Fantastic experience: Bardzo fajna siłownia.

Positive experience: Good sized gym. Peak times are VERY busy, sometimes making it hard to get on any equipment - they need more cable stations and could afford to lose some free weight space. Been open for a year now and starting to look a little tired, about time for a tidy up and service a few machines.

Positive experience: I changed to this gym for convenience and it was slightly cheaper than some other gyms. It's not bad however, it's rather frustrating how many people are incapable of re-racking their weights!! Also no cleaning stations anywhere to wipe down any machines? I also had a pair of wrist wraps stolen that I emailed JD about and my email is yet to still get a reply...I've been to other gyms where people are much more respectful of other people's things and equipment, so a bit disappointed by this too

Positive experience: I absolutely love this gym, it’s got great equipment and everyone is usually considerate and all the staff I’ve spoken to are lovely however I HATE that there is no option to clean equipment before using it, like at PureGym there was cleaning stations with spray and paper towels. Often times the floor mats for stretching are muddy/ dirty and I hate not having the option to clean the equipment before use; being given this option would be a massive improvement.

Positive experience: A decent quality commercial gym with sauna. Competitive prices with a large variety of robust functional fitness equipment and weight machines. Not a mind-blowing facility, but plenty to meet anyone's standard needs.

Negative experience: This gym was great to start off with, but I’m slowly going off it, it’s now pretty grubby with other ppls sweat left on equipment before you use it and used water bottles ect just left discarded around the floor, really doesn’t help not having a proper cleaning station for all to use, I know they say bring in your own personal towel to wipe down, but you shouldn’t be using said towel to clean the equipment beforehand too. Also I really don’t appreciate ppl filming themselves working out then uploading onto social media for my friends to tell me they’ve seen me at the gym working out without my consent!

Negative experience: It could be great and was ok when I joined but has deteriorated massively, it just needs to be managed and looked after better. Sadly there is no sign of that happening. I have persisted for months. PRO: -Good range of equipment -plenty of parking -24hrs (but changing rooms closed 10pm-6am) -car wash is close (can’t think of any other positives) CON: -way too hot! the air con is naff, you cant comfortably do cardio/hyrox workouts here. JD seem to refuse to believe this is an issue despite so many others saying the same in other reviews. It’s either because they bought it from wish or have it a temperature comfortable for the staff stood around -Equipment that breaks takes ages to be repaired and some seems to be left. (There’s treadmills that constantly stick and some have damaged/broken boards which happens with cheap low end equipment) -Always a lack of carabiners on cable machines so you can’t attach anything to it, last time I went 4 cables couldn’t be used because of a lack of carabiners. Alot of attachments way are pass their life and need replacing -machines are often pushed out of alignment so you feel your training on top of someone else or people knock into you squeezing pass your machine -Not much staff presence unless they are huddled around chatting with each other, a few staff members must have been off sick when they did customer service training. -toilet and shower area is often dirty. Always a lack of hot water too for some reason. -equipment is often sweaty and sticky (the cleaners do their best and they are hardworking gems but they are fighting a losing battle, members don’t wipe equipment down with sweat towels like JD seem to be think/say they do in review replies) -can’t use power racks and safety bars for heavy chest press as they don’t like benches in that area -early mornings before the changing rooms are open you have to store your bag in a hallway where literally anyone could steal something. -some staff treat the gym as their personal playground and photo studio, if them and there mates are in prepare to give way to them as they take priority over everyone. Review done…..membership cancelled.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for quite a while I go at least 6 times a week, friendly people and good facilities

Negative experience: **Update** I appreciate the response, however I clearly stated this was not a scheduled class, and it hasn't been an issue with our timings, as far as I am aware you dont have XFit schedule for 6am. Not happy about "classes" over spilling onto the gym floor and being moved off the lifting platforms when we turned up to do our workout. Dan one of the PTs clearly had a a large PT group who took over the gym floor. I was made to feel like my membership was somehow not as important.. will likely be looking for a new gym.

Fantastic experience: I love the gym iv been going there since it opened iv been to a lot of gyms and this one is great .But I have been trying to get my partner there for a long time so this week she says ok she came with me I left her with a training while I worked out next minute she was back ,Isaid what’s up she was just shown around and that was it she said what do i do now,I thought she would be shone what to do she has never been to a gym before.

Fantastic experience: Everything you need as a beginner and also lots of equipment for when you progress. Also lots of bodybuilding/strongman for professionals or enthusiasts and a lovely sauna for afterwards or recovery days Clean, tidy and friendly customers ideal if you are learning and want some tips or to make new friends if you are new to the area. I train 5 times a week now because of this gym and it's helping me recover from poor mental health and rebuilding my life

Negative experience: Gym looks great but is too hot and equipment broken. Also it’s packed at peak times and showers are cold and dirty. Better off going to another budget gym.

Positive experience: Gym itself is good with all the equipment you’ll need. Main issues I have are the cleanliness of the showers and toilets with most staff seeming not to care. The other issue I have is it seems to take them forever to fix any broken equipment. Apart from that, good gym.

Positive experience: Extremely busy gym ment to be 24hrs but can't use shower or toilets between 10pm and 6am which defeats the purpose of being 24hrs where as other gyms do give you these facilities 24hrs and for the price it's not all that great. Will most likely canceling my membership.

Negative experience: Not a "member" of the gym, but I wouldn't use it until they stop idiot moped riders from parking straight outside the fire doors.

Positive experience: Decent gym equipment but cold showers and it’s very hot inside on a warm day. It’s a fully air conditioned gym but they don’t switch it on to save money like other budget gyms. Fair price for what you pay.

Fantastic experience: It's an all round exercise gym with every piece of equipment to fulfill your keep fit goals. It also has exercise classes throughout each day that are free of charge within the monthly membership fee which makes it more gentle on your pocket. The atmosphere within the gym is great and everyone there are friendly and helpful which makes you feel more at ease with your surroundings. So overall it's got everything you need to get motivated.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym in January and can't fault it, the wife and i joined together and we both do different workouts. The equipment is great to use but I would advise anyone not been to the gym in quite a while is to talk to a member of staff to give you a tour of the facilities and equipment. Josh a member of the staff showed us around and certainly new his stuff . Changing rooms are really clean along with the toilet facilities. If you use the lockers make sure you bring a padlock too. They are available at the vending machine.

Positive experience: Took advantage of the discount price, very good size gym, the equipment available is very hit and miss in quality, good free weights and machines, low end tred mills and cardio equipment, this is the issue with franchises.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about attending this gym. I'm a bigger girl and I'm conscious of that. However, I went in on my own and not one person took any notice of me there, I was able to get on with my workout. I've been to gyms where I felt uncomfortable, so this was a pleasant surprise. Can't wait to improve myself without the lingering fear of being stared at.

Fantastic experience: Why close on Christmas missed chest day

Positive experience: The actual gym itself is great, however if you are over 6"2 all the machines are slightly too small and prevent proper form. Using the shoulder press even on the lowest seat level still had my hands level with my nipples as opposed to my shoulder, the hip abductor/adducter had the panels below my knees as opposed to on my knees, and the leg extension rest on your shins as opposed to your lower legs. The gym itself is fine, just mildly inconvenient for taller people as it prevents proper form.

Fantastic experience: This is probably one of the best gyms I have used. The gym has a wide selection of high quality equipment and the changing facilities are good.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Bonus that its 24/7 As i work 4 on 4 off nights so i can change my pattern of going to the gym which suits my work life! Plenty of different equipment to use! I was dreading going due to anxiety but was not neverous when I went there staff and other people at the gym are friendly and will help u out if ur not to sure how to use a machine or where to start. The sauna is a great place to relax after a hard work out! The showers are refreshing nd it's nice to leave the gym relaxed, clean, refreshed and feeling great after a work out.

Negative experience: Gym is spotlessly so clean looking very shiny. You can wipe down equipment after use but you have to bring your own towel as there are no clean stations, but you will have to keep your towel in a locker when you are not using it. It has a great selection of dumbells and loads of equipment. It only has bumper plates for deadlifts and squats so so you can only get about 200kg on the bar which is unfortunate also I have been told by staff you are not allowed to carry a belt around with your and have to put it in a locker between sets as the don't want gym to look messy same goes for knee wraps. They have loads of benches for bench press they have including incline and declined however these are not adjustable so are not great if you are training for powerlifting they also move when you unrack which is a bit weirdbut you get usedto it.They have loads of cardio machines if that is your thing which again are top quality. This is great gym the staff are a bit rude but you can avoid them if you go late at night the equipment is great and it is very clean but don't get caught with a bag or the staff will have a proper cry about it. All in all not to bad but nothing special the 24hr opening time is the best thing as you can avoid everyone.

Positive experience: Need to open the changing rooms earlier or always be open. For a 24 hour gym this surprised me that I can't use the changing room when I want. Especially on the weekend. The locker wall is not enough I don't want to have to leave my bag unattended on the floor by the changing room If it's the sauna that is stopping the changing rooms being open can it not be put on a timed switch to turn on at a certain time?

Fantastic experience: I joined for the fantastically low price for your first month. I stayed because it's a good gym. All brand new equipment and good quality. My only gripe, is they don't allow gym bags on the gym floor. So if you are needing different equipment for different exercises, you have to keep going back to your locker... but honestly. It's not that big of a deal.

Fantastic experience: Proper chilled gym tbh even thou it gets busy sometimes depending on what time you go but can still get in and do the work out you want staffs nice and don't really interfear with you witch is a plus side for me anyway best gym in plymouth hands down

Fantastic experience: Great selection of equipment, even in busy periods/peak times you’re able to get on the equipment you want to use as everyone is respectful of each other. Classes are fun and energetic. I always leave feeling good and like I have achieved. All the staff are welcoming and friendly too. It’s a great environment to be in. Staff periodically walk around wiping down equipment to keep it clean, take a hand towel with you to also keep the equipment you use clean and fresh and you’ll be well away! This is the first time in years I’ve actually enjoyed and looked forward to going to the gym.

Positive experience: Great gym with a great atmosphere but unfortunately when me and my partner go we have overheard other men making uncomfortable comments towards women

Negative experience: The gym is great but they have no station where you can wipe down after training there were people getting of the equipment and it was sweat left behind no one out the front to help me with the new equipment

Positive experience: It is always busy when I go there,and you got to wait around,so I think I go afher 1am in the morning

Positive experience: Plenty of equipments and very local which I love! But its a shame that some of the machines are broken down within 2 weeks of the gym opening . The toilet was looking like a tip today so cleanliness needs a little improvement. The one time entry is not a fair idea - not sure if this is getting looked into but its deffo off putting.

Positive experience: Overall the gym is great. Locker doors keep falling off and it's a bit frustrating that the changing rooms aren't available all the time. But everything else is great

I love the entry system that there isn’t claustrophobic booths like the other 24 hour gyms. Really well thought out, definitely worth a visit

Negative experience: Thought this was going to be the perfect gym for me and at first glance, it was…until I discovered that there are absolutely no cleaning stations to wipe down machines. Regardless of COVID, this is a basic level of sanitation that I’ve seen at every other gym I’ve ever been to. I personally don’t want to use machines covered in other peoples’ sweat! Their employees clean, but there’s absolutely no way they’re cleaning every machine after every use. Please please please get some cleaning stations!

Fantastic experience: SUPER GYM IN PLYMOUTH! If you're in need of a gym, come visit this place. Located on Transit Way next to Tesco, it's a massive gym full of shiny-sparkly bits of equipment and everything you could possibly need. Huge weights area, so you won't need to wait long for anything and there's multiples of everything. One of the coolest things about this place is a dedicated glute area, specifically for working out your lower body. It also has classes, changing rooms, saunas and 24 hour access (but no Ladies-only gym or spinning classes). If you're intrigued, go in and have a look and someone will show you around. But the price alone is tempting enough for you to join straight away.
