Negative experience: a place where racists can bully, harass and intimidate other gym users with zero consequences. 5 of the "club rules" disregarded in 10 minutes by one member, the gym claims to provide a safe environment for members, it allows members to not only behave like animals, but to continue to attend after aggressively assaulting others. following an "investigation" the response was to accept that behaviours on BOTH sides should have been handled better. one member gets racially assaulted and is told to better their behaviour. unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a nice atmosphere and quality equipment, including the new Hammer Strength machines. I’ve been coming here for a few years and always enjoy it. The only downside is that the cable machine attachments are quite worn out. It would be fantastic if they could update these and add some new grips, like the MAG grips.

Negative experience: The fingerprint reader literally doesn't work I don't know what else to leave in this review, can't review a gym I can't access can I. They also never answer the phone staffed hours or not.

Fantastic experience: I've joined recently, Exacly on 20th september. I have met jack who showed me around and got me to register for monthly with a referral code, Staff is great and helpfull. Gym is nice and big and finally i feel confortable, Machines are working not like comparing to other gyms i been at, Price isn't expensive and it's perfect.

Fantastic experience: I came to the gym very nervous because of the size but the joining process was so smooth that it made my anxiety of the gym go away with the help and support of all the members of staff and the community feel of the gym. Ive been coming now for 6 months and love it, especially the quality of the new machines and how this gym is always looking to improve

Negative experience: Terrible signage has meant I have accrued hundreds of pounds in parking fines as I received 1 email stating I must register my vehicle which implies a 1 time registration however you must register each time in which I was unaware, I contacted the team and was told they would reverse the charge they later said they can’t guarantee but now they are not responding at all, absolutely terrible as I pay for a gym membership and now I have £500 worth of parking fines in which I cannot afford as I’m only 18

Negative experience: Rarely staffed. Unhygienic. They also love giving parking fines to their own customers.

Negative experience: Stupid location for the amount of traffic and footfall. Creating such a hazard at the junction, should have never had planning approved.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit here today, and super surprised. The women's area is better than any other gym I've been to and has everything - haven't been able to find a punching bag in a ladies gym literally anywhere else. Water in the ladies gym so you don't have to come out, you can avoid the main gym entirely if you're a nervous person by going through the changing rooms - all the staff have been so kind an the other gym users I've spoken too have been kind too. One suggestion - a fingerprint sign in is great, but a fingerprint sign out would be cool - we can monitor the length of our gym sessions and there wouldn't need to be a time limit on how often to use your fingerprint. ❣️

Positive experience: Definitely need more machines, leg extension, crossover machines...the gym culture here is very low as people don't respect the gym at all,loud talkings, laughing loud like we have to hear your stupid conversations,keeping the machines busy while scrolling the phone and so many more...

Negative experience: Went to this gym on a day pass, it was a bank holiday and no one was there and we had no code so we left. Later got a code so we went back and it didn't work, pressed the call staff button and no one came, we waited about 30 minutes. We finally got in but the staffing issue completely put us off. Such a waste of time. The simply gym in Coventry was the best gym I've ever been to and this one let's the name down massively!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say how amazing this gym is. The atmosphere is great, i love coming here. Great facilities, good variety of classes. Cannot wait for the body pump classes to restart. The staff are very friendly, filip is such a hard working guy he never stops. Kelly is unbelievable at what she does with her calisthenics and body power training. Alans such a nice guy, extremely friendly and a great PT, he always keeps you motivated.

Negative experience: I write this compliant with utter disgust and anger, as i was training, there was a worker called FILIP, reason I know his name is because there have been a few incidents with other people I know within the gym, I'll get straight to the point, he would come near me and purposely work around me which would give him a reason to look at me whilst training, which made me feel anxious and nervous which then forced me too quit!!

Positive experience: Gym is very good. The manager is very accommodating. The staff are ok. Just a few let downs as in the women's section not having certain equipment like the Smith machine. Quite busy in January people hogging machines for half n hour

Positive experience: I’ve always loved simply. There is a female only bit for the ladies although there isn’t a bench in there so you have to bench with the dudes which is a thing I’m not a fan of. But even training in the main gym, you feel as though you can train without judgement and it’s just amazing. There is a variety of equipment, variety of weights to use. But, one of my issues is, it is January. New year new me comers have made it apparent that it’s the beginning of the year. The gym is busy regardless what time of year it is but trying to park during this month is horrific. The gym has extended the parking a bit but even still I had to park in a nearby street during peak hours. The staff are lovely, they’re always saying hello, cleaning the gym and always there if you ask them a question they will do whatever they can to assist you.

Positive experience: been my main gym for a while, plus side the gym is huge with everything you need and staff as well as other gym goers are friendly. Downside is it's often very busy nowadays, equipment sometimes takes a while to be repaired, dumbbells missing a pair (specifically the 50kgs) and heavier dumbbells are bent a fair bit. All in all a solid gym.

Negative experience: Staff are rude and made me feel so uncomfortable about myself I cancelled my membership

Positive experience: Probably the best gym around the area plenty room and plenty space, would say air con in summer needs to be a thing.

Negative experience: 1 star because the staff are absolutely rude and don’t know how to speak to people when being asked a simple question ,, my car was in the car park and had a massive dent on the drivers side and when asked for the cctv footage I was told the cameras don’t work which for a gym as big as this you’d expect them to work ! Not happy at all wouldn’t recommend it better of working out at home

Negative experience: They charge more than enough yet they can’t afford a functioning AC unit! The gym feels like a sauna and when you complain to staff, they lie and say the AC is on even though everyone looks like they’re on the verge of passing out from the heat. And half the machines are stiff and need oiling whilst the other half are constantly out of order. And yet all complaints are ignored.

Fantastic experience: What I absolutely love about this gym is the lady only area. I’m all in for the shared space but honestly sometimes it’s just so much better to do your thing in your own private little place. Plus I love that all the classes come free with the membership so it’s totally worth it for the money! They even let me have a free tryout for a day and showed me around on my first day. Totally recommended, great service, friendly staff and most importantly open 24 hours!!

Positive experience: Been going here a while, noticed over time a lot of machines are broken and they are taking a long time to fix them, causing issues when gym gets busy this time of year because less machines are becoming more difficult to get a hold of

Negative experience: I eventually made contact after several telephone calls and a trying to visit. I was shown around but felt that every time I asked the person any questions he was unsure. No introduction about who they were. Very cold and feels unfriendly. There were signs saying the equipment was not working. Not shown how to operate the equipment. Worried about the safety elements?

Fantastic experience: YOU HAVE EVERYTHING ONE COULD WANT IN A GYM AS WELL AS A GREAT LOCATION, GREAT STAFF, GREAT OWNER!” GREAT SELECTION OF EQUIPMENT CLEAN SPACE, UPDATED EQUIPMENT, EASY PARKING, NICE LOCKER ROOM, HAVE GREAT INSTRUCTORS FOR THE VARIOUS CLASSES ARE GOOD. MANY CARDIO MACHINES TO USE AS WELL.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! I love the ladies only section, I don't have to feel insecure when exercising. There is enough equipment for everybody. New equipment been installed within last couple of months. Classes are great only been to 2 so far, as I usually cannot attend at these times. It's only 3 min away from where I live and it has a free,big car park.

Negative experience: Too many broken machines and not been repaired for a while. Seems like the owners have taken the foot off the gas with reparing machines now. As they have got busier the focus has gone down on the maintenance. Looks like its time to find a new gym that takes pride in their gym and maitains the machinery Its a decent gym but you need more assisted machines for biceps and triceps.

Positive experience: Haven't been here for a few months. Antibacterial spray bottles was there but no cloths to wipe down equipment. Got here after 10pm, the car park near the entrance was pitch black no lights. Apart from that the gym is well equipped, notice more mirrors than the last time I trained.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing gym. I've been going for 3 months now approx and I ❤️ it. After being at pure gym for ages and not making any progress such as not one drip of sweat after 30 mins of legs bums and tums despite putting in all my effort, I now sweat loads at simply gym's more challenging, intensive classes such as boxing, shred - mix of spin and weights and intense circuit hyrox. This has lead to my body finally changing- more toned and slimmer waist. All the instructors are lovely, pumping great music, always clean, great gym goers...... it's like a second home

Negative experience: Use to be a really good gym but they neglect the equipment put prices up saying its so they can get more free weights and equipment yet haven't replaced any of the broken weights

Negative experience: If you like to monitor your progress with use of BMI machine you will find this is always out of order. Despite numerous emails to report the issue all emails are usually ignored. Very little staff presence. The reply from owner to send more emails is ridiculous as its the same email address have been using.

Positive experience: Good sized gym. Perfect to train in the mornings as long as you don't mind alot of the weights scattered all over the floor from the night before.Gets very busy at nights and parking can be a nightmare. Seems to take a while to repair equipment when it breaks.

Positive experience: Been going here a few years now its nice and local for me, decent equipment and plenty of space but just lately since the closure of 247 in wednesbury it's been absolutely rammed in the evening cant even park up sometimes and the equipment is taking the brunt of it with some of the kit out of order due to misuse.. I'd recommend going off peak times
