Negative experience: I missed the guaranteed check-in time, but my room was ready shortly thereafter, and I did get a drink coupon which made me happy. The service at both hotel bars was extremely slow, and the breakfast seemed very stressful for the staff. It was unorganized and overly busy, especially on weekends. The rooms were quite small, making it difficult to move around in the bathroom and get in the shower, but I suppose that’s just the deluxe room type, but it’s very small. The location was fantastic, though. I wouldn’t stay again given the room size and stressful staff experience. I want to relax on holiday, not get overwhelmed because the staff are very unorganized.

Fantastic experience: After a stressful day dealing with a booking scam, we arrived at this hotel feeling defeated. Alex, the evening receptionist, completely turned our day around. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient with all our questions. He even arranged for a room change from a double to two separate beds without any issue. Fantastic experience: Convenient location for a business trip, attentive staff I've been recently to the Marylebone hotel for a business trip as it had been recommended to me by a friend. I wasn't expecting much as it was just a business trip, but the style of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff really stood out to me. I was personally welcomed by one of their managers (Sarah) and also had a handwritten note from the team in my room. I found their breakfast lovely and the pool was so beautiful. Sadly, I didn't have time to try it, but I have already booked again for another business trip so hopefully I can do it next time. The cocktail bar is really lush and perfect for a winter drink with clients.

Negative experience: I booked a deluxe room. They put us in a room which was clearly a regular room. When I went down and complained, they actually argued with me and said it was a deluxe room. It wasn't. They don't even look similar... it's like giving someone an old Toyota and saying it's a Ferrari. Yes, they both have four wheels and a windshield, but they're not the same thing. They eventually gave us what we paid for, but I seriously did not appreciate the pushback, not to mention the inconvenience of having to repack and move everything after an exhausting and long trip. Considering the price of the room, I would have expected at least a sincere apology... and I didn't even get that.

Fantastic experience: I chose a cozy room so my room experience was understandably underwhelming. However, every other aspect of the experience was incredible. Fantastic experience: Stayed for a night while in London for business. I was so grateful that they were able to give me an early check in after taking a red eye flight. Front desk staff were welcoming and processed my check in quickly. Room was cozy and contained all i needed for a restful stay. Ventured down to the bar/ lounge area and ordered a bite to eat. Had the clubhouse and a warm cup of tea, which came out quick and hit the spot. The outside concierge were always friendly and helpful making coming and going from the hotel that much more pleasant.

Fantastic experience: stayed at Hotel Marylebone in the summer and had an amazing experience. they treated our family as if we lived there with cookies and milk delivered to the room before bed for our son to the perfect seats for breakfast with a high chair. the hotel is perfect for families, nearby parks and plenty of shops as well as close to the train station. could not recommend enough!

Positive experience: Not sure what all the fuss is about. We stayed for a week and will look for somewhere else in the neighbourhood next time we’re in London. The location was fantastic, the restaurant and bar were beautiful, the front office staff were attentive, but our room was bland and uninspired, and breakfast could take five or 35 minutes to be served. While our studio suite was big enough and well laid out, it lacked the design details present in the public spaces of the hotel. In addition, the narrow, deep tub (no separate shower) is an accident waiting to happen. We had stayed in their sister hotel, the Bloomsbury, a couple of years ago. And while the location is not up to the Marylebone’s address, the rooms were beautifully appointed and the service was impeccable. Too bad they didn’t put the Bloomsbury in the Marylebone’s location.

Positive experience: Just back from Iceland and a brief stopover in London. Hotel was fine. Clean place, but pricey. Then again London is pricey. Tiniest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in: Less than half the size of a typical Holiday Inn room in USA. Nice neighborhood and quite close to a tube station. Expensive for what it was, but otherwise satisfactory. Had an issue with the bathtub being very high and difficult for my small wife to traverse. Switched us to a room with a walking shower immediately. Thank you Barbara!

Positive experience: The luxury component of this hotel may not be what one would expect. The lobby is very limited in size and the rooms are average at best. Our biggest challenge was the air conditioning not cooling the room properly and resulted with us having to use a fan. Additionally, we were charged four times the amount on one of our bar charges which was resolved at check out. We had mini bar charges because we used the refrigerator to chill drinks. We thought this was resolved at check out only to have our credit charged for usage that never occurred. This is not luxury service and is not a great experience.

Negative experience: This hotel does not have a gym or spa - instead it has an agreement with a private gym which insists that guests cannot enter in their hotel robes and slippers to go to the pool but rather one must access like an external visitor and get changed. Unfortunately the staff are rude and unhelpful and i felt very unwelcome. A young arrogant girl wearing a mini skirt and knee high cowboy boots was incredibly and domineering. I have never stayef in a supposed 5* hotel where I was treated like this

Negative experience: --- **Disappointing and Disconcerting Experience** Our stay at Marylebone was unfortunately extremely disappointing. During our stay, 70 euros and a charger were stolen from our room. When we reported the incident to management, their response was incredibly disappointing. Instead of seriously investigating the matter, they insinuated that we were lying, as if we needed to make up a story for such a small amount of money. It is unacceptable that a hotel of this category does not take the security of its guests seriously and treats their concerns with such skepticism. We expected impeccable service and attention to detail, but instead, we found ourselves having to defend against unjust accusations and feeling insecure. Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful long weekend stay at The Marylebone. The room on the 7th floor was much larger than I was expecting from a London hotel with 2 big windows staring out at the BT Tower. It was spotlessly clean and provided a lot of amenities that were replenished daily. Location was perfect to explore London with many lovely restaurants around to enjoy a meal outside - including the hotel's brasserie. Staff were professional and friendly, especially those working at the cocktail bar. The only downside would be the air-con in our room was not sufficient enough to cool the room. Other than that, it was a fantastic hotel and I was sorry to leave.

Negative experience: I don’t understand how this hotel is considered luxury/5 star. My room was 3 star at best, extremely small and had an odd smell. And the staff was not accommodating at all. Great location and breakfast was decent but if you are going to stay at this hotel thinking you’ll get luxury, there are many other way better options in London (w comparable prices).

Positive experience: Been here for almost a week for a summit and I must say the set up here is amazing 1. Big size meeting rooms 2. Logistics v well arranged 3. Good food options - I must admit I am spoilt by Andreea who gave me so many options given I am pure vegetarian. She is excellent at providing customer service. Absolutely top class! The chef has been kind enough to ensure I don't struggle :) 4. Breakfast bar is amazing with the varieties 5. Cleanliness in the room top class! Second to none. 6. Location is abs fantabulous 7. Ambience is fantastic Really just one downside - size of bathroom is really small. Have hurt myself a bit but you get use to it. Overall really good.

Fantastic experience: Stayed there twice this month and it is a great option in terms of location, service, cleanliness and comfort. The bathrooms are extremely tiny but everything else makes up for it. The highlight though is the service by the hotel doorman David. Polite, friendly and kind, he set the bar high in terms of what hospitality and customer service should really be :) Their all inclusive breakfast offers a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. Overall, a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Rooms are small but well kept. The gym is very good make sure to get there before they close. They also have nutritious food in the gym. The food in the restaurant is good and the cocktails are fantastic. Also is close to many good restaurants and the high street Marylebone. There is one fun pub nearby called The Marylebone check it it out it won’t disappoint.

Negative experience: Stayed last week hoping to get some rest between 2 heavy days of meetings as opposed to traveling home by train. So expected to be able to rest for nearly 300 a night. A neighbouring guest decided to party on their room terrace until 3.30am in the morning, keeping me wide awake. I called the desk several times - they did not solve it and did not offer to move me. In the morning, bleary eyed after 3 hours sleep, I complained. They offered me a free coffee to go, and then breakfast (which was incidentally included in the room rate). Room itself was nothing special. Location to the other room with a terrace is an issue - it’s on a small courtyard boxed in on 4 sides so very echoey if someone decides to play up. Not what you expected from a reasonably high end hotel Cancelled my stay the next week and won’t stay again.

Positive experience: I stayed in this hotel during the Christmas season. The location is good and the hotel is decent. Unfortunately for me, my room faced a brick wall. It was quite disconcerting as it was difficult to know if it was day or night. I looked forward to stopping into the lobby bar in the evening for snacks and drinks. The bar staff were very nice. FYI – Watch out for your credit card statement. I had charges that I didn’t recognize from the Marylebone and when I inquired, I was told that it was “probably” from an establishment in the area. I submitted a fraud claim to my credit card company, however, I reached out once again to the hotel and asked them to have the charges reviewed by management. I asked if this possibly came from the hotel lobby bar. I await their response and am annoyed that this has required so much energy from me.

Negative experience: Promised a room upon arrival via phone from airport which didn’t happen , had two reservations and my friend was moved twice from her room for a worm in her second room and which hence made her lose her kindle in her third room into her fourth room , she didnt notice until three days later and room service never alerted her they had it even though we were still staying at the hotel until yesterday , they also made her pay to send it to our new hotel 35 pounds , which she would have never left it it wasn’t for All the moving that they made her do due to the unavailability of rooms. I also left a kind of expensive skirt in my room that was tailored made and even though I stayed in my room for 6 days I also was never called to be told it was found , and I just discovered today that it’s missing since I went to go where it for the event I had for tonight.

Negative experience: My stay at The Marylebone Hotel was a total letdown. Right from the start, they tried to charge me twice for the deposit, even though the money had already been taken from my account. They wouldn't budge, despite me showing them proof from my bank statement. The room was tiny - I could barely fit my carry-on bag in there. When I asked for a bigger room, they wanted to charge me an extra £50 a night. And that's not all. Every morning, I was woken up at 8 am by the loud, unprofessional chatter and banging from the cleaning staff, even though I had the "do not disturb" sign up. Other guests even had to tell them to keep it down! To top it off, the view from my room was terrible, and definitely not worth the extra cost. After nine nights of loud noise of chatting, laughing and banging which was waking up everyone from 8:00am every single day, I can honestly say I won't be coming back to The Marylebone Hotel. It doesn’t stop there, unfortunately while checking out I asked the hotel when are they planning to release my deposit and they mentioned that it has already been released which did not make any sense since the amount is still held in my account by the hotel. They insisted that they have released it and I had to call the bank to confirm that it’s still held from their end, after a lengthy investigation they said to expect it soon (soon meaning 1-2 months) which is honestly ridiculous since this never happens. Hence, I'd advise anyone else to think twice before booking here. There are way better 5-star hotels in London. What a letdown!

Negative experience: I went the 108 brasserie bar today. ( it was second time visit there this year ) And the staff from the bar were nice and kind. But after I use bathroom, there was a christmas tree next to the bar. I was taking picture of christmas tree, a woman who shorts hair with glasses on, said to me you should have to ask permission to take a picture. Even though there wasn’t anyone next to the christmas tree. If it’s not allow taking pictures of christmas tree, then you should have to notice with paper or something. I feel like this is kind of racism to me. It was bad experience. I will not go there again.

Fantastic experience: The venue sourcing team at Flavour Venues and Events find that first-hand experience is the best way to recommend the right venues to our clients. Our September 2023 London research visit brought us to The Marylebone. This handsome property near Bond Street, Mayfair and Soho offered luxurious tranquillity in a popular part of town. With excellent travel connections and a wealth of nearby shopping, dining and entertainment, The Marylebone is perfectly positioned for leisure guests, plus business stays and corporate events. The Marylebone houses a premium collection of 252 bedrooms and suites set across 7 floors. Ours featured a gigantic and extremely comfortable bed, in a room which was well insulated from any outside street noise. Such features as a workspace, safe, smart TV and minibar are a welcome touch for business travellers like us. Luxury toiletries, robes, slippers, and premium technology made our stay even more special. The room was spacious and lavishly decorated to a timeless fashion, ensuring a great sleep and a relaxing stay. We were given a comprehensive tour of the communal areas and event spaces by Stephanie, MICE Sales Manager for The Doyle Collection (to which The Marylebone belongs). We were totally smitten by the décor of the Cocktail Bar, which is inspired by the four seasons of the year. The space fills with natural light during the summer months and offers fireside warmth in winter. The hotel offers an impressive range of meeting rooms and versatile event spaces. A highlight for us was Number Six. This stunning, multi-purpose space has a private ground floor entrance, with its own cloakroom and reception area. The space is bathed in daylight, with mirrored surfaces reflecting the rich colours of the furniture and wooden floor around the room. There’s capacity for up to 250 standing guests, with moveable walls and even a lavish concealed bar which transform the space for a multitude of uses. Other impressive spaces include The Courtyard, an internal terrace featuring a retractable roof and striking fireplace for year-round events, such as private dinners under the light of the stars. The Blue Room, as the name suggests, is vibrantly decorated, and offers configurations to suit events from 8 to 80 guests. Every space we viewed had been furnished and finished with loving attention to detail. Our stay included breakfast, which gave us the opportunity to sample one of the best full Irish breakfasts I’ve enjoyed. The food was of excellent quality, and service was warm, friendly, and attentive, giving us confidence that event guests would be well looked after too. The delicious calories offered at the table were well spent at the onsite Third Space luxury health-club and gym. Featuring cutting edge equipment, great spa facilities and an energetic vibe, I can honestly say they were the most impressive hotel fitness facilities I’ve used. With their collection of top tier event spaces, luxuriously comfortable bedrooms, plus the five-star hospitality we enjoyed, we’re delighted to recommend The Marylebone to our clients. Fantastic experience: Our home whilst we were in London was The Marylebone Hotel. Amazing location. The Loft suite is huge and very luxe. Fantastic experience: Nice boutique hotel for a company event. Event organisers invited too many people though and so service suffered accordingly, and event came across as a little disorganised. But when we did eventually get some finger food and small bowls, it was generally very good. One disappointing pice of charred beef on a stick, needed a sauce, and I had to return the meat 'semi masticated' as it was surprisingly pure gristle- not up to the hotels usual standards at all, and embarrassing to attempt to eat it amongst work colleagues. . Nobody's perfect though and I love the ambience in the hotel, and I would always recommend them.

Positive experience: Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. I was pleased with almost everything about it—including the continental breakfast (and waitstaff) at the hotel restaurant. Best thing: the shower pressure is divine! I say this as a person who is 5’2” with thick hair. It’s so rare I get to enthuse over the water pressure in a hotel. Worst thing: the bathroom layout. Getting out requires somewhat dangerous contortions (stubbed toes on dry feet, potential slippage on wet ones). Whoever designed these bathrooms should try using one.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I stayed at The Marylebone last week for five nights. We were in town for a business conference and a little sightseeing afterwards. We booked the hotel through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts collection and found it to be fairly central to everything we needed to do. Unfortunately, upon arriving in England, my baggage was lost and I was actually told by British Airways that it was stolen. I had a business conference for two days immediately following our arrival, and we were in a panic to begin replacing my suits and other items. Once we arrived at the hotel, we went to our assigned hotel room. Frankly, we were not enthralled with the first room we were presented with because it had an odd shape, and we had booked a larger studio suite. The staff accommodated us by showing us other available rooms we could possibly move to, but we needed to go shopping to replace my items. Adrian, the concierge, had been discussing with my wife where to go to get suits and a tailor. Adrian went so far as to locate a tailor that he knew and had them on standby for me, so no matter what, I could have my suits tailored immediately. To make a long story short, we ended up purchasing the suits at the store he recommended and had them tailored immediately so that everything went smoothly with my conference. When we returned to the hotel, the staff had located a room on the seventh floor to move us to. That room was far superior to the others and came at no additional cost. That night, we sat at the hotel bar, spoke with the wonderful bartenders from Italy, and finally got to relax and start enjoying our trip. From the front desk staff to Adrian at the concierge, the doorman, and the cleaning staff, our service experience was exceptional. I am very impressed with this hotel and will stay there again on my future trips to London. Thank you, everyone at The Marylebone!

Fantastic experience: A stunning hotel in a quiet location in the big smoke. Rooms were clean and tidy. Only suggestion I could make is that they need new doors on the rooms as you can hear quite a bit if you have noisy neighbours down your corridor. Didn't quite help that there were people shouting at 3 am and then 6am.

Fantastic experience: Great room size for middle of London. Service by staff was amazing and they truly did try and make our stay as good as possible. Bathroom was slightly small but possibly similar to other hotels in the city. The products they used in the bathroom were luxurious. Breakfast was included in the room and it was a good quality breakfast where they had a continental buffet but we could still order the main which was freshly cooked.

Fantastic experience: I had a great time staying at the hotel, the best thing about it is that the it’s close to most shopping stores and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood. I had an excellent experience, as by the time I checked out leaving to airport, Adrian helped me measure the weight of my luggage in the hotel before heading to airport, as that helped me not go through the struggle at the check in desk! We had to move stuff from one bag to the other up to 3 times to insure we don’t exceed the limit. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Didn’t have enough time to try the restaurants and other facilities. But Adrian was always nice, and although I’m always in a rush. I can still remember his face, he never hesitate to say hi and have a quick chat. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Fantastic experience: I've stayed here a few times, the staff at the entrance and throughout the hotel are really good. Some rooms have been a little small but the suites are really nice. Attached to a good bar and restaurant and a nice pool. Personal story, I left my phone charger here one Christmas, when I returned some months later they had kept it for me.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Not only I was given a tiny room by the service elevator, where the hotel staff are extremely noisy talking to each other since early in the morning and doing nosies charging the elevator with their trolleys. But I left some important gifts for my customers staying at the same hotel to the concierge, so that they could deliver this to their room… they never did, the customers never received my gifts and no one informed me. I got to learn from my customer…. After 10 days they gave me a solution, however they sent by courier part of the gift, and they kept the other half. PATHETIC!

Positive experience: Great surrounding area and very nice lobby/common areas of hotel. Bar and staff were rude and it was a total dud and exercise in frustration. Brasserie was also a dud and rude staff. Rooms (we had 3) were very average and not on par with a 5 star hotel, other Doyle properties or the very elegant common areas- especially the showers. We actually changed rooms b/c the first one was extremely worn and outdated. Second room was nicer, but shower and bathroom were Lilliputian. Shower literally sprayed several streams of water on the sink when on. Gym access, and gym set up, was amazing. Overall, pretty average to above average. Rooms a 3. Lobby and location 5. Gym 5. Service a 3. Restaurants/bar- 0. Really not a 5 five star hotel and so look elsewhere if that’s what you are expecting.

Fantastic experience: We stayed for four nights and came to really appreciate the excellent service and location of this hotel. Our room (a studio "suite") was very good but lacked storage and the furniture was oddly configured. The Chromecast was a plus. The hotel has an outstanding bar and health club on site. The restaurant was also very good. We would gladly return.

Fantastic experience: Very very highly recommend! The service was impeccable with all staff pleasantly going the extra mile. Our concierge Alba set us up with two incredible dinners same day for a party of 10 (one w a Michelin chef at one of the hottest new restaurants in the city) The bars are just phenomenal- classy, hip, fun with true professional bartenders with flair and a knowledge of mixology. The gym is very nice and high end with all equipment, lots of space for plyo, a lot of personal training going on. My family hit it every day as well as pool and steam room. Location steps from so many cool restaurants bars cafes and 5 mins to the tube. Beds are very comfy, room not the largest but big enough and with such great amenities no need to stay in the room!

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner were attending a private special conference event held by my company at The Marylebone hotel recently. Arrival: I pulled up outside in my own personal vehicle, a 13 year old Mondeo but to my pleasant surprise the door staff still treated me like a VIP and carried my bags in for me. Compared to all the other cars in the area I wouldn’t have blamed them for ignoring me or mistaking me for a delivery driver! It was a very pleasant experience and the staff were extremely friendly. They held my bags for me until check in. Parking: Unfortunately no parking on site (which is understandable for central London) however they have a discount for a parking garage down the road. This is good, however upon checking the online reviews of the parking garage there is evidence of a lot of car damage (break ins, thefts). I ended up parking my car in Westfield shopping centre for the night as I had been recommended it was very secure and only a 15/20 min tube away from the hotel and also very well priced at £15 a day. Our bags were brought to our room At the night of the special event the staff were very friendly and lively, doing a great job making sure drinks were topped up in the private function. At dinner, me and my partners dietary requests were met perfectly, my partner had the best gluten free bread she’s ever had. She is desperate to know the brand! Dinner was done to a great standard and was very lovely. Checking out was very easy and they held our bags for the day until we were ready to come back and collect. All a very easy process and the staff once again very helpful. Overall I had an amazing stay and it was extremely luxury and a true experience for me which I won’t forget. Definitely recommend The room was very spacious, the bathroom was very luxury. I loved that the large television had built in chrome cast which was a great touch, I had tried to cast to TV’s in hotels before with no luck at all so I was ecstatic to have this feature. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room I had was with a lovely view out onto the street allowing a view of Londoners and especially the night life.

Fantastic experience: Greeted by a wonderful Irish ☘️ gentleman who helped me out of the cab and took me and my luggage to the front desk started my stay off with style. We chatted about my trip and about our Irish heritage. Upon checking in to my Classic queen room, I found it to be a little small for my preferences and called down to reception who were able to offer me a Deluxe king for a supplement each night. I was shown to room490. Stunning views on to the decorated views of Marylebone through a huge window. A newly renovated room - perfect. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, had afternoon drinks in the bar and had a lovely steak dinner in the restaurant. Throughout my whole stay I was treat impeccably. The lovely Stan was such a help and a wonderful lady on reception (whose name escapes me but holds a lovely warm smile). I chose this hotel because I had some surgery on Harley Street and needed to be close by, but J would choose it again in a heartbeat wherever I need to be in London. Such a treat. Negative experience: Terrible service. I have told the service counter that if it will be alright if I leave my bags in my room later than 12pm. They agreed but conveniently forgot and locked the room. They also tried charging me for the mini bar, which I did not use.

Fantastic experience: We had our conference here, good food and staff very tentative. Love the feel on the locations we were located in the blue room
Positive experience: Not bad but can't figure out how this is a 5 star hotel. Rooms you can't swing a cat in, bathroom tiny and cramped, dated interior in the hallways, smelt like sewers on our floor. Doormen were great but the rest of staff average. Bar and brasserie were the best part - breakfast was great. More like a 3 all in all
Fantastic experience: We had a conference room booked here for a course and we’re really well looked after. Lunch was delicious both days
Positive experience: Great location and clean room! I had a few minor problems though. The heating system wasn’t working in my room on the first day(I thought it would eventually work, but it didn’t) so I went to bed feeling pretty cold. I called the reception the next morning, and they told me that their mechanics were coming. I waited for roughly an hour, which delayed my schedule. I wish the reception had told me approximately how long I would wait. The mechanics guy was very polite and helpful. He asked for my permission to enter the room and assured me that I didn’t break anything. I guess they couldn’t fix the problem so gave me a heater. My room was a little claustrophobic, so I nearly tripped on this really hot heater several times. Unfortunately, my amenities were not changed the next day, so again I called and asked for them. I waited for 20-30min, but didn’t receive them. When I came home I had a lovely amenity bag though. Just a lot of waiting for things to come, so maybe it’s better to ask how long you would wait. I felt that this room was not architected well. There were no plugs for hairdryer in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holder was not in the best place to use, for example. Quite inconvenient regarding these. Otherwise, pretty nice place :)
Fantastic experience: Beautiful hotel lovely stuff and doormen are very friendly, it’s literally opposite to the hospital which was why we stayed but service charge on everything even one drink let alone every bill was a little much, could be it’s downfall.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had an amazing 3 night stay at the Marylebone. The location is fantastic (love the Marylebone neighborhood!) , centrally located near all the sights of London, with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. The hotel, especially the room, was well-appointed, and the bar/restaurants were great. The gym/spa/pool area is as good as it gets in London. But it's the staff that made our trip special. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I have to give a special shoutout to Roxana at the front desk. From the moment we arrived until we checked out (and every day in between) she was there to help, ask if we needed anything, and see how our stay was going. She also went above and beyond when we had a problem after we checked out of the hotel. All in all, we loved the Marylebone and will definitely stay again next time we're in London.
Positive experience: Not a big fan of those posh hotels but this one has a different vibe about it -- it's more modern, laid back and cosy.
Fantastic experience: Exceeds expectations. I have stayed in five star hotels around the world and can confidently say that they do deserve the five stars. Our room was very spacious and bright with a lot of attention to detail. The most important element in any hotel room is the bed . My mattress was superb as were the luxurious down filled pillows. Room service was outstanding, fast, friendly and very professional . ( it had, surprisingly, the best burger that I have ever eaten) . The doormen , concierge and everyone we encountered bent over backwards to be of assistance . It was amazingly consistent throughout our stay . The hotel is located close (one minute walk) to Marleybone high street ( try the outstanding fish restaurant) and the Wallace Collection . There is a cab always outside the hotel door and will whisk you away to wherever you wish . So , we stayed for a week and shall definitely be returning. Congratulations to the management for running it so seamlessly.
