Our comment from FitFit UK about St Moritz Hotel Cornwall:
St Moritz Hotel Cornwall is a fantastic destination for a relaxing getaway located on the beautiful North Coast of Cornwall. Visitors consistently rave about the friendly and attentive staff who provide exceptional service, making guests feel right at home.
Guests have praised the fantastic spa and wellness facilities, offering a range of treatments to unwind and rejuvenate. Many enjoyed using the clean and well-equipped pools, both indoor and outdoor, although some noted that the outdoor pool could be a bit chilly at times.
The accommodations are described as comfortable and clean, with great amenities that ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-appointed, many with stunning sea views. Guests noted that the dining experience is top-notch, especially the breakfast, with several mentioning excellent food quality throughout their stay.
However, some visitors experienced service inconsistencies, particularly with the restaurant and spa bookings, suggesting that improvements could be made in these areas. While some complained about limited options for lunch and the lack of a full-length mirror in rooms, the overall sentiment remains overwhelmingly positive.
With its prime location, beautiful views, and excellent accommodation, St Moritz Hotel Cornwall is highly recommended for anyone seeking a lovely retreat in a stunning coastal setting.
St Moritz Hotel Cornwall: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Had a lovely few nights here. Quiet as out of season. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed a relaxing time in the spa.
Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff.
Fantastic experience: Lovely 3 nights in accessibility suite which was extremely well adapted with hoist and bathroom additions and very comfortable. What a treat.
Fantastic experience: Spa was fantastic, thanks girls, lovely afternoon x
Fantastic experience: Like many women of 'a certain age' I'm so busy with work, still having adult children at home, the menopause and now caring duties for elderly parents it all gets a bit much. So I decided to have 24 hours off from my life and head to the north coast for a mini spa break, and it was definitely worth it! Arrived early and went for a walk on the beach with the dog at Rock, so lovely without the crowds of summer. Then we headed round the coast to Polzeath and had a pasty lunch while watching the surfers. When I checked-in at the hotel I was blown away by the beautiful room that would be home for the night for me and the pooch. Spotlessly clean, super comfy huge bed and everything you could need all provided. The pool and wellness facilities were a real tonic, followed by a wonderfully relaxing massage by Megan in the Cowshed Spa. Dinner and breakfast didn't disappoint on the food front, and every member of staff I met was so friendly, kind and helpful. I couldn't fault a thing and drove home feeing refreshed and renewed with a more positive attitude. If you live within a reasonable drive time and need a quick pick-me-up break, I can't recommend St Moritz highly enough (in fact I'm already planning my return!).
Fantastic experience: Had such a lovely stay, so relaxing and facilities were great, only down side was the pool was quite cold but everything else great!
Fantastic experience: Only used the cafeteria who were very helpful.
Fantastic experience: Just fabulous in every way! The staff were wonderful, in particular the Manager who really went out of her way to make our anniversary stay feel special. And the whole place is lovely, with amazing food and great facilities. We're already thinking about how to come back for a longer stay, in fact!
Fantastic experience: This must be the best hotel in Cornwall! Perfect location, fabulous food, lovely rooms and a wonderful team who couldn't do enough for us. Thank you Sara, Zoe, Jake, Conrad and team for making our event and stay simply perfect.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful Stay at the St Moritz Hotel I had a fantastic stay at the St Moritz Hotel. The room was quiet and cosy, with luxurious linens and a wonderful shower – ideal for relaxation. The food was both delicious and healthy, with a great selection of wines. The staff were exceptional – always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed using the well-equipped gym, and I especially loved the small, separate room where I could practise yoga. The hotel offers stunning views of the sea, and there’s a lovely walk to the beach, which adds to the charm. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to visit the spa due to a busy conference schedule, but that gives me a perfect reason to return! Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Fantastic experience: What an amazing venue, we, whatever the weather there is the warmest of welcomes to the St Moritz . We had a sea view suite and it was outstanding. The beds and pillows were so comfortable best 3 nights sleep I have had in ages. The suite is well appointed and has everything you need for a self catering stay . The food was superb with choices of the main restaurant aclass all on its own truly fabulous food or the pool bar which served amazing pizzas. A short walk to beautiful costal area and beach but also a wonderful gym and spa area, with amazing treatments. There are activities every day and the whole teammade us feel immediately rested and at home ... utterly fabulous 3 night stay cannot wait to go back
Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at the hotel partly as a private visit and partly as an attendee of a conference. The hotel is very stylish, it looks like a passenger liner. Reception team were very welcoming and showed us to our room. The room was a delight. Maybe it needed a little more wardrobe space We ate in the hotel restaurant. It has an open kitchen which I think is a great sign. The food was so good. Hopefully I can post photos. Breakfast was included. I filled my plate from the hot buffet. Great quality. My wife had fruit and yoghurt and was amazed at the taste. There is a small coffee area in reception where you can buy teas and coffee and cake throughout the day. The team at SM pulled out all the stops to create a conference area. It is quite a small dining area so they removed glass partitions to double the size into the bar area. The food produced for the lunches was quite amazing. All vegan or vegetarian. I’m a meat eater but loved the various salads they produced. Dinner was all preordered as we were big group. The food was outstanding. All in all a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of Cornwall. 10 minutes to the nearest beach. 5 minutes to the coastal path. 20 minutes to Polzeath. There is a minibus service to Polzeath by the hotel. We only used it for the return uphill journey. Would I return? Most definitely.
Fantastic experience: Very beautiful location with indoor and outdoor pool, very affordable prices for families with children, very clean beach very close to the hotel, impeccable food and services.
Fantastic experience: Very nice. Staff were brilliant. Food was excellent great for a short or longer stay.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely Fabulous place. Very high standards achieved and maintained. All the staff couldn't be more helpful. Food was delicious. They event went the extra mile to make our Birthday stay was memorable. A shame the pool was unavailable but the work is on going and looks promising. The Point is available but was disappointing. Thanks to all the staff in The St Moritz.
Fantastic experience: Superb space - clean and contemporary and really relaxing with fabulous food, great and friendly service and wonderful views.
Fantastic experience: It's really nice to discover something that you weren't really expecting. My wife and I booked for a romantic 'wild spa', Cowshed treatment and stay over at this local hotel as a belated valentines gift to each other. The wild spa, despite being outdoors and late February was a really good laugh. The staff; Victoria and her colleague were like personal butlers ensuring waters were hot enough, food was plentiful enough and even bringing us a glass of prosecco in the hot tub. Rooms were 'ok'; certainly clean and well very presentable but we'd upgraded ours and I wonder what the entry level offering is like as ours was certainly nothing special and was facing a carpark on the ground floor. The cowshed massage should be mentioned too - we enjoyed a fun 1 hour massage here with 2 of the ladies who were fun and bubbly and they even seemed to fix something in my back! Must also mention breakfast which was of a VERY high standard. The professional chef was visible to all as he tirelessly ran the spotless kitchen and turned out some very fresh and tasty food. Well done St Moritz, you seem to be making an effort to attract locals in, and we will be back in the not too distant ourselves!
Fantastic experience: This afternoon a friend and myself went for afternoon tea .. I've got to say it was truely amazing. Beautifully presented and truely scrumptious. Also Really welcoming and helpful staff. Well done one and all
Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed our time in the wild spa and the roast dinner after was divine, highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: Another 1 night stay with dinner B&B at my favourite hotel. We keep going back because the staff are great and the hotel so chilled. The beds are like little clouds. The food was great. Lovely walks! We love the cheeky deals they have and its not too far to travel so it is just a relaxing break. It is the staff that make it for me though. We will be back again.
Fantastic experience: We visited the wild spa, what an experience. Amazing value for money 2 hours in the sauna, cold plunge and wood fire hot tub. We then had a delicious lunch with amazing views of the sea. Jack and Petra helped make our experiences so wonderful, thank you!
Fantastic experience: Great hotel with an outstanding restaurant. Spa was closed for refurbishment while we were there, but will revisit when it's open.
Fantastic experience: Stayed on a recent deal....would highly recommend....lovely staff..food and good location
Negative experience: Why can't I use the pool why are you refurbishing it during vhristmas
Fantastic experience: Great staff, rooms were clean and warm. Great location for walking, beaches and chilling.
Positive experience: Quite a pretty hotel at decent rates. Rooms have everything you needed from spa robes and slipper to hair drier and hair straighter which were handy, it was very clean and warm. Tv has sky, mini bar also provided. Did not used any other facilities on site so I cannot recommend them, however I will just say that the breakfast is £25 and it is the most expensive we’ve ever seen. Reception were friendly but didn’t mention anything about wifi (no signal zone) or check out info so we had to call from the room. Plenty of parking available. Overall good 4*
Fantastic experience: Very comfortable hotel. Excellent accessibility in all areas if one has limited mobility. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. Staff were helpful and friendly apart from one who works in the spa and was annoyed at being disturbed by husband asking for his pool towel card after returning said towel! Very clean bedrooms. Great location, especially for walks straight from the hotel. We enjoyed our time there and would love to revisit.
Fantastic experience: Fabulous room, lovely hotel and excellent service. Breakfast selection superb, dinner was OK, if you don't eat meat it's a struggle, even some fish dishes have meat with them.
Positive experience: Visited the Cowshed spa with my wife whilst on holiday in the area as we'd decided to treat ourselves to a treatment each. My wife had the lava shell massage and I had the CBD massage. Both were booked for an hour. The spa is lovely and clean. The staff were polite and attentive both pre- and post-massge, offering us the use of the "recovery" (for want of a better word) area to relax in when we'd finished our treatment. My massage was wonderful. My masseur Megan asked if there were any particular areas of the body that needed focusing on, explained the benefits of CBD & offered me some drops to take beforehand - quite an unusual taste but not unpleasant - and then let me get ready on the table. The hour passed very quickly and very enjoyably. This is not a deep tissue/sports massage remember so there is less pressure used than in those types of massage but your muscles still get a lovely working over. I'm not sure if different lengths of treatment get different focus but my 60min session included front and back of body, arms, legs & feet. Once Megan had finished, I relaxed for a few minutes and drank some water before dressing and going to the aforementioned recovery area while I waited for my wife to join me. All in all, we both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments and would absolutely visit again - in fact I nearly booked myself in again that week but didn't for the only reason I gave 4 stars overall - price. The treatments were v expensive when compared to other places nearby, although obviously I can't comment on the quality of them and the facilities at those locations. However, given the quality of the Cowshed and it's staff, etc it's pretty good vfm to be honest. Recommended.
Negative experience: Stayed prior to any school holidays starting, well, it wasn’t exactly a great first time visit and stay. Cost: Sadly, can’t say it was worth it. It would be better to go somewhere truly of a better star rating; you get service! When compared with (deemed) lower value locations this was lower value in reality. Living off an old reputation. Empty staff: Staff in general seem distant. Many requests or questions were simply unanswered. The cleaning sign was left out on the hot tub, we asked when it was available as its not cleaning, they didn’t check and left us, we did not use it. Painful when paying, staff didn’t care or follow up despite to walk throughs to reception. Restaurant: They highly “encourage” if not over sell the need to book the restaurant. We did book, arrived, wasn’t greeted, went to bar, made ourselves known – they mentioned to other staff that your 7.30 are here waiting. Ordered drinks, waited ages while one staff member did all drinks orders, but it wasn’t busy (the top area of bar and restaurant wasn’t even a third full). Waited longer again with no update on seating, despite watching all the empty tables remaining empty. Decided to walk up and self-seat which got some attention at least. Service? Yeah, that’s not on offer here. Wouldn’t recommend eating here (food also generic and boring and comparable to Wetherspoons). Instead, why not pop into Polzeath and even a tiny café offers something fresh, vibrant and serves you! Also, the value of other restaurants and small cafes was expectational in comparison to what we got and paid. Both in quality and flavours. Breakfast – comparable to any generic chain. Better value than it’s “restaurant meals” mind you. Rooms: Not so bad, but the Wi-Fi was terrible and non-existent. These needs updating to meet modern standards. Cleanliness was fine. Room condition – okay, tired in places and needs uplift. Feedback: We don’t think they want feedback – we stayed and had no emails/texts/calls or follow ups. Hence, this review with an accurate representation of the lower classed St Moritz. Tip, if you haven’t guessed – book and stay elsewhere.
Fantastic experience: Visited for 2 nights, such a great place, staff so friendly and a special mention to jez the bus driver
Fantastic experience: Just arrived for a couple of nights..was here last about 5 years ago...A.good place to stay..
Fantastic experience: In an amazing location this hotel with villas to rent was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. The well equipped villa was more spacious than expected with lovely sea views from the upstairs bedroom balcony. We used the indoor spa pool with steam room and sauna, the outdoor heated pool and the restaurant. All excellent with the staff very helpful. Jez fetched us from Rock after a long walk in the free taxi which runs you to Polzeath or Rock. We found it quiet but this was June and after half term so I imagine in school holidays it would be more lively! Will definitely be back.
Fantastic experience: We have been going here for a long time and it’s been great! The views are stunning and the rooms are well maintained and lovely to stay in. Thanks!
Fantastic experience: The restaurant is very good. Wonderful food and helpful, charming service. The whole ambience of the hotel is welcoming, luxe but beach resort casual.
Positive experience: North Cornwall at its best! Great location on the headland with views across Polzeath and into Rock/Padstow. Rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Everything you need in the room and serviced every day. Evening meal was, in my opinion, too expensive for what it was. It was alright but not great, breakfast though was exceptional sleuthed perfectly poached eggs. Would I go back? I would, but when the gym is finished as it was having a refurb and I’d avoid kids holidays and high season.
Fantastic experience: St Moritz is in a perfect location with Polzeath a 10 minute walk one way (great beach, surfing, restaurants). Walking the other way is a stunning coastal path to Daymer Bay and Rock, with a short ferry ride to Padstow. We stayed in the penthouse 4 bedroom & bathroom apartment (405) which had a big balcony with dining table and sun loungers and stunning views over the sea. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very spacious living and dining area and kitchen. There is a great spa, restaurant, indoor & outdoor pool. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Wife and daughter started & had a great time.
Fantastic experience: Lovely rooms and a great indoor pool and gym facility. Service is fantastic and the location is great. Would recommend!
Fantastic experience: Great place for any kind of break and escape
Fantastic experience: Treated to an Ultimate spa package for my birthday. Best experience. From the warm welcome to the amazing massage and facial. We had use of the pool etc and had it all to ourselves as no other bookings today. Great lunch to follow upstairs. We will be back. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: Was working nearby and takeaway coffee choices are limited. Pop in here and get a great cuppa and lovely welcome.
Fantastic experience: Went to the St Moritz Spa and had a back massage, best one I have had for a long time. Will be back again soon
Negative experience: We were due to stay for two nights over October half term. My wife and I caught covid two days before we were due to travel. Very little sympathy from the hotel who were happy for us to visit and use the facilities knowing we had covid! The hotel would not refund the booking although as returning customers the hotel would allow us to rebook before Christmas minus the non refundable deposit which we would lose. Although the gesture was appreciated it was almost impossible to arrange with two school children and the time frame allowed to rebook. The hotel took the full cost of the holiday and suggested we claim on our insurance. A very dissappointing customer experience from an establishment we had enjoyed before but will no longer use.
Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, great location
Fantastic experience: Been using it for over 30 years.
Fantastic experience: Lovely Art Deco hotel within walking distance of some lovely sandy North Cornish beaches. Our cozy room was more than big enough for the two of us and was well equiped. Reception staff were very helpful on arrival and staff generally were very happy to help and advise on anything. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and very tasty. Bar area was lovely with comfy seats and very nice terrace. Outdoor pool was very welcome in the heat, sometimes busy but generally good swimming. Would recommend a stay here without hesitation.
Fantastic experience: Great place first time without our wonderful daughter but enjoyed it
Fantastic experience: Beautiful afternoon, highly recommend
Fantastic experience: Wonderful
Fantastic experience: Great location, amazing friendly staff, first-class dining. Highly recommended
Fantastic experience: Only there for one night but slept like a log in a modern, airy room in which everything worked. Perfect.
Fantastic experience: Visited while staying at the point golf resort. We were given a voucher to visit the swimming pool, so stayed for lunch after. Very nice & friendly would definitely recommend
Fantastic experience: Great place, good service with great restaurant
Fantastic experience: Stayed in the suites three times. Great facilities and beautiful view
Positive experience: So disappointed with this hotel. We arrived to find that the Restuarant was closed and had to eat 'Street Food' round the pool. We couldn't eat inside as everything was shut. I had a packet of crisps for lunch because the cafe had shut at 3. We spent over 700 pounds for 3 days bed and breakfast which was outrageous. For this I was expecting something a bit bigger and I'm afraid a beach hut didn't make up for a tiny room. 6 of us were meeting up, after 2 years, for a family wedding and were hoping to catch up but even the bar shut at 10 on the Monday. We couldn't sit in each others rooms as they were too small. Driving all the way to Cornwall for a view of the car park doesn't quite hit the mark and we couldn't open the curtains because anyone walking past could see in the room. I appreciate that staffing is tight but trying to run a hotel with so few staff reduces the enjoyment of guests and puts a huge amount of stress on staff. ( which was obvious, they were all lovely). This was our much needed holiday which we were really looking forward to and sadly the hotel didn't live up to its billing.
Fantastic experience: Delightful stunning friendly staff clean rooms and tranquil
Fantastic experience: We had such a lovely time staying with you. Our rooms were perfect & importantly all of your staff could not have been more attentive or nicer. We would love to come back soon.
Fantastic experience: Battling on through in challenging times with great staff commitment, service with a smile and the best, nay perfect pool-side pizza ;-)
Positive experience: Great location, nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean, tidy slightly slow service but lead to believe this is Cornwall time. Nice beach walks in both directions. Could do with some more lunch options and pool sun loungers. Also, lacking a full length mirror in the bedrooms. Overall, nice place and would hope to go back soon, thank you St Moritz.
Fantastic experience: Superb, clean facilities, amazing views.
Fantastic experience: Love this hotel, this is our third visit and there will be more
Fantastic experience: Warm welcome, excellent hosts.
Fantastic experience: We went here for birthday treat at the spa for massage and facial excellent treatments the spa personnel were very welcoming and explained everything very comfortable spa beds overall a great afternoon
Positive experience: Service is lacking here. The putdoor pool closes @ 5pm? Daylight until 9pm what is the point of being on vacation if we can’t lounge by the pool after a long day sightseeing/hiking? Plus they have only limited lounge chairs available. They need to spend a few dollars for these minor UpgradesBest time of day to sit by the pool with the kids is in the evening to wind them down and mom and dad can have a cocktail poolside:) No spa availability EVER and the restaurant is mediocre At best. Kids wanted a burger both nights...”sorry we are out of burgers.” This property is supposed to be 4 star-LACKING in hospitality and amenities for the ££ they charge. A shame because the surrounding areas are stunning! Much potential here.
Fantastic experience: We've just got back home after 10 days at St Moritz. It was super hot while we were there so didn't venture much further than Daymer Bay but spent most our time chilling by the outside pool. The poolside team were brilliant... Emma and Jez are brilliant with the kids and super attentive to all the guests. The food and drink team at the pool are great too. Huge thanks all and looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
Positive experience: Went to Cowshed for treatment, amazing, clean, fresh, bright and extremely friendly staff, shall return
Positive experience: Treatment at the Cowshed Spa at St Moritz was time well spent. I had the Sun and Sea treatment which I highly recommend. It gives a touch of everything in a 2 hour package. The staff were as welcoming as expected and my massage therapist was excellent. The spa is somewhat let down by its location. Although they have made the best of the alloted space it is just off the hotel lobby. The fabric partitioning separating the lobby from the spa reception does little to block out the noise of people checking in and making appointments. This is clearly heard in the spa treatment waiting area and what appeared to be the mani-pedi area. That said the massage rooms themselves are very quiet so the minor inconvenience of noisy guests is short lived for those having a treatment. The biggest disappointment was the lack of toilet facilities inside the spa - out to the lobby, left and down a hallway. Although not a long distance it is very inconvenient as once you've entered the treatment rooms there is no discreet way to nip to the loo. Fortunately I enquired before I removed my clothing otherwise I would've had to redress. As regular spa patrons would agree, availability of a toilet before and after a massage is essential. All in all I enjoyed my treatment but I can image during the peak holiday season it could be an unpleasant experience.
Fantastic experience: Nice Hotel...
Positive experience: It's a nice hotel. Great staff. Priced fairly high. Procedures need a tweak as we weren't sent any information before arrival; important stuff like booking a slot for breakfast! The staff sorted it out for us but the indoor pool was totally booked up. Standard rooms ok, not really set up for anyone coming back from surfing (towel rails on a stingy timer, no coat hooks in rooms). Nice location, fantastic Art Deco style buildings.
Negative experience: Clean rooms but an embarrassment of an establishment. The service in the restaurant was poor, the manager’s attitude explained it all. The hotel’s excuse for not having food and drink as per their menu was that they had been busy. We will not be returning. Overpriced and they don’t care about their guests.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved staying here especially the wonderful breakfasts! The chefs are excellent and the waiters/waitresses are so helpful!!!!!!!!
Positive experience: Well located hotel with good facilities and very friendly staff. The restaurant has a very good menu and a surprising variety of very good options. Breakfast is included and very very good! A Cowshed Spa is situated in the main building of the hotel and there are both indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel is located within a short walk from Polzeath beach, a surf spot, and also not far from charming Rock and the busy foodie town of Padstow. Lots to do around here and lots to see too!
Positive experience: Great hotel
Fantastic experience: Beautifully situated place with friendly staff and great facilities. We love the outdoor pool area and the amazing views! The Anti-Social restaurant is a brilliant idea, delicious food in your own unique private dining space to help manage Covid-19 measures. Breakfast there is one of the best.
Fantastic experience: Elegant and stylish
Fantastic experience: We've just returned from the most fabulous weekend at The St Moritz who have somehow managed to stylishly and BRILLIANTLY embrace the covid world, taking safety and social distancing extremely seriously but managing to make it all feel fun, fresh and very cool. The staff we absolutely exemplary; every single member of the team (and it really does feel like they are a happy team) made us feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble and they all seemed just.. HAPPY. The Antisocial Club is genius .. and again fabulous staff. A beautifully clean and comfortable bedroom. Thank you to all at the St Mortiz and very well done.
Fantastic experience: Anti Social dining is genius, the food was excellent and the staff really friendly.
Fantastic experience: I have just returned from twelve nights in this truly fabulous hotel. I think what St. Moritz have achieved, in quite possibly the most challenging time in this generations lifetime, is nothing short of remarkable. Every single member of the team made me feel like my holiday and my experience of the hotel and the facilities was their absolute top priority. I was totally moved by their commitment to providing their guests with the best possible time. Everyone is trying their best to adapt and operate in this post covid19 world but the St. Moritz experience was effortless, natural and seamless. It almost appeared as if they were well used to working in this totally new format, which in turn put all customers at ease and provided a lovely and convivial experience. Last but not least - the Anti Social Social Club is nothing short of GENIUS!!! Thank you St Moritz. I Love You!
Fantastic experience: Amazing treatment and friendly, caring staff who genuinely want you to enjoy your experience. 5 stars and totally deserved
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place I'd recommend it to anyone
Fantastic experience: Loved it
Fantastic experience: What a stunning location . Here for loo drop at a wedding, field adjacent ... well worth a visit for coastal walks
Fantastic experience: Such a fabulous hotel. Not only does it look fantastic, it actually is fantastic! Rooms and all areas of the hotel are great and everything you could ever need has been thought of, from wellies and umbrellas by the door, to a shuttle Landrover to Rock or Polzeath. The food is excellent, with an ever changing menu of local produce. There's even a brilliant gym and indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the Cowshed spa, which is just perfect for a treat. It's everything a seaside hotel should be. Very highly recommended
Fantastic experience: It's a good hotel to stay in and all the staff are friendly and helpfull
Fantastic experience: Went for Christmas, would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic few days stay in an apartment, great friendly staff
Negative experience: Poor service and communication
Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel in perfect location! On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by the friendly team on reception. The room was spotless and comfortable and had everything we needed including Sky TV and fast easy access Wi -Fi. The Staff and management were great throughout our stay and really went above and beyond to make our Anniversary stay that extra bit special! We really enjoyed using the spa and gym (although a bit dated) and the cowshed spa products were very good. One other great feature of this hotel was the Land rover service that will drop off, or pick up to nearby local areas for no extra charge! Unfortunately we did not get to try the restaurant on this occasion (short break), but did have breakfast which was of a reasonable standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St.Moritz Hotel and will defiantly return…
Fantastic experience: Stuning wiews, professional and polite staff, great food, met quite few celebrities there.
Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel, good facilities, good size clean room and ensuite. Super choice of breakfast (excellent ).Really comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff . Many thanks to maintenance guy for getting our lights working within minutes of being called.
Fantastic experience: Relaxing
Fantastic experience: Very enjoyable stay, food excellent, rooms really comfortable and staff pleasant
Fantastic experience: Lovely views and facilities as well as amazing beaches
Fantastic experience: Excellent beachside resort in Polzeath. As a tourist this was the first beach town we had visited in Britain. Definitely didn’t disappoint us.
Fantastic experience: Christmas at the St Moritz. Very good indeed
Fantastic experience: Fabulous Suite and balcony. Delicious Food
Negative experience: More like a holiday camp
Negative experience: Very basic for the price we paid, no wardrobe space for dresses, hot water was scalding.no shelving in shower cubicle The only good thing was the breakfast . Stayed in better b+b
Fantastic experience: A+
