Five Star Gym Windsor

Fantastic experience: A great gym! Really clean, tidy and not too busy. Staff are friendly and the Pilates classes are great! Parking is also free and there is always space. I really love this gym and am so glad I found it. The early start is also so helpful!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for a year. The staff and trainers are friendly, approachable & knowledgeable. There’s lots of equipment and the place is spotlessly clean. I really like the classes, there’s loads of different ones, and most of them are included in the membership. The memberships are really affordable. Great atmosphere, I’ve never felt intimidated even as a newbie. Would definitely recommend (Sharing a picture on my Instagram stories, posted a few months after I joined)

Negative experience: After 6/7 years and paying my membership even when they were closed during Covid, I’ve been banned for posting this inconsiderate parking on my personal Instagram story. A bit drastic, and a great way of showing gratitude to someone who literally paid them money for nothing for months on end.

Fantastic experience: Needed a gym for a few days whilst visiting family in Windsor and this is perfect. Super friendly staff, great facilities and incredible value! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Windsor.

She is incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist members with anything they need. Chelcie consistently maintains the gym to the highest standards, ensuring it's always clean and well-organized. Her dedication and positive attitude make every visit a pleasure. Fantastic experience: The absolute best gym I’ve ever been to! Great packages and prices, nice to have the option of week or day passes as well as a membership with great benefits! The first gym I’ve ever been to that I’ve not had to worry about paying parking and the staff are just great! Always helpful and clear about what’s included in memberships and how the credits work. They just manage to make everything clear and easy!

Negative experience: They can’t perform good work and provide clear services. Receptionists don’t know exactly how the system works and can’t explain important things. It cost me extra money. I would rather spend them for coffee with dessert, not for sponsoring this gym! The manager doesn’t want to listen and investigate the issues. I regret choosing this gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. I moved from another gym and This place, the staff and the people that go the gym are fab. I want to make a special note of the front desk staff. The one who was on last night and tonight in particular. She is always polite and friendly and I’m gutted as her names escaped me ( young lady with brown hair I want to say Danielle but not entirely sure. I will point out she always remembers my name which I think speaks volumes). Thank you five star staff, I thoroughly enjoy your gym and staff are great.

Fantastic experience: I visited 5 star gym on a day pass when I was in the area and not only were the facilities great with a wide range of equipment, the staff were also amazing. Everyone was very accommodating and answered all of my questions when showing me around the gym floor. Would definitely come again or sign up if I lived closer!!

Negative experience: I called to ask a question about classes just to simply explore my options . Reception/gym staff instructed me to email my question to the manager, so i did, however to my disappointment i received awful customer service from Hayley gym manager. She mixed me up with another member saying I've asked this question before and she has replied to email twice (when i only emailed once as instructed). Didn't apologise and said reception should know the answers. (This is a conversation she should be having with her staff and not with the customer who was doing as instructed). Not to mention mixing me up with someone else. It was almost asif i was pestering her asking a question. Just poor customer service. The other gym staff were polite its a shame about management. Although I've not tried, Im sure the classes are great, but will be joining elsewhere as this just put me off, its a shame because previous management many years ago was great there.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for adding the new equipment it’s awesome! The changes to the gym have made it so much better. It’s always been an enjoyable place to train but with the improvements there’s so much more space and the function rooms are an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for over 3 years and can’t give it enough credit. Always upgrading equipment, friendly staff and a really nice environment to train in.

Negative experience: Has fallen downhill, let go a few top trainers and then restricted certain classes Joined over a year ago, used to be very popular now classes are empty. I think management aren’t very nice and it shows in the staff, policy changes and how they communicate with members Just not a great experience wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym. Great space with pretty much everything you need. Excellent selection of machines and nice big rooms ustairs for mobility, stretching and classes. If you're in Windsor just go and get strong. Just do it! :P

Negative experience: Run like a totalitarian dictatorship. I and many others supported this place with our membership fees throughout lockdiwn. My reward? Recently, without consulting members, they blocked people from being able to attend more than one yoga class a day, even if they're completely different forms ie Vinyasa and Yin. When i complained about this their reaction was to cancel my membership and blacklist me. That's the value they put on keeping their members happy.

Fantastic experience: Just joined today having moved to the area…really friendly, well equipped and generally a great gym.

Negative experience: Constantly playing inappropriate rap music with swearing and racist words. I’ve been a member for over 7 months now and have tried coming at different times to avoid the music but it’s made no difference whether I come early in the morning or on my lunch break. The music is extremely offensive. Can’t tell whether I’m at the gym or in a car bar. Wish I could attached the a voice clip to this review because it’s disgusting.

Negative experience: Google asked me to review when I was visiting the doctors surgery next door. Given that I could hear their thumping music throughout my appointment, I’m assuming it’s an awful gym.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym a month ago and one of the best decisions I made in terms of exercise. The staff are very supportive and helpful. Always smiling and making you feel comfortable and welcome! I started a core class with Amy, which is included in my membership. It’s phenomenal and works up a good sweat!! I love how close and accessible the gym is with all the equipment I’ve been looking for in a gym!

Negative experience: I've never been here, I visit the Dr surgery next door but it keeps asking me to review this place, I'm sick of it asking so I have given it a star to shut it up

Negative experience: Really poor quality gym. Unloaded bars often uneven in weight. Old, broken weights leading to uneven loading and pretty much every cushion pad is broken.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, helpful and friendly. Good level of equipment with machines for beginners up to people who are serious about the gym. Staff will always help you if you need anything and overall a very good price.

Positive experience: A welcoming atmosphere.Friendly. Helpful staff. Classes well taught in small numbers and free to members. The staff make you feel welcome and give advice when asked.

Positive experience: I only visit to monthly to visit the osteopath. The place looks tidy and staff are welcoming. Parking is limited to 5 or 6 spaces, and on road parking is hard to find.

Fantastic experience: Here people are trained 8 weeks for free to learn boxing and get to fight 1 match for Cancer Research UK and raise money for their cause.❤ Also yoga classes, fitness, muay thay, body building.

Negative experience: Not that impressed. One of them places that offer you a cheep membership but if you are working for a living, you will not be able to use it. So many other gym near by you can use 24 hour and for the same money this gym is offering for day time only membership. Also if you pay the higher fee so you can go when you want (fyi NOT 24 hours) the gym if so fall you cannot get on anything. So you have paid more and get less.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, it isn't massive but that's not a bad thing as its not always busy. they frequently offer fitness courses that last a couple of weeks that are really good and the staff are top draw.
