Negative experience: Always full. Limited facility. Dirty in the changing rooms as you can feel grimes at feet, when are they gonna improve? It's not the first I suspected before. The worst part I learned is never borrow their towels as they use used dirty towel to clean the floor. Use a mop!

Negative experience: Sold to us as a spa but the place is so busy and full of kids that we could only stay for 15 minutes before we had to leave. Changing rooms dirty, steam room looks like it had never been cleaned, much better options for a lower price nearby.

Negative experience: Do not sign up your kid for swimming lessons here if you care about your child's safety! One day as we went there, one of the staff was missing, but they did not change any of their procedures. The kids are told to stay in the water while holding on to the edge in deep water although most does not swim and no staff had the sole job of watching them. Suddenly our son lose his grip of the edge and he goes under! Luckily my wife was watching intendly and she manages to get there and pull him out before any serious damage occurs. Only then does the staff react. They spend a lot of effort to calm down my wife trying to convince her our son was safe the whole time. Another customer however tells us something similar happened to their child. The aftermath of this is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on this place. They basically refuse any responsibility for our bad experience stating that there are no problems with safety. Following the incident my wife is no longer allowed inside the pool area and they even lock the door between the spectator area and the pool such that parents can no longer come to the rescue in an emergency. Needless to say we stopped attending swimming lessons with our son even though they were already paid for. This place feels like it's in for the money and nothing else with poorly educated staff and very little regard for the children or their parents.

Fantastic experience: Great wee pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Gym's good too. Lots of classes to choose from including spin classes and aqua aerobics. Perfect place to unwind. Friendly staff and club members. I love it there. Lots of parking too.
