Fantastic experience: Kids bouncy castle session is great for the little ones

Positive experience: equipment is limited, opening times on google are not correct abd need updating and it doesnt display opening times on their website or anywhere on the app so how are people to know? staff are nice and place is clean. very expensive for what it is tho

Negative experience: Frequently broken equipment, no WiFi since the new year which is a problem when you can't get any reception, plus if you go at the normal after work time some of the equipment will be muddy cos kids go after school in muddy trainers, plus point is the staff are nice enough and most of the people that go are friendly

Positive experience: Good gym, polite staff, quite small, limited parking especially when classes or football are on. Would score higher but younger members are not allowed to do various things in the gym due to insurance limitations, even when accompanied by an adult. My wife’s gym (Hinckley Leisure Centre) lets under sixteens use all their equipment so the relevant insurance must be available.

Positive experience: A very good small gym without a pool. Staff are always friendly here too. Equipment is starting to tire now really but otherwise most things work effectively. I recommend here as a gym, there's no pressure and the classes are fantastic

Fantastic experience: Nice gym.

Positive experience: Play football here on the outside pitch on a Tuesday evening. It's okey. Annoying that there is only one entrance especially when you kick a ball over. Also a few times they haven't bothered to turn the flood lights on which is why it has three stars for me.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a wide range of equipments. As with most gyms, peak periods can be challenging to get access to the more popular machines so timing is key. Also present on site are multi-purpose halls used for indoor football, gymnastics, badminton etc. Really helpful and friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Took good care of me after I injured myself playing football

Positive experience: My grandson was football training on artificial turf and facilities for the sportspeople seemed OK however the car park is completely inadequate not enough spaces at all

Fantastic experience: Still nice when I came here to give blood. The car park was very full though. Looks like they could do with a bigger one when there's football on.

Negative experience: The receptionist was a bit vague. She asked if I'm using the gym, I said no cos I'm going to the spin class and also I said to her I am allowed to use the gym anyway because I am a member. Then when I went upstairs 2 men with a girl seemed to be waiting for me to check if I was really going to the gym or not? It's easy to be polite but it seems it's easy for them to undermine people.

Positive experience: I just go for the spin, which is very good, stars off because the parking is terrible, nowhere near enough parking spaces at peak times!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, clean and well laid out with a vast selection of equipment to suit all requirements. Excellent changing facilities and friendly staff on hand if needed.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the variety and quantity of equipment available in the gym. For such a big building, the gym is pathetic.

Positive experience: Quite simply, great place with great kit and really helpful staff. Only drops a star for the parking which can be horrendous at times, definitely needs a bigger car park.

Positive experience: Been to this gym for about 2 months now and its okay. Clean place, very friendly staff couple of gripes that I have is that the car park is just not big enough. When classes are on you can't get a space which is annoying. The gym is pretty small and limited however it tackles your basic needs and when it is busy you can get around, just requires a bit of patience

Positive experience: Nice clean Leisure Centre. Sports hall was quiet for our Badminton game. Carpark was full on Saturday morning (kids football). Friendly place.

Positive experience: Nice, modern sports facilities building. I'm only able to really comment on the reception (was alright) and the badminton courts. The flooring was standard modern wooden flooring and the net & stands were setup to .... an acceptable standard. I hope this helps at least somebody.

Positive experience: Decent place, with friendly staff, but they seem lazy and like they aren't doing much, where they could be prepared or clearing etc. Everytime I've been, we've had to alert the staff that we are here, and after that, very helpful. Good, clean facilities, but quite expensive, and is quite small. All round nice place, with a great gym, lacking some equipment though.

Fantastic experience: Joined in December 2019 - I've not looked back since! Great facilities that were much needed by the community of Broughton Astley with a good size gym and choice of group exercise classes. They are also very good at providing social distancing and regular cleaning, their staff are helpful and friendly too.

Fantastic experience: Good variety of equipment however some equipment seems to be missing that other gyms have i.e leg abductors, medicine balls, slam balls, bands to assist with pull ups. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They've got a good system going on with asking everyone to clean equipment due to the current situation.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, well equipped gym and cycle studio. I use the facilities most days as does my family. It’s very convenient, and the membership fee is also reasonable. Great addition to Broughton Astley.

Negative experience: Walked down today with neighbours to make enquiries about different memberships and to look around. Advertised as open until 6pm to find it was shut at 4.15pm - disappointing that a new venture doesn't have up to date information on their website.

Fantastic experience: I had my induction this morning and I'm so happy that this place is now open! The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly, the gym is a good size with some fantastic equipment.
