Negative experience: No one answers the phone, I’ve tried ringing for days now. Just rings and rings!

Negative experience: I loved attending the swimming sessions but after continual chest infections I had to stop attending. My issue is related to the general house keeping not the staff who were alway pleasant and attentive. I had raised no end of concerns as to the cleanliness of the showers and the descaling. My comments were ignored. This is a breading ground for legionella. In addition the cleaners were seen emptying slope buckets into the shower and changing room drains. Plus the disabled shower mixer failed which is supposed to be a TMV was replaced with a non TMV tap which could result in scalding. The ventilation systems were clearly in need of cleaning g due to the large build up of dirt and dust. I think the maintenance of this facility needs looking into

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Venue, known as the "Birth place of the Paralympic Movement,"it is very well equipped. Gyms can be grimey, but everywhere is clean and well looked after, including the toilets. I'd recommend it to all abilities wanting to exercise. The staff are very supportive, and friendly. Great parking too with the availability of an overflow car park

Positive experience: We visited for the comic con event plenty of stalls and very busy. Being a person with low mobility i was disappointed there were no seats. Plenty of room for some table and chairs by the cafe. There didnt seem to be any thought in the organisation just about taking people's money!.

Positive experience: Badminton Courts are great after the re-vamp last year, they were previously in very poor condition. Can get confusing at times with court number booking changes, but staff are normally on top of it and tend to inform you when you arrive.

Positive experience: My daughter really enjoys her swimming lessons here on a Sunday. They are the most reasonably priced lessons I've found in the area but are priced as such due to being on a Sunday afternoon. Her teacher is good with young kids & I like the online scoring system so I can see my daughter's progress & what she needs to improve on. The changing rooms are not particularly clean (last swimming session of the day) & the showers need maintenance. They could also do with more showers. Parking is free & right outside the stadium. There is a café on site, but I've never used it as it's closed by the time my daughter swims.

Negative experience: We went swimming today the changing rooms are in great need of a refurbishment the floors are dirty and non of the lockers worked the sauna was been used as a storage room the whole place just looked dirty. Non the less the kids had a good time

Negative experience: This has changed so much! Several times we've been swimming in free swim sessions, usually ones early enough for families and I've never felt so unwelcome in my life. There are only 2 lanes open for free swim for families, rest is lanes! More people in the 2 family lanes than the lanes marked for swimmers! In those 2 lanes you have people trying to swim lengths where they could use lanes! You have between 2 and 4 one to one swim lessons in those 2 lanes making you feel like your in the way! I complained and was told the life guards can take out a lane if needed! Obviously not as they would have to put it back 45 mins later! Seems like they can't be bothered! The instructors were told to be mindful of others in the pool, which again didn't mean anything as instructed kept backing back repeatedly not looking and bashed into me and my partner several times! No apology! Family free swims are few and far between at this pool these days, some too late for most families! You'd be better off going to find another pool!!

Fantastic experience: Very good directions, shame there was no signposting for Stoke Mandeville Stadium on the roundabout, as this is deceiving as your turning into a housing estate which then leads onto the stadium.

Positive experience: Great, although the gym needs a good clean. Equipment is seen to be cleaned regularly but under equipment is a carpet of dust and grime. Initially, I was given a 1:1 fitness assessment and programme, but I felt the trainer had absolutely no idea of how to do this. After pointing out a recent injury (broken arm), I was given a programme that didn't take this into consideration. Since the programme was set no once has the trainer asked how things are going while in the gym or suggested a follow-up. Classes great. Weekend would be appreciated if stayed open after 6pm.

Fantastic experience: Visited to cheer on my niece in the Wheelpower games. Friendly people, easy to find, plenty of parking (early evening)

Positive experience: Not enough parking when there is multiple disability events as everyone need extra space hear their cars for wheelchairs and still some fairly heavy doors that were not automatic - Both which were slightly surprising given it's "the birth place of the paralympic movement".

Positive experience: Went to the railway show. Seemed cramped in one hall. Not as good as previous years. Catering and loos not in show hall area, just as well it was dry.

Fantastic experience: Good place for all you may need at stadium

Positive experience: Attended an annual exhibition there but this year it was put in the smaller hall to the side of the main building. Not really suitable for this exhibition; much more cramped and a far lower ceiling made for quite humid conditions. Ventilation not adequate unless you stood by the access doors. Catering adequate, but caught on the hop by increased demand.

Negative experience: i referred 3 friends and they enrolled but not even a single month free (1 ref 1month free as per their promo)... and that's fine... i can pay for my monthly... but why did i received an email about credit something saying i have a balance... i am in direct debit.. and i even pay it in person if i have to... the gym is good.. but this.. it's a turn off

Negative experience: I was on a course at the stadium.The cafe is possibly the worst cafe food I’ve ever tasted. Dry, stale croissants. Soggy ciabatta that tastes like stretchy cardboard very unpleasant. For an athletics stadium cafe the irony is they don’t consider healthy nutrition at all most of it is sugary, carb heavy foods which are mainly consisting of fat.

Fantastic experience: Being used as a COVID inoculation centre. Easy to use and reasonable parking though can be a bit tight for old people. Efficient, though occasionally a slow person who is disorganised holds things up.

Fantastic experience: Winter Covid Booster, good parking, amazing NHS Volunteers checking you in and directing you onto site. Easy check in once inside. Well organised with ample staff. No queue on the day I went but everything set up in case it got busier. Recommend booking online.

Fantastic experience: I only went here for my covid jabs so idk what it's like outside of that. Seems like a nice place. Had a good experience getting my vaccines, so if you're looking for a place to get that done this is ideal, the staff were all lovely and it was well organised.

Negative experience: Its outdoor tracks should be open to public especially during Covid for exercise and to create Awareness in exercise and interest for sports in public. Plus its not private property I believe its made of lottery funding and outdoor space does not need much people to maintain it so, very less cost even if they charge £5 pound monthly lots of people will take up the offer and can afford during this pandemic. Inside / indoors can charge business rates as it needs proper care n management.

You are all Angels sent down from God literally. May God bless you all. Beautiful mannerisms, attitude, etiquette. If our government had the organisation and brains that you lovely lot had, there wouldn't be any problems in our country. Praise indeed? You deserve it.

Positive experience: Went for the covid booster vaccine, but looks an impressive place.

Negative experience: Went today to get my booster vaccine, 6months on from my second. I waited until I was eligible on the nhs booking system for my third vaccine. When I was allowed to book on the system with my nhs number, I booked the soonest appt available which was a month away at the time. Just a few days later I received multiple texts from my GP saying I was eligible to book my third booster vaccine. Again confirming my eligibility due to my respiratory conditions. Yet today, I went through multiple stop points with my pre-booked appt. On the final check point after waiting in line for twenty minutes the admin assistant said that my birthdate was young and the despite me being allowed to book via the nhs system and my GP telling me to book he would need to call a medic over. This medic also made the decision that I was too young despite booking officially through the nhs system and GP recommendation of which I showed proof. He stated this was likely an error - apparently both my GP surgery and the booking system made the same error at the same time. Ultimately, I was not given a booster vaccine for which I was rightfully entitled due to my medical conditions and six months passed since my second dose. The whole process was an absolute shambles and embarrassing to be made out I had done something wrong for attending an appointment I was entitled to.
