Negative experience: Wipe your feet on the way out!! Very small choice of resistance machines, no cleaning/sanitising stations no visible staff on the floor! As for the changing rooms, well these make public Toilets look clean!! Chewing gum, public hairs and poop smeared in the showers, mouldy silicon & Just not clean, toilets & changing area smell worse than festival toilets! Overall a health hazard and needs a damn good clean!

Negative experience: Used to be good, been using it all year but their recent promotion has now got DOUBLE the amount of people coming in during the evenings. Impossible to get on a machine now, the gym isn't big enough for the capacity they allow in. End up doing half the amount of exercises I have been doing because of all these extra people. The car park also doesn't allow for the amount of new members, sometimes you're just going round and round it until a spot pops up. They should also stop large groups of teens coming in, taking up 2-3 machines and doing barely anything on them but just messing about.

Positive experience: I've been a member for a few months now and making good progress. The gym has all the facilities you'll need. Only downside is the men's changing rooms which are dreadful.

Negative experience: This place has gone down in just a year, changing rooms absolutely filthy and stank mould in all shower cubicles definitely cancelling my membership for here cheap but definitely not cheerful

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym it has everything you need to work on your cardio and weights! Everyone in this gym is friendly the staff and public. It's always clean and tidy and heavily respected. I've used all equipment but have selected ones that I like to work on. I recommend this PureGym to everyone 10/10

Negative experience: Sick of turning up to morning classes and no instructor there to take the class. Manager turned up at 7.04am knowing full well there was a 6.15am class. Not the first time it's happened complaining gets you no where. Not expecting ever class to be covered every time someone is off however communication goes a long way. What's the point in the app if we're not informed of any changes???

Negative experience: stuff taken out of lockers from my bag which were expensive and THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

Positive experience: A slightly compact PureGym compared to most, but it's well kitted with new equipment. Unfortunately, only two hours parking is available with no option to extend your stay.

Positive experience: PureGym know what they are doing and they do it very well. I think that they do need to make it clear to members that parking is restricted to two hours, at the very most, otherwise a penalty is likely to be imposed. The parking lot does have signage but it is, IMO, displayed at a very high level and is easily missed if you are a ground floor type of person!
Negative experience: The staff could not be bothered to sort out issues with our membership after months. Not friendly. Would not re-join. Better gyms, with better facilities and staff who care about your gym experience in Grantham! Would not recommend.

Negative experience: £140 headphones went missing. I knew where I left them and told the manager this and 2 other staff members on multiple occasions asking them to check the cctv. No one ever did (or got back to me). I was also told only one person had access to the cctv (the day after I reported this). Then I was told they had just gone on a two week holiday. No wonder no one got back to me. It’s been over a month now and still no answer. Even reported it on Instagram as I was told to. Where I left them was in view of at least two different cameras. Genuinely gutted no one had bothered to keep me informed if they even looked for them at all. Someone please get back to me!

Positive experience: Great gym , great equipment. Can be very busy between 17:00 & 20:00 but all In all its decent but they need to get a grip of all the kids getting in , clearly underage ..won’t be long till someone gets hurt .

Fantastic experience: Great facility and always accessible for anyone with a disability, even far greater that the colleagues are attentive and also very knowledgeable of all the equipment and what works well for your body, it's great to see such passion in this local gym even better that it's increasingly getting more popular than any other local gym around, it's great that the parking facilities are free furthermore it's so close to the entrance and even better that the changing rooms and toilets are clean/accessible. There are only a few minor points and changes that I would point out and probably many others that visit this gym also and that is, the space available in the gym when it's at its peak is very limited and feels like your playing dodgems, hopefully to see more then one cubicle toilet in the men's room which is the only disappointing factor of the toilets.

Positive experience: UPDATE October 2024 - Solid option for a 24hr general-user gym. Equipment is all in good order. Weight plates are often scattered around and not tidy. Mens showers need more thorough cleaning. The gym itself can be quite overcrowded at times.
