Fantastic experience: A small gym but has everything you need for a good workout. Reasonably priced, and with free parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning supplies are readily available and regularly used.

Negative experience: Due to covid it would appear everyone has lost their ability to be a decent person with a complete lack of understanding and extremely poor communication. Shame really as a local i've lost faith and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Avoid to help keeps tress and worry levels at a minimum. THERE ARE FAR BETTER GYMS OUT THERE!

Positive experience: Very small, fairly quiet,tidy place. Super friendly staff, present and available persons trainer. Wouldn't mind of there's more equipment,but they definitely provide all the basics. What I like the most is relaxed atmosphere and very quiet at the weekends. Huge plus for prices

Positive experience: Great gym with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The new addition to the training area has given people new options in their program, if they want and made the place feel more spacious. Great little gym for couples and single people who are committed to their training.
