Positive experience: Lot's of equipment to choose from, some days have much less people and is nicer to go on those days. Most of the TV's don't work, machines can stop working some times randomly and freeze, and the aircon could be colder - feels a bit musky sometimes. Not a bad gym.

Negative experience: Manager has got an ego problem and equipment feels like something you get from poundland. Puregym is better.

Positive experience: Decent but it does need maintenance. Peeling paint, worn equipment in places, and showers that won't stay on.

Negative experience: You can visit this establishment at your own CONVENIENCE. Because IT'S CLOSED.

Fantastic experience: Great gym & the fact that it's open 24/7 is a strong selling point. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However they are slow to fix broken equipment

Fantastic experience: Real lifesaver when I needed a gym at short notice. £9.99 day pass, which wa the same as Pure Gym 20mile further out. Nice individual shower and changing areas. Might be problematic if the gym is busy. The equipment was as to be expected. There were no machines, which you wouldn't find at any other budget gym. The area is small but I went at a quiet time, so it was perfect. I'd definitely visit again if I needed a quick fix.

Plenty of equipment and never so busy that you are waiting around to use it. Staff are friendly and approachable and happy to offer advice if needed

Positive experience: Possibly one of the strangest gym experiences I've had and I've had a few. Be aware if you come here at say 1700 you may get gym members dressed up and a DJ playing. I'm sure that this is great for some but not me, annoying that I'm stuck with a years membership but you live and learn. Apart from tonights rave if you come early or in the day it's quiet and clean. Also there doesn't appear to dip machine.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for a few years now. Its a great place to workout. All the equipment is kept spotless with additional cleaning going on to cater for the current circumstances. There is a relaxed friendly vibe about the place, all the staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. They are approachable and happy to have a chat about anything you might be struggling with in the gym. I mostly do the exercise classes which are great fun!

Fantastic experience: Josh Whitemore is the best PT and really helps you work towards your goals and makes sure you’re working to the best of your ability. All the sessions with josh are different and engaging. Josh takes time to explain things I’m unsure of and goes into great detail to explain what we’re doing and why which has helped me learn aswell. He’s really flexible in accommodating sessions and changing locations as I can sometimes be anxious to go into the main gym. Training with josh, I notice progress week to week and his sessions have really helped me in my recovery which helps me massively work around snd find things that I can complete. He also has pretty good banter

Fantastic experience: Friendly and well laid out gym. Can get busy at peak times. 24/7 access is great for me as I work shifts. Normal people, no intimidating idiot-holes.

Negative experience: Really awful company and I would advise everyone to steer clear of them. (No criticism here is being leveled at the staff there who have always been pleasant - but the company itself is one of the worst) Have been trying to cancel my services since that start of the pandemic. Only recently have I received a response by complaining on one of their facebook adverts. Then they asked me to PM them to cancel. Only to tell me to e-mail my local branch to cancel as I already had been. Eventually I received an e-mail from my local branch to tell me that I need to come into store to cancel once they re-open. Well, I have come in to cancel now they are reopening (as I have had no way to cancel except for going in) only for them to say they are going to charge me for another month for time I will not be spending in their gym. Sure, I understand that being part of the ToS under normal circumstances. But during a pandemic I feel it's exceptional circumstances and that their business practices are particularly anti-consumer. What makes it worse still is that they don't even represent good value for money. In the local area for half the price I can get access to not only a gym, but a swimming pool, sauna, climbing wall.. etc, etc... The only benefit I can see them having is the 24 hour access. Do yourself a favour and give this company a wide birth.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Always clean and orderly with helpful staff and terrific amenities. I often use the showers (which are clean and private) at the end of workouts and it's very convenient. Good clientele, sufficiently free of meat-heads.

Positive experience: Says on the door that it's staffed from 7am, I was there at 9am and no staff so not organised and I couldn't get in to do a day pass. Gym itself is well equipped though

Fantastic experience: Good exercise machines with built in entertainment including YouTube. Well equipped free weights area with a good selection of dumbbells and plates. Great classes. Friendly members and great atmosphere. Lost 3 stones in 4 months and have enjoyed every training session

Negative experience: Too busy, equipment very limited (only 3 benches), everybody is packed in on top of each other! Only one squat rack.

Fantastic experience: 24hr gym,a good place to train if your nervous about joining a gym as there are a large variety of people that use it.Plenty of cardio machines along with a nice amount of free weight and assisted machines.They have classes that you can book with a personal trainer or have them work out a program suited personally for you to help achieve your goals.What ive found beneficial is its air conditioned which is perfect during the hot weather.
