Fantastic experience: Great, friendly gym, the kit is exceptional and the personal trainers are nice people who don’t judge.

Fantastic experience: It's definitely the best gym around Prestatyn, Dyserth, Rhudllan, and Rhyl. 3 floors, so plenty of space and weights and machines hence rarely you'd wait.

Positive experience: Some good equipment, some attitude problems one of the staff members, however the lady who signed me in was lovely! Maybe I shouldn't compare it to the gym I normally go to but the equipment is old, it's 7 for a day pass which may be right for this area? It's about 5 average near me... But yet your not allowed to use showers or changing rooms with I think it's absolutely ridiculous!

Negative experience: Not allowed to use the showers unless you are a member ,What a ridiculous rule! Clearly don’t take health and safety seriously when there are girls lifting weights in CROCS . Will not be going back

Negative experience: I am a locum pharmacist going around the UK, staying in prestatyn for a month so I wanted to use the gym early in the morning before work but apparently can't use the shower facility after having done a work out? Weirdest rule in a gym I have ever come across. Can't be going into work all sweaty... I offered to pay more money but people might abuse the shower facilities apparently. Anyway place did loook nice from the outside

Negative experience: Just recently started working in the area so I wanted to try a full training week at the gym before committing to it. Gym was ok but the staff could really do with some staff training to ensure they are all singing from the same hymn sheet and informing users of the gym rules. Last night I asked was there showers at the gym I could use as I wanted to do this prior to work only to find out this morning from another worker that the gym has some weird hierarchal structure where only members can use the gym but those peasants who have paid £7 for the gym are not graceful enough to use the showers. When I asked if I could pay extra money and informed him how I was told by his colleagues that I could use the shower he informed me that “this is the norm for most big gyms.” I really don’t know if he doesn’t know how other gyms work or was just being ignorant to myself as I have been to severa large gyms over the last few months including David Lloyds, PureGym and The Gym Group where I was allowed to use the showers after paying for a day pass. As I previously said the gym was ok but pretty disappointed with the gym’s rules if this is the case and the member of staffs response this morning thinking I was really stupid enough into believing his “big gym shower ban” theory.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best Gym and staff around! I’ve been super fortunate previously to compete at a high level in Athletics and have represented GB around the world competing. I have trained in some world class facilities and centres, but can say hands down Saints is up there with some of the leading world best training facilities I’ve been to! As well as this all the staff are the nicest group of people and so welcoming! Goes such a long way when first starting somewhere having a friendly face, they can’t do enough for you! Best thing I’ve done for myself, starting with Saints! Thanks Guys. X

Negative experience: Rude staff.

Negative experience: Manger was extremely rude and dismissive when we attempted to talk about the cost of membership as we were only in the area for a month. We understood that they might not be willing to lower the price, but the reaction we got made us not want join the gym even if we could afford it.

Fantastic experience: A lively gym with talented trainers and a wide variety of exercise equipment. Classes everyday. Squash court.
