used to it, it's fine. Only negative was that the pools themselves were a bit old and stained in areas as could do with a refurbishment.

Positive experience: The staff are great, very helpful and quick, good at what they do. The gym looks fab, party's (bouncy castle and soft play) are amazing value for money, my daughter loved it. The only thing that let's the leisure centre down a bit is the pools. They're very very basic and would be great if they had an upgrade.

Positive experience: Nice leisure centre for a town. I take my daughter for swimming lessons and they're fine, though the changing rooms can be really warm. The gym is decent enough, has enough equipment for the average gym goer.

Fantastic experience: Great leisure centre, good pool and starter pool, large sports hall, gym well equipped. 3 glass backed squash courts and one traditional court, top notch.

Positive experience: It’s ok but lots of gym equipment is broken has been for weeks . Not much discipline with youngsters messing around.and music is far to high can’t hear yourself think at times update it’s got so bad I cancel my subscription I’m not pay for a night club . Music is so loud it’s a joke

Positive experience: Just used playground for an hour with my youngest grandaughter while big sister was in her swimming club. Pasted the time away and she loved it.

Negative experience: The one star was for the kind nurse who helped my 94 year old mother with her covid jab. The actual place is a nightmare. No sins telling anyone how to get to the disabled car park. Dreadful experience.

Fantastic experience: Only went there to take an elderly neighbor for a covid booster injection...staff very helpful(provided a wheelchair) and organisation very good!!

Positive experience: Great for baby swim! Lovely warm pool & changing rooms, great for newborns/babies. Only criticism is the pen for older children is always filled with the red baby changers which is difficult to sort one handed when holding said baby (my child Hates the grey pull down ones!)

Fantastic experience: Staff always friendly and helpful. As I go with my disabled grandson they always ask if the equipment was OK and when my daughter said the brakes on the mobile changing bed wasn't working properly it was looked into and reported to the maintenance team straight away.

Fantastic experience: Very nice young man, who was the assistant manager, came to the help of my elderly parents by loaning my disabled dad a wheelchair and pushed him to have his booster. He stayed with my parents during their visit . Thank you very much

Positive experience: Went there for my covid booster. Nothing else to report other than it was clean and tidy. Pedestrian signage for vaccine centre from Llantrisant needs improvement as it is pretty poor when you are getting off the 100 bus at the Southgate stop from Pontypridd.

Negative experience: Did not know that if your not a member of this Centre you will.be charged £ 60 for parking! OaP too!

Positive experience: Swimming pool changing rooms clean and tidy. Laned swimming not too busy, but a couple of kids were allowed to keep jumping in the pool throughput the session.

They are doing the Covid injections here, which has a very structured and safe layout. It did feel very overwhelming to me but the staff was % fantastic with me.
