Negative experience: Nice big venue. However, very messy. 200kg plus weights left on equipment all the time. To use a plate loaded equipment, you always have to remove 200kg plus worth of weights taking more than 5 mins

Fantastic experience: A great place to exercise. The gym is clean and there is a good variety of equipment. Staff are friendly, knowledge and passionate about helping people achieve their goals.

Negative experience: Manege apoling , stufff doing even go there. They always close the gym for a couple of days to thougt out some problems, but 2 days after close the places, nothing is done! Also toilets smells like crazy. And no toilets paper, also used to be papers and bacteria cleaner available. No more, so after my work out the “Maneger” asked me for a review, I was gobsmacked . How dare here. Also my wallet was stolen from the change rooms. So no helps at all.i asked him to look in the camera. And the answer was straight away, no we can’t do that. So disappointed with the place. Also i changed my membership, they charged me £5 to do that, and they still take more money from my account.untill i called them. But still dint know if from now on it will be ok. Not for the money, but the principal of it!

Positive experience: Good gym, good location, could have some more free weights and a few extra machines. Usually clean and could be kept tidier, not the cleaners fault but due to the many members in an inner city commercial gym not looking after equipment or respecting the gym.

Fantastic experience: Large, spacious gym with plenty of machines, plus toilets and showers.

Negative experience: I have already purchased a standard monthly plan i also have proof for that but i haven't received the pin code i went to the gym but i couldn't entry because i had no pin and there were no staff there. I am so disappointed with the service i have received. I hope u can fix this fast as possible and not make this kind of error again that can discomfort or disappoint customers. There were others like me in that situation who didn't receive their pin and looking for staff but none came and we just went home cause we couldn't do anything.

Negative experience: Cancelled gym for next month despite paying for 1 full month and they disabled my account

Positive experience: Great atmosphere, 24/7 makes it work for me! Could be cleaner with more gym sprays and cloths to wipe equipment

Positive experience: I've been to 4 different gyms now in Leicester, and this is definitely my favourite one. Good vibes, clean, and a good variety of equipment. Only wish there were more / better machines to work shoulders. I also wish the showers had a place to hold toiletries like some kind of shelf.. But overall, it is very good

Fantastic experience: I like that gym because it is always open. I can train anytime. The female changing room is always tidy and clean. I like the machines upstairs to complete my workout. The management is professional and kind. If I have any questions they always sort them out very quickly. I highly recommend this gym because it’s worth paying the membership fee and get access 24/7.

For me, with zero workout to everyday gym It's awesome journey, and the 45 min classes and Sgt sessions arranged the gym surely helping me alot. Thanks to the awesome trainers like Devina, Randal, Ricky for always helping and guiding with form and suggestions.

Fantastic experience: Come to the gym now, Finley two years absolutely friendly atmosphere very professional staff fully knowledgeable, changing rooms, superclean equipment always working and if not instantly replaced no judgement really welcoming, not too expensive love the payment system where you can just cancel whenever with no extra charges. one criticism would be to have, maybe some sprayers in tissue and wipe down the machines in case people come in because sometimes they really do stink not the staff fault though

Negative experience: I joined this gym 2 months back. This gym is always overcrowded. I believe if I want to spend time in a gym I should get quality workout time instead of wasting time to your turn for different equipment for work out. Hence I am looking alternative to this gym. The only plus point is for me it's just 5 minutes away from my home and available 24 hours. I used this gym in 2022 that time it maintained more hygiene than the present time and the crowd was also manageable.

Positive experience: Been a member with 'The Gym Group' since they first opened. Was attracted by their 24hr 365 days a year opening hours. Plenty of gyms nationwide now and each of them of a similar standard. Can get busy at peak times though hence the 4 star rating

Positive experience: Old equipment very battered and worn still safe to use mind the gym is clean and maintained overall but needs some tlc

Positive experience: Really big and spacious. Has 2 floors. Staff are great and the facility overall is decent for a regular gym use. Down fall is that equipment is old here.

Positive experience: My regular gym which I use quite frequently. Aside from some of the equipment needing changing due to being old and worn and it being very difficult to get on machines during really busy periods, it's cheap and cheerful and does the job so can't complain too much.

Negative experience: Very old equipment with no proper hygiene maintenance. Most of the equipment is rusty. Qr code at the gates won't work and nobody cares. Puregym is better in all the aspects. Not worth the price.

Negative experience: If your looking for a filthy gym full of broken equipment your in luck

Negative experience: Showers on a short timer, overcrowded with long waiting times, horrible sweat smell constantly because of lack of windows. Don't recommend

I am very impressed by Sunny's knowledge around fitness and I like that with every exercise we do he is very informative about each one. I would recommend Sunny to anyone looking for a personal trainer! He is great! :)
