Negative experience: Equipment are falling apart , needs some serious revamping to be safe and adequate. Every time I go there is always at least one piece of equipment that’s out of order due to deterioration and I am a frequent gym rat.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. Positive experience: Good gym. Friendly atmosphere. Good availability at weekday lunchtimes. Some of the equipment is very old and could do with being replaced. Many of the spin bikes don't have working displays or drinks holders.

Fantastic experience: Two dedicated squat racks. Another couple of Smith machines. And another squatting area by the big multi use frame. That's all I ask for in a gym. Plenty of room for gym bros to do curls/shrugs/texting without stopping me doing, you know, squats. (And to be fair, I use the squat rack when benching heavy too because of the safety bars) They've just bought a load of new weights because they were a bit thin the ground. Now it's great. Lots of cardio equipment too if that's your thing. 2 hours free parking as well, but don't forget to put your car registration in the system. There are a couple of screens near the door to do that. Can't comment on classes since I haven't taken any. All in all, a pretty standard puregym, but that's definitely a compliment.

Negative experience: Needs a good refurbishment every other pure gym has had one that ive been to around the uk and this one has all out dated gym equipment compared to the other pure gyms also the shower rooms are filthy and dirty and have body hairs all around the showers some nice staff but also some rude staff mixed bag of a gym really dont advise going between 4pm - 8pm its rammed and you cant get on anything without a long wait

Fantastic experience: Went for the first time today and was really nervous as I've never been to a gym. The whole experience was brilliant. Relaxed atmosphere, good selection of equipment and really clean! Looking forward to going back tomorrow.

Negative experience: It's Friday 13th May and it's now been 3 weeks since the arm curl machine has been "out of order" and its not the only machine. Why is it taking so long to fix them? I counted at least 8 pieces of equipment that have been out of order for weeks now. I did contact the gym directly through the website and app and have listed the exact issues above. I'm thatttt close to going to another gym.

Positive experience: Redditch puregym is overdue an upgrade I feel. Most other gyms have either expanded (which may not be possible here due to space) or equipment which is lacking here. Olympic rings, punching bag, or a hack squat machine are one of many options for an upgrade

Positive experience: Lots of space, lots of machines and there's cleaning units dotted around for cleaning the machines. I would just say that they need to put up more mirrors for when the studio is in use as there is just a small area other than the studio and weight area (always busy) and also the toilets need to be checked, they're always dirty and smelly when I go in.

On the toilets though, sorry to learn of this, staff do regular cleaning checks in the gym, and we have dedicated cleaning teams who come each night to carry out and comply with internal and external audits. Of course, during peak times it can be difficult for us to compete all cleaning routines, however as soon as it is possible our staff will complete all procedures and checks. If you have concerns with the cleanliness in your gym we can check the cleaning rotas and ensure all procedures are being followed. Negative experience: Out of all 4 gyms I've been to this has to have been the worst. The equipment in this gym is just not up to standard compared to the average gym. The main problems being only 1 bench press, no bumper plates in the gym or deadlift pads and the worst of all, the PT's always had their mic turned up WAY too loud. I do want to hear my music...

Positive experience: Gym is ok, has everything you need but it does get very very busy at times which can get annoying. In reply to the reply, Not knocking the gym at all, in fact I just left the gym now after a 90 minute workout. I always check the app to see how many people are in at certain times, I have two gyms in redditch, if pure is busy I use the other.

Positive experience: A very modern and great gym to work out in peace with all the modern machines and cable weights currently available. The gym has a quick entry system where you enter your code and can effortlessly begin your workout. There is hardly any overcrowding and the staff are really helpful for the goal you are trying to achieve.

Fantastic experience: My first time ever at gym, always done home work outs instead, and this one is just pure gold! We always go after 10pm, no more than few people there. Is kept clean, plenty of equipment, if you unsure how to use any of the machine, there is short straight forward description on each of them. Absolute bargain for £12.99 a month for access. Parking free for 2 hrs. Key fob is a must purchase, life saver. The only regret we have got is that we didnt sign up sooner! Some goals will be reached there.

Reliable - always you get the same, wherever you go 2. Honesty - your gym fee will be adjusted accordingly depend on location or multi gym access 3. Comfort - is always the same machines a d equipment you can rely on that you'll find in every Pure Gym 4. User friendly

Fantastic experience: Great place with loads of equipment. Great atmosphere.
Positive experience: A good gym with lots of cardio equipment. You will never struggle to get on cardio equipment. There are lots of classes although these are something I have never attended. The gym can be a little busy at times meaning you struggle to get on weight equipment. However being open 24 hours its easy enough to attend when you know it’s going to be empty. It’s always clean and machines are usually in working order. A major bonus is the 2 hour free parking allowing you to pop into town after a session.

Positive experience: Reasonable amount of equipment easy access with 2hrs free parking. Some kit out of order for a while now and I expectit won'tbe fixed. This site will close on 14th September 2023 as new site is being established at Redditch Ringway in September ( in the same trading area as Wicks and Halfords. next to wicks.)

Positive experience: Great GYM and when it gets busy there is still plenty of space in the studio to work out in. It loses one star due to there being lack of plates (would love to see more 5kgs and 10kgs) few curling bars and less than minimum grips for the bars. I still would and do recommend this place though.

Fantastic experience: Not a bad gym, equipment is OK but the price is brilliant.
Fantastic experience: Great value gym with a good choice of classes and gym equipment
Positive experience: Not the biggest but it's a very clean and well looked after gym. Users put weights back after use which is rare to find. I can imagine during peak hours you will have a bit of waiting about as not the largest selection of weights, benches or racks available. Plenty of cardio machines though.
