Positive experience: Shower suffered from surging temperature variations. Scalding on one occassion. A/C was so warm as to be unable to sleep. Needed to switch OFF and open window. Otherwise a good choice if these basic amenities had worked properly.

Negative experience: Hotel is nice and spa is lovely however really poor customer service ruined the trip. Faults in room not fixed despite being reported twice to reception(mentioned again on check out “I reported it to maintenance” but no apology) Waited that long for a drink in restaurant that we finished our starters (25 mins wait for a cocktail) Messed up breakfast order. I have sent a message with website review so I will amend this as and when I get a response.

Positive experience: Room was lovely and clean. Facilities were great. We had to pay £30 extra to use facilities as it's not included in the price, which is disappointing given the rooms are expensive themselves. Was quite noisy next door, but reception sorted quickly.

Negative experience: Made a Sunday lunch reservation for 4 people in the restaurant to be informed that the restaurant doesn't open on a Sunday! Limited food menu available which was nice but not what we had booked. No response from hotel despite emails.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner booked an over night stay here. It was amazing start to finish. The pool and spa facilities were amazing, we especially loved the milk and water dispenser in the corridors. The coffee machine in the room set us up for the day. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding hotel with great people. Every aspect of the stay was positive from booking to checking out. One stand out is just how immaculate eveything is. Both communal areas and the rooms are kept to a very high standard. No hesitation in recommending this hotel or anyone and will absolutely return.

Positive experience: Positives- nice building. Good bedroom, Pool, sauna and steam room. Very good evening menu with attentive friendly service. Breakfast was satisfactory. Negatives There is an over emphasis by management on encouraging advance bookings of dinner and breakfast. Too manage messages and phone call too. Dinner - No Reservations were available at peak dining times of 7-8pm to those checking in alongside me at 4 pm. Yet when when we dined at 7.30 ( we booked a week ahead ) the restaurant was very quiet and never became more than 40% full. So clearly a very over cautious approach to managing booking numbers resulting in customers dining a lot earlier or later than they wanted. My tip to diners is to walk in at the time you want and you’ll Likely be seated! Breakfast- The same philosophy of management shines through here. Last serving of full cooked breakfast is 09.00 including weekends! So we got up early for breakfast at 0815 on Sunday morning as we were refused a later slot as none were available!! And predictably the restaurant was deserted - never more than 25%full!! My tip to breakfasters is to walk in at 0855 or later on just grab a £5 coffee instead. Hopefully management read this and consider a longer breakfast session( just an hour !) and a more customer friendly approach to restaurant reservation management. Edit: the management’s response to this review confirms the lack of focus on the customer’s experience and the over-focus on corporate systems.

Fantastic experience: Great hotel. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Lovely White Company products. Excellent food, great breakfast choice and friendly service. Lovely decor and ambience. When we visited there was a welcoming log fire just as you walked in. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Negative experience: Stay was booked for a couple of nights on Booking.com opted in for gym facilities use of spa area inclusive breakfast and parking costing us nearly £400! Anyhow upon arrival we were told parking was not included breakfast was not included and there was extra cost £25 pp/pday and additional cost of £100! It gets better access to the gym and pool was an extra cost £15pp per day! No big screen for the sport in bar area! Rooms were horrible I have seen better rooms in the travel lodge! Water was scorching hot and scalded everytime I used the shower! The breakfast was physical puke on a plate! So basically paid nearly £500 to sleep on a very uncomfortable bed for a couple of nights! YOU KNOW THAT YOUR REPLY IS SHOCKING HOW CAN YOU HAVE CHECKED MY BOOKING IT WASNT EVEN IN MY NAME! MY DETAILS WERE NEVER DISCLOSED AS MY PARTNER WAS THE MAIN PERSON!! SO YOU LIE TOO WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED!!!

Negative experience: Comfy bed. Ground floor was convenient. Shower was very unpredictable - went very hot one moment then back to normal. Coffee machine in room leaked meaning we had to clean up puddles when using. We booked a breakfast in bed as a treat. When it was 15 minutes late we rang front desk and they said it is being prepared. After 30 minutes wait we rang to cancel the order as we felt we were wasting our day - no apology from staff. Whilst in the bar area it became very busy and one of the bar staff became flustered and very rude. One positive is the waiter called Michael who was in the restaurant. He was very helpful and improved our mood. Location is good as its easily accessible. Not much to look at as its an industrial estate. After not recieving our breakfast in bed we ordered food from the bar area just before lunch. It was very good. We recommend the smoothie of the day. My wife had an ultimate glow treatment in the spa which she said was excellent. I paid for access to pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. This was also very good and relaxing. However, there was an unexpected aqua aerobics class at the time of my visit - this had not been made known to me and there were no posters stating this was planned. This was not relaxing especially with the loud dance music and had I known about it I would have attended at a different time. Dinner was good and service was quick. Staff offered still or sparkling water and seemed to avoid asking if we wanted tap water which added a lot to the bill. The waiter suggested some very good wine which was helpful. The price was very expensive for the quality of the food in comparison to places we have stayed before. Overall disappointed. The spa appears to be set up for businessmen with expense accounts so they wont mind paying or bad service. As a post wedding treat we feel a little cheated. Wont be staying again and recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: We came here, after Emmanuel recommended it. The spa was lovely and the massage was fantastic- thank you Karen! The dinner was amazing, every part of it was 10/10. Special shout out to Etienne who served us and Donna who looked after us! Feeling so relaxed after the best weekend. Will defo be coming back!

Fantastic experience: The hotel was great ,but we had 2 complaints. 1st moan we had was young kids allowed to run around screaming while we were having our evening meal and parents (1 worked in the spa at the hotel ), ignoring them and staff not saying aword .2 and complaint was my husband had to go down the corridor gone midnight and knock.on someone's door to ask them.to.keep the noise down as they must of had a party going on in their room .lt was so loud, and the night staff must of heard, but nothing was done

Fantastic experience: Outstanding rooms are amazing! Spa and gym very good steam room was up and down and treatments wasn't available I think they need more staff to accommodate these facilities. Food is definitely 5star and was really worried about protein size but was very happy when the plate came out I dint leave hungry. Ov erall good value for money especially with the 25% off at the end of the meal with a Sunday booking. Will be back again and telling family friends about the positive experience. Fantastic experience: Stayed one night the room was brilliant spacious with a sofa and a desk in the room and a massive bed. There was a fridge in the room all tea and coffee making gear and fresh milk and water avaible from machine . Continatal breakfast was all laid out and cooked breakfast was ordered I had Eggs benidict which was perfectly cooked. All the staff were very attentive and nothing was to much trouble. I would definately go again and try the spa next time. It was also has a supermarket a 5 min walk away .

Fantastic experience: Wow first timer for me and the wife went for a weekend break from 6th to 8th of September 2024 and all i can say is what a experience from start to finish spa and staff was amazing enjoyed it that much I'm thinking of becoming a member all staff in bar and restaurant were very helpful and friendly all the time best breakfast I've ever had all food was amazing rooms were lovely cleaned both days felt so welcoming would 100% recommend good value for money

Fantastic experience: Very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful for the entirety of our stay. Was there with my wife for 3 days. Hotel is in a quiet location just outside Leeds. Great for enjoying nature when the weather is nice. Restaurant is a bit pricey but food is fresh, tasty, and well presented. Overall very pleased with our stay here. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually travel anywhere because of mobility issues but I wanted a change. I found this hotel on Google, it was also recommended simultaneously by a relative. I phoned to clarify some details, receptionist was really lovely. I was still anxious but as soon as I got there, the hotel had such a lovely atmosphere. Met Tia at the front desk and she’s such a beautiful bubbly person, I immediately felt so comfortable, she was so helpful and great, it really made me feel welcome and at ease. The hotel is beautiful, rooms were brilliant. There’s lots of railings for people with mobility issues, a lift and it’s very accessible. I didn’t realise the rooms don’t just come with coffee machines, you also have a kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer etc and you get unlimited access to fresh water and milk, near your rooms. Dinner was delicious, Micheal was so helpful and kind, we have specific dietary needs and he made sure we had good meals. The spa treatments and spa areas are so relaxing and calming, they have a great atmosphere. Special thanks to Yvonne, she gave me a lovely leg massage and was lovely and Abby. She did wonders on my back, face and head. She was really nice, down to earth and sweet. Only thing is, I still had the hair oil on and a head cap when I went to sleep and it stained the pillow covers so let me know if you need reimbursing lol Abby, the creams called Sebclair non-steroidal cream. Thank you so much for such a lovely environment where I managed to get out of the house and feel comfortable and relaxed away from home. Definitely would recommend this with a lot more stars if they gave me the option. Health permitting, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much. I’ve had such a lovely time. Apologies for spelling anyone’s name wrong.

Positive experience: The spa package we opted for with the discounted rate available certainly made the overnight stay good value. We have had however more enjoyable spa experiences in other venues. The evening meal was enjoyable in a relaxed setting seen to by a very attentive and knowledgeable Matthew. Breakfast was also enjoyable although from what we saw the cooking of the eggs was not consistent with my husband's egg white being under done. Location took us a little by surprise in the middle of what looked like an industrial estate but there to enjoy the hotel facilities for 1 night this wasn't a problem for us and once inside you could have been anywhere. Maintenance needs a little tlc with a rather unsightly mark on the carpet and taps in the bathroom not the easiest to turn off once you've got them on. But overall our stay was a comfortable and peaceful one.

Fantastic experience: I only really used to hotel for sleep, so I can't comment on the food or the spa. Rooms were very pleasant and comfy. Good pillow selection. Coffee machine in the room with fresh milk available at the end of the corridor. The only real issue across lots of rooms was the shower going hot and cold all of the time.

My partner used the spa treatments and she was very happy. Staff all very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again Biggest decision I had to make was do I put the cream or jam on first when I ordered the scone. They even use Roddas cream

Fantastic experience: Excellent rooms and customer service. Thorpe park is a fantastic balance between very very posh and completely relaxed. I arrived as a bride to be with a 4 month old in tow. I have dietary requirements and also had my bridesmaids coming to get ready as well as my mum dropping off and fetching kids in the morning. Nothing was too much and everything was made easy. The housekeeping team were beyond brilliant making the room as good as new when I returned with my husband on the second night. The location is great for accessing Leeds as well as for visiting the countryside out towards York. It is easy to get too and has useful amenities nearby. The slight adjustment in score is just because of the inevitable noise from the moterway which is very near however once you are in you really could be anywhere an as mentioned it is the nearby transport links thet make it such a great place to stay.

Positive experience: As i have already stated, we had room 209, the mattress was uncomfortable and tended to sag down the middle, not a good nights sleep

Positive experience: Came here on the overnight spa package with a friend in July. We were booked in for our treatments at 1pm. Prior to our massages we were given a form to complete asking for our preferences and if we have any conditions we need to inform the staff of. I asked for my massage to be done in silence, however, the lady spoke to me the entire way through, so i am not sure why i was asked to spend 5 minutes completing it. The massage itself was lovely and afterwards i felt more relaxed. We were then guided to a quiet room where a variety of drinks of water, teas and coffee were free and available. We were not able to book into our room until 3pm but we were free to use the pool and spa facilities. The room itself was rather small and very dark and had numerous stains on the carpet. We stayed in a twin room. It was not somewhere where you could really sit and relax prior to the evening meal and the bathroom was rather dated and tiny. Not what i was expecting for the price paid. On the evening we ate in the restaurant on site. The staff were lovely and the food was cooked perfectly and tasted lovely. The bar was also a nice area with live music. A nice stay but due to the rooms i would not stay overnight again.

Positive experience: Very over priced. Surprised they don't charge you extra to brush your teeth. Stayed a few years back when breakfast was buffet style and the use of pool was included in the price of your room. Breakfast is now served very slowly and spa facilities come at an extra cost. Wasn't impressed with them two changes. 1 over night mummy n daughter spa stay cost me nerly £300. Trying to do something nice for your kids is getting near on impossible. Remember your based in Leeds not London!

Fantastic experience: Overall we absolutely loved our stay, the family room is really well set up and my kids loved the little additional touches. Great food and super helpful staff. Only downside was that there was a lot of noise in our room both from other guests and from the nearby laundry which was operating overnight. Not ideal when trying to get small kids to sleep.

Fantastic experience: Our second visit to this hotel and we came back for comfort and familiarity. My husband was recently diagnosed with a lung condition and this was our first trip away so we wanted somewhere familiar and Thorpe Park did not disappoint! Booked online and then spoke to Jess who made sure we got an accessible room with a wet room and that made the stay so comfortable for my husband. All the staff were super helpful every day and couldn't do enough to help us. Only addition that would've made the stay perfect would ve somewhere to house a liquid oxygen tank. That would help us stay for longer. But we will definitely visit again. Thanks to everyone at Thorpe Park for helping my husband and I have a wonderful anniversary weekend away.

Negative experience: Horrendous nights stay at this hotel food not brilliant over an hour wait for a pre booked lunch and then got to remind them about dessert 1 hour 45 mins in total to get food and dessert that’s after a reminder that you are there the miserable woman that deals with complaints needs a course on dealing with unhappy customers as she is one miserable Jess W, want to offer you £50 of your next stay laughable why would anybody want to stay here after the way we was treated The only good thing about this place is the spa treatments the girls upstairs in the spa are fantastic an absolute credit to a poor hotel Hi Paul maybe if said lady hadn’t treated us like complete liars this review would of been different maybe said lady could do with some more training in customer service after speaking with other staff members that’s exactly the response they would expect from her we as customers have spent best part of £2000 in that hotel in just over 12 months yes we are annoyed I could spend £70 in premier inn and be treated better than we have been from your hotel also it’s not a personal attack it’s a honest review

Positive experience: I visited yesterday for a Spa day with my friend. The best part was our treatment, everything else will put me off visiting again. We had paid for access to the hotel facilities but asked to cancel this when we saw how busy the pool area in particular was. There was lots of families there so great if you’re coming for this reason but if you’re wanting to unwind as part of a spa day I’d recommend coming later in the afternoon when child access finishes. I believe it finishes around 11:00 but we didn’t know this until we arrived. It would’ve been good to have been advised before our visit so we could’ve planned the time there better. Given we had time now before our treatments we decided to have breakfast in the courtyard. For a sandwich, a cup of fruit and a latte I was charged £19.95. We were not allowed to use the buffet as we were told this was for a private function and at no point were offered anything extra which I now believe is included in the price (cereal, pastries etc). The £19.95 is not the issue, the issue is at no point were we told it’s a set price for breakfast nor were we told what we could order or how much as part of this menu. It feels deceitful and to me it’s such a basic point of communication to explain to people how the set menu works (once they’re sat down for breakfast) so they can make the most of it. £19.95 is reasonable if you make the most of the extras you’re entitled to, in our case it wasn’t worth it as we were unaware about the set price until we left to pay and so missed out. I can’t comment on the hotel aspect as I’ve never stayed here but in terms of visiting for a spa day it was a disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: A hotel that is second to none. Having stayed at many hotels for business over the last few months, this one tops them all, beating the Hilton’s and Clermonts. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are lovely and accommodate both shower and bath lovers alike. The dinner food is lovely, filling and the service is excellent. Breakfast is also fantastic and I highly recommend the pancakes. My favourite hotel to stay at.

Positive experience: My partner took me to Thorpe Park Hotel as a surprise lunch for my birthday. Even though it was booked and confirmed online, it seemed to be a surprise to the hotel too! (They had no booking for us.) We were asked to take a seat and given a menu. After some time our order was taken, we waited over 30 mins then asked when our lunch would be served, it came shortly after that. Everything seemed slow, with a lack of attention. The waitress really needed a clean and fresh shirt on to be serving food. I have to say I was disappointed with the experience and have had better service and quality food at other local restaurants.

Fantastic experience: Wow !! Our 1st visit , and won't be out last ! From the moment you check in , you are greeted with warm and personable people , who simply can't do enough for you. The rooms are decorated very tastefully and contemporary. The spa is lovely and really well maintained.The pool is lovely. The food and beverage, amazing!. The courtyard , what a beautiful space with lovely art. The main restraunt, is fantastic. The food is impeccable, with a huge choice , loved everything from breakfast to lunch and dinner . We met Donna, Loius(lewis) and Michael the most welcoming and interesting person ! From the food and beverage team, I m awful with names,but so many wonderful staff, the breakfast crew need a shout out too!. We have stayed at all the spa hotels in the chain , except middletons and langdale chase, they are on the list...but by far this was our favourite away from our home hotel. We plan to be back later in the year , Well done to everyone there your hospitality is superb

Fantastic experience: Loved our stay here. Rooms were spacious and clean. You get kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Slippers and robes were in the room too which was a nice touch when heading to the spa. You could choose your pillow too, which was a nice touch. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic experience: The hotel is easy to get to and the reception staff are fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Pool/sauna/steam room are nice. The only thing I would say is that the floors could do with more frequent mopping in the pool area. Otherwise a great hotel and I would definitely book again.

Positive experience: Spent the weekend here -first time visit-reception staff were not at all accommodating-would not offer a time change to suit us for breakfast due to booking a spa treatment- which was excellent.and highly recommended -Breakfast was very good-Room was clean and a separate shower and bath in room. Large car park-Spa was very good and part of the package. Certainly would return -just need to be more flexible with breakfast booking times especially when your spending more money on a spa treatment in the hotel.

Especially when some of us were here for 2 nights . People are so rude . If you don’t use the beds then let other people have it . You can’t be having a bed for half day . Also the food wasn’t up to standard. I had to change my 3 times . They need a better menu . Was very disappointed . Don’t think will be back .

Positive experience: Rooms a liitle dated, quality bath robes and towels, had a great nights sleep, beds and pillows comfortable. Food nice. Staff are lovely, warm and welcoming. Would stay again.

Positive experience: Recently just got back from an overnight spa stay. Mixed feelings really, some staff were really nice, some staff weren’t very helpful, on arrival you didn’t get much information as to where your robes were so had to mess around going to the spa to be then told it’s in the wardrobe, no good for someone who hasn’t been before, lack of communication. The spa staff upstairs was lovely, had a fab massage by Yvonne. Spa area where the pool is open for all, couldn’t get in the sauna or jacuzzi due to being overcrowded. Not really relaxing vibes, just defeats the object of booking a spa break. Restaurant, food was lovely, staff really friendly and accommodating, nice vibes in there. Rubbish night sleep, unable to turn air-con off which kept me up most of the night. People coming in pissed at 2/3am, banging doors shut, laughing and talking loud on the corridors! We didn’t even stay for breakfast, checked out at 7am lol, probably wouldn’t return. Oh and then they don’t inform you it’s £12 car parking charge on top of how much it’s cost you for an over night stay!!!

Fantastic experience: We stayed here for an overnight stay. From arrival, right up until we left, staff are professional and friendly. We had an evening meal, breakfast and and afternoon tea and all the food served was of a high quality and delicious. Rooms are lovely and are clean. Toiletry products in the room - The White Company are a really nice touch. Spa and pool area nice and relaxing. Bar areas and restaurants are kept to a high standard. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and I'm sure we will back again.

Negative experience: We went for a spa break for my mums birthday and to say we was disappointed would be an understatement. We arrived at 1 after confirming we could use the spa facilities before our room was ready only find that we had no robes as this was in the room. The spa its self was lovely, however the spa pool has young children in it which made relaxing and talking quite difficult. The service in the restaurant was very slow as well. The hotel guess are not separate from the spa guess. This became even more of an issue when we tired to go to sleep as we was placed between crying babies. Making a relaxing day not so relaxing. At check out they over charged us for our stay as well. Overall i would not go back. And i believe there are much better spas for a lot cheaper.

Positive experience: Excellent customer service received by Kate (Restaurant Staff), she really is a credit to Thorpe Park Hotel and made us all feel so welcome and ensured that our evening meal was perfect.

Negative experience: Nice hotel but absolutely shocked that we had no water in the fridge or room. Called the reception and was told that we could use the bathroom water as it’s drinkable. They also stated that we can walk down the corridor to the water dispenser. This was seriously outrageous and I’m very disappointed with the level of service. £135 a night then £15 per person for spa and an additional £12 for parking ️ The saddest part was it was too busy at the spa around 5pm so we paid and missed out. I’m actually not expecting a response back as I’ll probably be ignored.

Positive experience: A lovely stay, lovely rooms with everything you could possible need in them, really thought out from the coffee machine, hairdryer with extra mirror, bedding, sofa in the room to how you get your milk/water.. excellent. The hotel is well kept with nice interior & carpets & the spa area is well thought out & a decent area & The Staff were all really lovely & very accommodating. Food was good, could of been more choice on starter & mains but the dessert was fabulous & had the wow. Breakfast was just ok, it sounded more luxury then it was, the pancakes were inedible for the 2 who ordered these, way too sweet with maple, sugar & the awful sweet cherries .. much better option would be yoghurt, honey & mixed berries maybe these should be available anyway to help yourself too. The 2 who had english breakfast- lots of people dont want black pudding so a few more options would be nice on this.. hash brown & proper mushrooms were definitely missed for us especially on a vegetarian option, noone eats the field mushrooms do they?. Nice brown toast though. Still a 4/5 for our overall visit as some areas were excellent.

Positive experience: Came for a spa day. I won't start on a negative as the staff could not be more helpful and friendly and the facilities are immaculately clean. Only criticisms and it is a big one is every single person around the pool and relaxation rooms are using their mobiles. A relaxation room is exactly that...not me having to listen to other people's YouTube videos. You'll also find people leave their towels and robes on loungers and chairs around the pool just to hog them for hours at a time while they do something else. If this sort of thing irks you too then I suggest perhaps looking for another spa that enforces better etiquette.

Negative experience: Rang in a mid of week to ask for a spa day pass bookings and have been told that there is no need to book, we can turn up anytime, pay for it and use service. Unfortunately after we showed up on a saturday afternoon we have been turned back and told that spa is already full. It was really disappointing as saturday was ruined after planning and traveling from another town. I do understand that it may get busy, this is why we rang to make a booking and been told that we do not need one. Poor customer service and planning.

Fantastic experience: Visited with a friend for a spa package ie use of hotel facilities, full body massage and afternoon tea. Spent time in the wet area i.e jaccuzi, sauna and steam room plus swimming pool. Was quite busy with patrons enjoying each aspect and even able to enjoy limited alchohol consumption too! Jaccuzi was small but warm and welcoming. Both the steam room and sauna were well kept and great to use. Iced water was available when needed for free. Changing rooms were clean and well kept, lockers available and shower gel/shampoo provided in all showers. Bathrobes/slippers and towels to use..if one complaint, bathrobes could be useful in differing sizes for those who require more coverage than the 'one size fits all' variety. Enjoyed a full body massage with Olivia my therapist, who completed an excellent firm massage as asked for which left me feeling very worked on! Products from Templespa smelt amazing and left my skin feeling like silk. Soon after, indulged in an afternoon tea provided with unlimited hot drinks of which we had refillable pots of Peppermint tea to wash down the delicious and huge cream tea! Service was lovely and we were frequently checked on to make sure we wanted for nothing but also left to enjoy our chat and relaxation. Spent most of the afternoon here arriving at 12 and not leaving until 6.45pm. Was well worth the £110 paid and will be doing this again..well worth a treat if you fancy an indulgent day out with great company and need that time out to recharge.

Positive experience: Not as calm and relaxing as was hoping for. Pool area felt more like a community swimming baths. Was given a conjoined room with the door locked between ,could hear everything in the next room. Conversation, phone alarms and kettle boiling. Breakfast was slow service, nice people but way too long for drinks. Cleaning staff playing music from their phones while cleaning near rooms that didn't want to be disturbed. Staff were the best bit.

Positive experience: The best is the swimmingpool but the jacuzzi is small, and really busy. I think they should have another more. The price is a bit expensive for the service in my opinion. Also, the walk around the swimmingpool is quite slippery.

Positive experience: We booked a spa morning session paying a supplement as it was a Saturday. Pleased with the treatments we had - both very good - but unhappy that we shared the overcrowded spa pool and facilities with many families and kids. Not what we were expecting or the peaceful experience that was promised. Also we had spa lunch - very hard to get our plates cleared and our second course - 2 visits to reception needed. Wouldn’t recommend to friends or visit again because of these factors.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from the 2night xmas break.The whole experience was amazing. The staff were wonderful so helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and delicious also very plentiful. We would like to offer our complements to the Chef and his team for all the hard work.The rooms were very comfortable with everything at your fingertips.I would definitely recommend this Hotel as one of the best all rounder I have stayed in. I would like to thank all the staff for helping to make our experience so amazing.❤❤

Fantastic experience: I went on a women's retreat for 2 nights, the facilities, food and rooms were brilliant, I would definitely recommend it to everyone, it was very clean and the staff are lovely.
