Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym with Excellent Facilities I recently joined Gym group and I'm extremely satisfied with my experience so far. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the space is always clean and organized. The staff is very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The group classes, especially the yoga and HIIT sessions, are well-structured and motivating. I appreciate the flexible timings and the inclusive environment that makes everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great fitness experience!

Positive experience: Love working out here even though i use other Gym Group gyms. Like the fact that there are 3 floors friendly staff and plenty of duplicate equipment so that you dont have to always wait your turn even at fairly busy times.

Positive experience: I’ve been frequenting this gym for a while now, and while I appreciate the overall facilities, there are a few issues that need addressing. Firstly, the men’s showers are in need of repair. The sealant in the corners of each shower looks hastily applied, and one of the showers has been out of service for over a month. These maintenance issues detract from the overall experience and need prompt attention. Additionally, the gym could benefit from an increased number of flat benches with barbells. They’re almost always occupied during peak times, which can be frustrating. Similarly, the lack of a sufficient number of fly machines and manual T-bar rows is noticeable. Adding these would significantly improve the workout experience, especially during busy hours. Overall, with some upgrades to the equipment and better maintenance of the showers, this gym could become a top-notch facility.

Positive experience: Love how everyone minds their business, staff is so helpful and friendly and pretty much has everything for your workouts. Definitely recommend

Positive experience: Gym is nice and spacious, plenty of equipment, clean and with good amenities. But not a huge amount of logic behind where the equipment is (muscle groups not grouped together, cardio mixed in with weights at random etc) and im glad I'm within walking distance as parking, even during off peak times, is a nightmare as it shares parking with the cinema next door.

Fantastic experience: Equipment selection is unreal, well maintained and clean

Positive experience: Good sized gym over 3 floors. Lots of machines and a big free weight area. There is a room for classes too. Toilets/showers are clean. My subscription gives me 4 friend gift passes per month which is nice. However, it has 2 main issues; - There always seems to be leaks on the bottom floor from the pipes in the ceiling - Car parking can be a bit of a nightmare as the car park is shared with the cinema next door

Small group training is a brilliant new thing for the Hagley Road, so overall 4 stars! Would be 5 stars if Michelle had more classes, different styles of classes and more at the weekend and at better times!

Negative experience: Used to be full of gym equipment, seems like theyve taken half of it out. Car park is a nightmare, too many idiots from the gym driving around it way to fast. One almost crashed into me. Gym needs to take some action as their carpark is right next to cinema car park where families often go.

Positive experience: The gym is fine other than the cleaner, I understand its his job to clean but why does he have to get in people's personal space, I'd rather him tell me to move so he can clean but no just vaccums right by my feet.

Positive experience: Been using the gym group hagley road on and off for many years, gutted they got rid of the steam and sauna rooms as that was my initial main reason for joining this gym. However as a general gym it's very good, very clean, love the different classes that's on every week.

Fantastic experience: Very good Gym with amazing staff! Since I've joined it few months ago, I was nicely surprised and pleased how clean it is, modern and have all classes which I was looking for. Staff members it's just something exceptional in this gym, very welcoming and friendly. Big shout out to the Gym manager Luke, whom you can easily approach and get some help/advice as well as New staff member Lukas who's classes just must have if you want to stay energetic with perfect selection of music together with great workout. Lukas is great personal trainer who is willing to support and help with your body transformation. I've been to top super expensive Gyms in Harborne and Edgbaston area but this one is a real gem in Hagley road, Birmingham. Thank you to all staff and well done! Definitely recommend it

Fantastic experience: I really like the gym layout as each section is well thought out. The staff keep the gym organised and it's always tidy and clean. Staff are also friendly and approachable, as are members, which all round creates a good atmosphere. There's a good range of classes too

The classes are wicked but most of all the other gym goers are really good and encourage you to do better!! Couldn’t be more happier with this place and thoroughly recommend to new gym goers

Positive experience: Really like this gym but have had to downgrade rating. Parking is becoming a real issue. The gym will be at just 50% capacity but with no car park spaces. Would like to know if there are any plans to improve this?
