Fantastic experience: Nice Gym, got everything I need and even more.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, not busy all the time either so great if you're like me and don't like busy spaces. Classes are really good too with a pretty good selection.

Fantastic experience: It's so hard to find the right gym that has everything including a pool and keeps you motivated to keep on going. This gym is great and also has a punch bag which is perfect. Great gym at a great price

Fantastic experience: Good gym, has everything I need, plus pool and sauna. Been going there every day for two years now. The best time to get a proper workout is morning hours. 4-5pm is incredibly busy and full of noobs.

Fantastic experience: This gym can be overcrowded sometimes (gym and sauna), but all in all (for me) it is the BEST in Northampton if you consider price, facilities, location, courses, membership flexibility and staff politeness. Thank You!

Positive experience: Well equipped gym that has almost anything you could ask for. Broken equipment gets replaced swiftly and the facilities are kept quite clean. Membership comes with free parking, WiFi, access to classes, the swimming pool and the sauna. There is also a separate spin studio. Women can access a private area to exercise in if they so desire. While it doesn't have all the equipment of the general area, it has all the essentials such as a power rack, deadlift platform, weights in smaller increments, cable machines, leg extension/curl machines, etc. And of course most of the cardio machines with the exception of the ergs. My only complaint would be that the opening hours don't go as early/late as I'd like since the hours go from 6am-10pm only on weekdays, even less on the weekends. If you get beyond the intermediate stage at bodybuilding/strength training, it may also not be suitable anymore. Once in a while, the gym runs promotions and challenges for rewards like a free 1-month membership for a friend. It feels like the gym is still being actively maintained and being improved which is awesome.

Fantastic experience: The gym is great, free parking in the Sol central car park, lots of equipment which you rarely queue for, a women only gym which i have heard is just as well equipped, a pool and sauna/steam room which is clean and well maintained. This is the third gym i tried in Northampton and it is by far the best one for normal gym users. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking at body building.

Positive experience: Always has had everything ive needed in a gym been there longer than i can remember.. some of the newer staff could do with a refesher on customer service with a smile ..manager top bloke

Fantastic experience: I have been using this gym for about 3 months, what brought me to write this was an interaction with a member of staff regarding me leaving my gym bag in the gym. Long story short I was doing something I shouldn't have but the way I was approached and asked by the member of staff was a perfect of example of good customer service. Polite, friendly, took the time to explain, no attitude or condescending tones. (I don't know the young lady's name but red headed). I do like this this, gym, you can turn up and just get on with what you want to do, plenty of space, equipment, no nonsense and good friendly staff and familiar faces. I have been to 31 different gyms in my life so far and this gym is in my top 5, It's also the only gym I have noticed regular and consistent cleaning taking place. Keep it up fitness for less Team!!

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym

Positive experience: Sauna are ok, gym equipment overall is fine. But benches are old and unstable. I dont know why they dont get new ones when theres chance for injuries.

Negative experience: Poor quality and Management staff is completely useless, Also Dan hill was very disrespectful to disabled persons.

Positive experience: My on and off relationship since 2015. I love the facilities and layout. They have a female only section which is great , 4 stars because the pool is scary when I put goggles on, I see things floating and guys snotting in the pool and spitting gum.

Andy and Dan are always polite, friendly and happy ever since the time I had joined in 2003. The sauna , steam, swimming pool and the new fitness equipment are all nice. Positive experience: Overall, for the price of membership I would say the club is good value. My interactions with staff have been positive so far, with them being friendly and helpful, which makes the difference in a gym. The on site free parking is always a bonus too. All classes are included in membership, although it would be great to see some greater variety as opposed to the basics. It would be good to see that the changing rooms are cleaned more often, particularly during and after the peak hours, although I know how busy the staff are, and they have a lot of demands on their time. The only issue I really have to raise at this time are people (men) using the sauna and steam rooms and then jumping into the pool to cool off without showering first. This is a disgusting practice and they should know better, however the pool area is not supervised by a lifeguard. Perhaps some signage in different languages explaining that it’s a common courtesy and basic good hygiene to do this. In comparison to some of the corporate type gyms (Virgin Active, DL) where essentially you’re getting the same thing but for a vastly over inflated membership fee this is excellent value for money. Keep up the good work guys

Fantastic experience: A perfect gym for beginners. I would highly recommend this gym as it has a sauna, a swimming pool, a separate gym area for ladies, lots of various classes. As a beginner myself I gained interest and confidence to exercise. It is super clean and must say all the covid protocols are being followed. Worth it!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities and value, my uncle has special requirements after a stroke in 2015 left him with mobility issues. The staff have been incredibly helpful and attentive, and it has given him a boost of confidence being fitter. I would recommend fitness4less Northampton for anyone looking to stay more active and improve well being

Positive experience: One of the most expensive, low tier gyms, nothing special at all

Negative experience: It's a shame that you have lost 2 customers you've had for 2 years today because Andy is rude and very unprofessional. Our visit today to have a swim was my disabled wife's first visit for a swim since shielding for nearly 5 months and you upset her to the point she had to leave as soon as you walked away even though we hadn't finished speaking to you about your issue. Cancelled our memberships straight away as we are appalled by your unprofessional behaviour. It took so much persuading to get her to come out of the house today and you have no idea what impact your behaviour and attitude will have on people that have suffered due to covid 19. I'm sure you'll loose alot of customers unless you take a rain check on how you communicate and make your customers feel during there visit.

Negative experience: come today for sauna and pool, in Internet say they work, when arrive they close... even did't message email about they close today... "very seriously" take it care about they regular customers... p.s. don't have TV in house, how i should know, about they rats movements...

Negative experience: Few weeks ago I’ve cancelled the direct debit of the gym thinking that because I’ve paid on the 1st of November my membership was gonna last until the end of the month , but it didn’t which means I’ve paid 22.99£ for only 6 days And I’m really upset about it . I decided to go to a different gym because of the behave of certain members , who I’ve seen smoke e-cigaret in the gym , spitting on the floor or in the lockers, because there is always something broken at the gym , staff non really professional especially when they are working out buy not following the rules like not being to loud , wearing shoes or tops. I did complain to the gym and I didn’t even received an apology or an answer to my email, they just ignored me

Positive experience: Whats not to like. Never too busy free parking great equipment and great staff.

Negative experience: There is no option to give zero stars but here we go...worst gym I’ve been a member of. First thing it doesn’t matter what day you sign in , they are going to charge you again on the 1st of the next month. ( plus they charge joining fee and it’s not worth it when you have BST gym a level down in Sol with no joining fee) . So for example if you joined on the 6 like I did, you will have to pay again on the 1st of next month. That is 5 days that you paid to use the gym but you will not be able to because you’re getting charged again. Second thing, the machines are so close to each other and it’s always busy. it’s not worth it, you’ll feel like you can’t breathe !! And third thing, the pool and jacuzzi are always stuffed with people so no chance of using them. The staff are nice so that’s the only good thing I can say

Positive experience: POOL USER: The heated pool is more like a heated room. Be prepared to feel dehydrated. Also they use way too much chlorine in the water, which leaves you coughing. Otherwise nice staff and good facilities for the money.

Positive experience: Good gym with mostly friendly staff . Has a range of equipment. The pool is a bit small and it gets crowded at peak times .

Fantastic experience: Staff is very helpful and friendly, every day there are different activities to keep ourselves fit I really love this place

Negative experience: PT's always on the machines working out, machines are old and never replaced yet they charge extra once a year for renovation charges. Makeshift gym at higher price than much better local 24hr gyms

Fantastic experience: Staff was always friendly and happy to help with any queries. There are some very busy days when you probably shouldn't go like Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays, other than that, literally no complaints. For £20/mo it's one of the best gyms around that also offers a pool, sauna and spa (though spa always used to have way too much chlorine in it, so you usually ended up sitting only 10 mins as it burned your eyes).

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! The price is excellent! Got massive gym, got ladies only gym, pool, sauna, steam room, spa and things like hairdressers and massages and even vertical sunbed ( pay as you go, of course) and all the fitness classes are INCLUDED in the price!!! Just book the slot and turn up for it :) Location is town centre and very convenient. Parking is 3h free. The staff are hands on! The music choice is depending on the DJ behind the scenes, somewhere The only one thing is that the toilets smell...look clean but smell funny

Fantastic experience: Good gym and swimming with sauna, no hot tub. Unfortunately the staff do not pay attention to the fact that women swim and their hair is not fixed (hair is long), this is not hygienic. After the sauna many people go straight into the pool and do not use the shower to rinse off their sweat. There are enough staff, but I haven't seen any of them reprimanding the cultural hygiene of other visitors.

Fantastic experience: This is a really good gym. They have a 24-hr day pass for £10. Perfect for the weary traveler who needs shelter from the cold. I came to Northhampton in the morning, and couldn't check in into my hotel until 3pm. Fitneds4Less has a good sized pool for lapping. A small jacuzzi just to warm my your bones. Gym equipment are well organized. The group exercise I attended was unique and the trainer was very good at motivating her class. Gym instructors were friendly.

The staff are always friendly and they are always making improvements to the facilities. The membership really is very good value for money. Loads of equipment and classes.

Of course there is- I pay that geezers wages by having a membership and I'd hope that staff would be a bit more considerate and polite rather than just discarding you and your questions like they're nothing Great gym, mostly great staff Overall I recommend it but be careful if you want basic help with basic things
