Fantastic experience: Great gym. Staff are very friendly also. There is all the things you need at the gym. Decent changing rooms and a steam room and sauna. There are also plenty of classes available. Below is woodlands Park club which offers real nice food. So it has the best of everything in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I am a member here and find this is possibly the best gym iv'e ever been to, not just for the fact they have everything from boxing to cardio machines, but this is a family run affair and it all comes with a personal amount of effort. great place not too busy.
