Positive experience: Had a look around, as I might start using this gym as it's way closer to home!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely gym and friendliest staff! Nice, clean and tidy! By far 100% superior to other 24/7 gym near by, high standards, knowledgeable staff, friendly approach and great little community. As a non gym expert, i have been given support by the team and by other members. I absolutely can't fault Anytime Fitness and cannot recommend them enough!

Negative experience: Staff seem very friendly and caring until it comes to cancelling ur membership I tried multiple ways of contacting rang multiple times to cancel my membership after A few months of getting no where I eventually got through to a member of the team I told them my issues wich they couldn’t care less and refused any sort of refund even for the the month that had gone out an hour earlier 3 years loyal customer

Negative experience: BE VERY CAREFUL!!!! I wanted to try out the gym I told them I just want to try out and they said it’s ok and they made me a one year contract wich I didn’t want in first place when I wanted to cancel after 2 weeks they said it’s not possible because I signed a one year contract. Very disappointed very bad service experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to anytime fitness now for over 2 years . It works well for my busy schedule. Always a clean and tidy place to visit the staff are happy to help and if you have a problem. I’m enjoying the choice of classes too. The instructors are so friendly and always on hand to make sure you are doing the moves right.

Fantastic experience: What I like about anytime fitness is they do arrange of great classes in the evening and it never gets to busy in the daytime. If you need support or help doing an exercise the staff are always ready to help and guide you in the right direction.

Fantastic experience: A great chilled out local gym which covers everything from bodybuilding to general fitness, there is a varied membership of all ages and nationalities with plenty of advice on hand from very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Joined again last year alongside my work gym as its ideal being 24/7. Get the best of both gyms with plenty of equipment. Staff are friendly and although I've not needed to ask for help, I'm sure informed and professional advice would be given. Would highly recommend for people who need a flexible place to work out.

Fantastic experience: Being in my 40’s I’ve never been about the gym life and was scared of all the machines but I have to say I find this gym user friendly and their staff are friendly too. Would highly recommend to those that are perhaps not confident with gyms. I don’t feel judged at all.

Negative experience: My wife wanted to try the gym for a month. So she went to the gym and asked for a month they made her a 12 months contract wich she didn’t wanted I mention that my wife doesn’t speak English just a bit. After a month I called the gym that we want to cancel to wich they said it’s not possible because we have a 12 months contract I tried to explain that my wife didn’t understand the contract because she doesn’t speak English and she wanted just a month to try it out, they said they don’t care the contract is signed and we have to pay. How come in a civilised country this is possible? Someone told me once that England is the country where to rasism is polite and now I realise that may be true.

Fantastic experience: I joined anytime fitness not so long ago. I was quite apprehensive on my first visit to work out but all of that was quickly forgotten! The staff are wonderful, very informative and helpful. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner. The equipment is excellent, clean and well maintained. I really enjoy my time here working out and definitely feel I made the right choice in joining up.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined to rehabilitate my knee after surgery. Looking forward to full fitness when I can use the gym to full capability. Been a member of many gyms , can easily say that Anytime has a really good vibe and Excellent facilities to match

Negative experience: Only gave 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option I signed up for 12 moths contract after 5 months into the contract I could no longer go due to family commitments I contacted them to cancel and was told I couldn’t cancel as i was under contract for 12 months but it would be cancelled automatically when the 12 months was over 15 months later they still taking payments so I contacted them again being told that I never contacted them and my contract had been renewed and there’s nothing I can do until the end of another 12 months

Fantastic experience: Started here last month so I’m writing this review with, so far, 24 visits made. There’s always music playing toWorkout, but not so loud that you can’t hear your ear buds if you want your own tunes. The equipment is superb, high tech and lets you log your efforts to your phone effortlessly. It must be because it’s open so the time there’s no really busy time so I’ve always had space and freedom to do my thing. Adam and his staff are around to help but not in your face just helpful. I’m lighter and stronger this month than last by following a programme of 3 days weights and 3 days cardio. The aerobics programme on the elliptical trainers is wow. It’s “new year new You” season soon. I'd absolutely recommend them 100%.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, helpful staff, 24/7 access (like all of the network) and shiny modern equipment that’s clean and in good condition. Watch Netflix as you burn calories - excellent. I don’t go at peak times so often have it to myself, or with just a handful of people, suits me perfectly.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym all the machines you need full coaching is available and various lessons but if you just want to be left alone to crack on with your own training then that's exactly what they do very very happy with this establishment I'm glad I joined worth every penny

Negative experience: Tried to book a meeting arrived in time tried to get in to arrange membership but no one wanted to know so very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Sore muscles & fatigue are guaranteed here but I guess that's the point. Variety of equiptment, various regular classes & friendly available staff when you need them add this to 24/7 access to facilities is more than justification to choose this gym over ones that on the surface seem cheaper. #GetWhatYouPayFor

Fantastic experience: Joined Anytime Fitness Rugeley when it opened and have used it at least times 3 times a week since. The 24hr opening is really good as it means I can go after work. The facilities are fab, always clean, plenty of equipment to use and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Classes are run by knowledgeable instructors who make the classes fun to do. All in all the best gym I've used by far.
