Fantastic experience: Very professional service provided by such a genuine man. I was impressed by the patience this guy had with me, and how the job was so clearly explained to me, as my understanding of the mechanics is not the greatest. Highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a prompt service carried out to 100% satisfaction. I'm certainly going to use PGS going forward.

Negative experience: Complete Amateurs Avoid will Damage your equipment and then deny everything

Negative experience: AVOID! booked a service for my treadmill nothing wrong with it hardly used, showed the engineer it FULLY WORKING and just needed an oil, within 20 mins he had broken the display! Now i have a broken running machine! he advised me not to use it and CHARGED ME FOR THE SERVICE! do not know what they are doing company has no INTEGRITY refused to acknowledge the problem, display never even blinked now is completely blank! only now have refunded my service fee after constant bugging but will be taking to small claims court for the damage they caused to my expensive machine. ABSOLUTE JOKERS!

Fantastic experience: We bought a complex bit of home gym equipment and PGS assembled it for us. Chris worked 7 hours on it non stop in sweltering conditions and did a great job. We'll ask them back to check all our equipment in 6 months. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: During lockdown I wanted to purchase a spin bike. I did my research and decided on the M Pro Sport Spin Bike as it has all the features I want, including gear level on the console. Precision Gym Services Ltd provided this at a competitive price and therefore made the large purchase with them. The bike arrived a few days later but unfortunately was damaged during transit, spoke with the owner of Precision Gym (Dave) who was very apologetic and within 24hrs had the damaged bike picked up and a replacement delivered. I have had the bike for several months now and couldn't be happier. Before lockdown I was going to the gym doing 4/5 spin classes per week, I have used lots of different bikes over the years and the M Pro Sport Spin Bike is one of the best quality bikes I have used. The service I have experienced from Precision Gym Services Ltd has been first class and would not hesitate in recommending them to not only commercial gyms but any individuals who are interested in purchasing gym equipment.
