Greenvale Leisure Centre

Positive experience: It's really good leisure centre i always go there to workout all my siblings go there but what is don't like is that you can't go up to the gym at the early morning if your under 18 but other than that I love it

Fantastic experience: Great facilities with great and helpful staff. Gym equipment is top tier, plenty of racks to use. Pool is class with a great sauna/steam room combo

Negative experience: So badly run. Staff behind the desk drinking cups of coffee and on their phones scrolling. We came to use the soft play but was told it closes at half 3 on a Sunday but normally stays open til 4! Vending machines are always out of order! The mens toilets in the changing rooms are absolutely disgusting. Viewing gallery is never open to the public! It is such a let down in many ways.

Negative experience: Awful gym that has time and time again disappointed. No staff to be seen anywhere while children run rampant, using the most dangerous machines with no supervision. Getting a simple workout proves impossible because the gym is extremely oversubscribed and underequipped for such numbers. Poor hygiene and cleaning of machines, from staff and customers with weights lying all over the floor.

Negative experience: i was taking care of my friends brother for the day and he got lost in the pool and he hasnt been found since, the spa people are scary. same with the kids who lurk around the bathrooms. STAY AWAY THE BATHROOMS AT ALL COSTS. anyway, some people had a birthday and they gave me free food.

Positive experience: Nice gym but sometimes feels overly packed which means not enough equipment for me to use

Fantastic experience: Lovely facility with excellent pools and the added bonus of a spa and wellness area with Steam Room, Sauna, Showers and Heated Loungers. The price to access the pool and spa area combined is very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The changing rooms are clean and all lockers seem to work well. The pool facilities are also clean and well maintained. My only slight criticism is that the whole large pool was put to lane swimming only, meaning that if you wished to just relax in the water you needed to use the smaller shallower pool. I have no objection to lane swimming however perhaps take away two lanes, combine them and allow that area for open swimming in the larger pool.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym facilities, I had a few gyms in mind but I'm so glad I choose greenvale , all classes , swimming and health suite all included , the gym it's self has everything you could possibly need and more , fab place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Negative experience: Had our car badly dented in the rear car park. Spoke to management about cctv but was told that it would have to go through police (fair enough). After this incident they informed police their cctv to the rear car park didnt work and that this was the first time they become aware of it. It baffles me how a council run operation which has children around on a daily basis doesnt not have working cctv and what is more concerning is that they allegedly didnt know they dont have working cctv. Very poor management on their behalf.

Positive experience: There are always private swimming lessons going on, which takes up 2 thirds of the pool, leaving everything else packed into a small.area.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the swimming pool options. Large 50m pool with 2 sections Swim classes in 1 side and slow lanes and fast swimming lanes in the other. Kids pool split into 2 sections with lots of room for all. 1st time visitor and we will definitely be returning

Negative experience: There is a plaster on the tiles it has been there for 3 weeks and I got a rash on from the pool . It is very cold and the staff are nice but some are very rude .There is sand at the bottom of the pool . I was told to get out of pool it is very dirty and very cold

Positive experience: I really like this leisure centre but they really need to reopen the 50m pool again. Why not have the best part of the centre open to the public again? Opening hours should also be extended to 10pm! Good staff around the pool.

Negative experience: Drove 1 hours 30 minutes from Letterkenny, booked in for a session and induction only to be told when I arrived that induction was £25. Poor service at reception and reception staff were appalling.

Negative experience: Took my two daughters and their friend as a day out, I couldnt get into the upstairs gallery, had to stand in the soft play area and listen to crying children for an hour and a half. Wont be back!!!

Positive experience: very good complex UNFORTUNATELY when paying to go into the pool we constantly find the middle pool which we use is sectioned into 4 areas of learning on many occasions with only one learner per section ... they may when one is finished open a section to other swimmers so you have about 15 to 20 people in one section and 3 in others ... the 3 learners paid £15 total the 20 others t least £60 ... come on !!!! granted you have to learn some time but not a quater of a pool to one learner ...also if we were told before paying there was learning going on ...we would not go in

Positive experience: Wouldn't let you use the gym without making a membership, however the pool was nice, full Olympic and not too crowded. Cannot comment on the gym as I was not even allowed to make a 1 day trial.
