Negative experience: Closed down at short notice, kept delaying reopening now suddenly the same insta account is under a different brand name. No update was given about this change, no refund for being shut 1/4 of December, no respect for GDPR rules regarding our info, moronic bussiness decision to have that change over the start of Jan when most people enroll in gyms, which was either the reason they went bust or some tax / debt avoidance scheme.

Fantastic experience: I like this Gym. Better to have better air circulation.

Positive experience: Zumba /toning good .Brilliant, enthusiastic teacher, full of bounce . Yes oh yes! Need bigger room though as this class will no doubt grow.

Positive experience: Fresh air needed on the top floor! ! ! The moisture is all over the place, the windows and the equipment. Have no words to explain how unhealty is to breathe an air which have been in at least 20 others lungs, this effects everybody's performance as well. Also few lighter kettle bells pairs needed (6 & 8 kg), couse in the kettle bell class the new starters (womens only, who haven't train before mostly) have to start with 10 or 12 kg and they don't come back! Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Rythm has truly inspired to workout more often and has helped push myself to limits that I thought I could never achieve he had been very helpful and very kind his customer service is splendid he doesn’t treat as a customer but as a friend. Rythm stands out the most because of his enthusiasm and his drive to help make everyone better then they already are. He has truly inspired me , we need more people like him at the gym

Fantastic experience: The gym was great! Awesome equipment available. Zaafirah was so helpful! Went above and beyond with her customer service in regards to locating the gym and available memberships.

Positive experience: Gym stuff is friendly and helpful. Equipments are good. But unfortunately the air cons are not working. No oxygen at all. Nearly impossible to do any of the cardio exercises.

Negative experience: I have canceled my membership with energy fitness 4 days before the payment was due, and they still told me that they will charge me for the whole of next month. They failed to take a payment and claimed that I have £22.99 in arrears and required me to make the payment myself for the month that I will not be using the gym! Customer service did nothing to help with this. When I made it clear that I will not be attending the gym next month and canceled my membership 4 days prior

Fantastic experience: Good gym and helpful staff but the music that plays is of poor taste... Really really explicit lyrics that just puts me off my work out. Think I will just have to wear my own headphones as don't seem like their not too bothered.

Alex and Aaron also including the rest of the staff are the people who have helped me since the start and have always given me lots of company. Negative experience: It looks nice at the first, but here you ain't gonna find all equipment, everything splitted in two floors, not enough space, always no toilet paper, hands soap,theres no hands dryer, usually no tissues to clean equipment, water fountain not working and if you want to buy from the machine water cost you 2.50£, price is ridiculous. For what we are paying 30 pounds per month?

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing induction with Lukas, an induction better than any personal training session that I’ve ever received. Lukas has great depth of knowledge and understanding when it comes to health and fitness. Lukas first demonstrated how to use each piece of equipment whilst maintaining the correct posture at all times to maximise results. Lukas also showed me a range of exercises, including stretches that I could do at the gym and at home which will help me to improve my posture, flexibility and mobility. I feel very fortunate that I had my induction with such a highly sought-after personal trainer. I can’t recommend Lukas highly enough.

Fantastic experience: The stuff members are inspiring, the workouts are led by amazing trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. Noel (the gym instructor) she’s an amazing trainer who really cares and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals during her classes highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed the Full Body Workout class led by Lukas. He was very friendly and motivating and showed us some great exercises to do. I would highly recommend this class, and Lukas, to anyone looking to have a fun, engaging, and energetic workout session to blast those calories!

Fantastic experience: I usually go in the mornings before 8am. It's relatively quiet (<4 people) which is excellent for me to get in the zone! All the staff are lovely and helpful. I attended my first Spin class with Noël on Friday morning. She was epic (even had a shirt saying it) and I would strongly recommend her Spin class for anyone looking to start their day with a push

The staff are brilliant and always ready to help advise when required. The facilities are great, everything's always extremely clean and there's a wonderful selection of equipment. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else now :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for 18 months. Fantastic value for money. Clean, excellent equipment, never too busy to train. Friendly staff and very convenient. I left David Lloyd at nearly £100 per month for here, have never regretted it for a second.

Negative experience: Only one changing room for men and women which makes getting changed a bit awkward as showers are always wet so can't get changed in there either. When a class is on upstairs takes up most of the area to do mat exercises/your own thing

Negative experience: Poorly managed gym several times reception is not manned so have to stand and wait for service, sometimes over ten minutes. Very small gym and when classes are on whole parts of the gym are solely dedicated to the class. For example the whole free weights section was closed for one class at a peak gym time resulting in a wasted trip to the gym. Cheap gym but not good service, very handy that membership can be cancelled quickly

Negative experience: Cheap gym membership and it shows no proper studio for classes it’s in the middle of the gym!
