Fantastic experience: Great leisure centre with plenty of amenities! Indoor Swimming Pools, Run circuit, football fields, tennis,... Something for everyone. I have enjoyed a Triathlon race today and I totally recommend this leisure centre. I'll come back again. Nice staff

Negative experience: Recently started to visit the health suite, nothing relaxing or therapeutic about it unfortunately. Sauna and steam room in evenings at capacity yet there is no cap on how many can use the facilities at once. Men conversing in the sauna it's more like a social outing it appears for most.

Positive experience: Decent pool, changing facilities etc. only one lane for length swimming, makes it difficult during busy periods with people swimming at very different speeds, no other complaints.

Fantastic experience: Omagh Leisure Complex comes to mind when you need a place that builds you physically, psychologically, socially and physiologically through different sports both indoor and outdoor. Located in the city centre of Omagh, Northern Island. It boasts of both a synthetic grassed football, GAA, and naturally grassed full sized pitches. There is an indoor swimming pool for everyone and for all ages. My kids are enrolled in the Taekwondo class and the soccer club. Of course it has many more games I don't know of. Lest I forget, there is 5aside indoor soccer game for older folks. There is enough parking space for everyone. It is a family place.

Positive experience: We used the health suite. It's a nice facility, however it can be very busy in the evenings. Decent price to use at a cost of £5.20, you can stay as long as you want and use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend on a nice cold evening!

Negative experience: There is no fresh drinking water in this gym or health suite for over 8 weeks and was told to drink water that is not fit for human consumption , and made to feel like I was a child, very ignorant and disrespectful staff member ,goes by the name Sabrina and she had to be told by another member of staff, that the water was not for drinking ,very unprofessional and well be contacting health and safety as as a result and all other relevant bodies

Fantastic experience: Fantastic leisure complex with gym, sauna and jacuzzis, 2 x pools, indoor basketball and football courts plus more. Pools can get busy depending on the time visited. Smaller pool and the splash zone are heated. Ample lockers which take £1 (returned). Food at the cafe is decent, good selection.

Negative experience: Should be 0 stars but don't have this option. Refused entry into the pool with my two children,have been in with them a good number of times and no issues. But refused entry this morning saying I needed another adult with a 7 year old and a 3 year old by a very unprofessional member of staff on the desk . This is a real pity as it will put my off going near the place again with staff on a power trip of some sort.really disappointed with omagh leisure complex.

Negative experience: I went swimming here for the past two Wednesday evenings with two friends. Most staff were helpful but a few seriously need a refresher course in customer service. Last Wednesday night a young man had to open the front door for us (as my friend who was driving was parked in the disability bay and would not have been able to walk from the back door all the way around to her car). The three of us thanked him but he made no reply and just walked off, obviously put out at having to open the front door for us. The previous week the receptionist was most unhelpful. Dissapointing to be treated as if we were an inconvenience.

Negative experience: Took my son and myself in for swim but staff very abrupt and unfriendly at reception other pool staff very nice and helpful went to leave through reception and got shouted at like I was a child as it was my first visit post covid I didn't realise the exit had changed the receptionist shouted at me and very rude to tell me I was going wrong way while alot of young people were going on out that way 1 rule for 1 and another for another I was really embarrassed so I would recommend your reception have more respect and manners as the pool staff have and it would b a good experience

Positive experience: Went for a swim last night with 2 friends, went to the desk where I spoke to the attendant, I believe her name to be Elaine, we was very disappointed to be treated so rudely, as I had booked online she kept insisting there was no one of my name booked, I said it was definitely booked for 2 leisure & 1 lane swim, but no, she said we weren’t booked, then I said I booked it using my email address, so it used that name, she was anything but helpful, quite rude really. Then as we were there coming up to 7.30 and our swim was booked for 7.45 we were told we had to leave the building & return 5 minutes before our swim time, my friend then said we were using the lift as we both have mobility issues but we were told we didn’t need a lift and to go out another way, we said we were using our blue badge she simply did not want to know, everyone else we were in contact with were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't get booked online so I phoned, took ages to get through but when I did the lady was brilliant! She set up accounts for all of us and booked it for me. Fantastic customer service When we got there it was very well set up for covid. We were given a certain colour key with matching locker and changing room. Had our time in the pool and when we were changed there was a member of staff cleaning out the cubicles. Separate entrance and exit into the building. Very happy with all and will be back

Fantastic experience: We went here for a family leisure swim Wed morning 28.07.21. You have to book ahead, we couldn't figure out the website so went in and booked the day before. You have to register on the website first, you can obtain a membership which is free, this is required before you book anything. Pool had about 10 people in it when we arrived, lovely and safe. Clean and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty. You get 45 mins in the pool, 15 more to change. No showers allowed, only rinse off. Wear your swimming costume under your clothes as you can only arrive 5 mins before your allotted time. Will come here again next time we are in Omagh!

Fantastic experience: Excellent swimming pool. 3 pools for all level of swimming from babies to triathalete. Good changing facilities with large family rooms and loads of lockers that require £1 coins. A large sauna Jacuzzi area adults only and an excellent fitness suite.

Positive experience: I dropped my son off for a birthday party on Saturday, I don't know Omagh leisure complex well at all. It's like a maze inside and we got lost trying to find the main hall and the signs don't exactly help either. I found a member of staff and he actually took us to where we needed to be, if it hadn't been for him not sure we'd have found it.

Positive experience: Great facilities. Love the gym (with 2 floors of it by the way). Can be busy but that shows it's popular. Good place to go if your into sport or any activity.

Negative experience: Few days ago me and a friend decided to go to the pool. Website said open until 10pm and it was 7:30 when we arrived the pool was closed. Complete waste of time. Workers are also very rude.

Negative experience: It's ok. Cafe could do with having a bigger selection of food. Very poor.

Fantastic experience: Well run, clean, helpful staff

Positive experience: Has a lot of potential, however, gaping holes in certain areas, namely the downstairs free weight section of the gym. There is no chance of using the free weights between 3pm and 6pm Monday to Friday as it's full of school children and school holidays are the same. I've had to walk out on 4 different occasions as it is a total free for all. Coats hanging on bars, no weights re- racked, ones hanging round chatting. I have no idea who is using what. No different to a youth centre with no supervision. Disappointing. If you want to train here, do so before 3 and avoid school holidays.
