Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. Facilities are great - we go there to use the pool. Very clean changing rooms, showers and WC. Pool is a lovely size and very fit for purpose. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Facilities ok. Car parking an absolute nightmare. No care during covid with people heaped together at entrances and exits.

Positive experience: Gym is very small and outdated and would benefit from a refurb. Swimming pool and courts are decent. Changing rooms could also do with some updates.

Fantastic experience: My son is learning to swim at this club past 2 years and is doing phenomenally well. The teachers are really meticulous in teaching the right techniques. Very happy that he is learning an important life skill from such dedicated teachers.

Positive experience: Took over an hour to get through on phone. Cant book online. Have to email then wait for staff to get back to you. Then got sent an online form i had to complete before I could attend, but the form was complicated to complete as sent in the form of a word document that couldnt be edited! Staff didnt see my email querying this, and I had to keep calling, and nearly lost my slot. They did sort this for me. Opening hours are very limited to the public to use the swimming pool, due to it being a school. They are being good in offering pay as you go memberships at this time, due to covid. Pool is small, but clean. No lockers or showers aloud at the moment, due to covid, so have to keep valuables by poolside, which I didnt like. 2 lanes to swim in were extremely narrow (only just enough room for 2 people swimming alongside eachother), yet staff assured me that this met the governments guidelines. Other half of pool had no lanes, so was free for people to casual swim and relax in the water, so people were swimming haphazardly with no direction, making self distancing difficult. I felt very anxious at the structure and number of people, as it was my first time swimming since lockdown. Poolside staff were kind, and approached me to see how they could improve, and offered a refund if I felt I couldnt continue my session. There were 8 people in the small pool, which was ok, if they'd been more considerate swimmers. But staff did say they had 15 people in the pool in the previous session, and that it is usually that busy. This would put me off going again.

Negative experience: Beginner 1 section for Adult swim is too shallow. Instructors from Beginner 2 seemed better. Only one shower has a lock and there is only one cubicle for changing.
